Perfect House and Location

Just as advertised, this house is super clean and close to everything! The back patio was lovely and my little dog was very secure in the fenced in backyard. The owner is easy to reach and the neighborhood is safe and secure. I will definitely stay again if I can!

Perfect SA Getaway

This is a lovely home, exactly as shown in the pictures! It is in a quiet gated community and I felt very secure there staying by myself. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. My little dog loved the backyard, Its very secure. I will definitely stay here again if it is available!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property while visiting the area. A nice neighborhood, close to downtown, but also great neighborhood eateries, etc. We enjoyed the back patio very much! Close to Hardberger park for a variety of walking trails and some wildlife. Local eats to try are Clementine and Ezio (for dinner), Po Po Trattoria (for lunch) HEB close by too! The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen for cooking. Host was excellent and very responsive!

Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was very easy with this rental. We received messages with the community gate code and a message with the front door lock code the day before we arrived. This location was very convenient for our stay. The home is very clean. Beautiful backyard and patio to enjoy. There are plenty of towels and items needed for a great stay. With notes telling you where everything is located. We had a great stay!!

Amazing experience

I just moved to the SA area with my son and my family stayed at this property while visiting for the first time. Amazing accommodations that was super clean and tidy with a spectacular backyard set up. They were able to be outdoors during a few of the rainy days. Will definitely book again!

Great house and best host

We had the pleasure of staying at Lenore’s house for five weeks. The layout of the house was perfect for us with a beautiful great room and kitchen that opens up to the best porch in San Antonio. (We lived outside most of the time!) Lenore could not have been more helpful during our stay and after. She is a great host (even when you unexpected set her security alarm off at 10 PM! The location of this house is fantastic! There are two little things that I should mention. While the write up does say the garage is locked and not available, so is the master closet, master linen closet, third bedroom, study and kitchen pantry. (I missed having a closet in the master, but Lenore left a bar to hang things on in the bedroom). The couple that owns this house lives in it part time so their personal items are throughout the house which was a new experience to us. But, I assume that is why so many areas are locked up. It was hard to get used to at first but then we didn’t notice it and enjoyed our time there. Other than those two things, the house is wonderful. We hope to go back next year. And Lenore, very helpful!

Secure quiet community

Overall impression very good. Clean, great supplies of cooking utensils, etc. plenty of nice fluffy towels. Area was gated, secure, quiet. Located close to all the attractions in San Antonio, such as river walk. The zoo, etc. also great for just relaxing with a lovely patio, with cozy couches and fire pit. The little extras, such as supplies you may have forgotten, put it over the top for us. Owner was extremely considerate and we appreciate her. Never had any problems.

Great Stay

The house was prefect. My brother, his wife, my wife, and I stayed there for the week, we all thought the same thing. The kitchen was very open, as was the family room, enjoyed the back patio, and basically the rest of the house. We were able to do a lot of grilling and enjoyed setting around the firepit. The kitchen had everything we need to make our meals. When the temperature dropped outside, we had no problem contacting the owner to have the temperature inside increased. When some of our family members visited us, we were not bumping into each other, and they were impressed with the house. We would stay there again.

Our home away from home

Thank you for opening up your home to us for 2 weeks. Your place is 15-20 min from the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the Pearl and our son which is perfect for driving around on your crazy SA roads. We enjoyed cooking out on your beautiful spacious patio. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on, we would fall asleep about as soon as we hit the pillow. Your home was so inviting it actually felt like home, full of personality. The neighbors were all friendly and would wave to us as we drove past, being from NY we’re not use to that. We love SA, looking forward to coming back soon.

Almost Two Week Stay

Location was very close to family members in a nice clean gated community. Very comfortable home with all the amenities you could think of. We had two small dogs and the property is very pet friendly. The built in kennel under the stairs was great for when we were away from the property. Would definitely stay here again.

5 Star Experience!

We had a fabulous week long stay. There isn’t one negative thing I could review besides the fact we were too busy to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and outdoor kitchen area. The communication with Lenore was top notch. The house is well-stocked with anything and everything you could need during your stay. I’m thankful we found this gem and that it was available for us.

Totally enjoyable

My wife an I travel frequently nationally and internationally, and we both agreed that this vacation rental was among the best we have experienced. This house is well equipped, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Our only problem was using the TV because there was no instructions in how to navigate in all the options offered. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a beautifull vacation rental.

Excellent house and home away

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood, and the amenities are 5 stars, as well as the speedy and precise communication with the owner, Lenore. The location makes it quite easy to go anywhere in the greater San Antonio area.

Beautiful Home

This home is in a very nice gated community. The house has everything you need and more. Our hostess was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio and was able to enjoy golfing, Riverwalk, and some very nice restaurants. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was a delight with multiple seating options, heaters, grill, and fun lighting. Truly enjoyed our winter escape in warm San Antonio. Home owners were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in Lenore's lovely home for a month while house hunting. It was the perfect location for us and the neighborhood is very peaceful and secure. The home is extremely comfortable. (my husband misses the amazing reclining couches and TV sound system). The kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed the lovely backyard. If this rental is available, I would not hesitate to book it!

Felt right at home’

This house made us feel right at home during our almost 2 week stay. Lenore was always quick to respond and she was so kind, even leaving us a nice gift. There are lots of amenities, that made us feel comfortable and worry-free!

I'm a traveler and understand the need to feel "at home" when you are away from home. The home is VERY well taken care of and maintained since this is my office home when I check on my business. It's a quiet gated neighborhood that has easy access to San Antonio. Sitting out in the beautiful backyard with a covered and open patio with TV, cable, bar, makes you forget you are in the city. All you hear is the breeze and birds chirping. Home backs up to a green belt which means you see nothing but trees. The living area is comfortable with a electric reclining couch and all the comforts of home. The master bed is flushed with comfy pillows and a form fitting mattress that makes you fall asleep instantly in comfort. Forgot something? Most likely the home will have many extra's like soap, shampoo, iron, iron board, curling iron, blow dryer, complimentary coffee, and more! 4-9-24 - new water softner installed! 8-30-24 - a new AC system was installed. We welcome you!
