Denna mindre trÄnga, familjevÀnliga strandenhet ligger perfekt för att njuta av alla stranden, shopping, restauranger, underhÄllning och 19 mil cykelstigar som Hwy 30A har att erbjuda. Bara en cykeltur frÄn Rosemary Beach och Alys Beach. En bilresa ner 30A tar dig till Seaside, Seagrove och Watercolors. KÀnns som att bo i, inga problem, du kommer att kÀnna att du Àr pÄ stranden bara sitter pÄ dÀck. Observera att detta komplex inte har hissar men Àr en enkel promenad upp och ner.

We stayed at this property for a girls back to school weekend. I chose this property because it was directly on the beach and in very close proximity to the shops and restaurants in Alys and Rosemary. We were able to bike with a 5 and 9 year old to dinner and shopping several times. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The beach chair setup each day was very nice since dad wasn’t with us to help carry chairs and umbrellas! Would love to return again.

Beautiful view and location!

The view as soon as you walk in is amazing! So nice to be able to sit on the deck for breakfast or dinner and hear/see the water. Was great being just stairs away from the beach and having the umbrella and chairs already set up everyday. The only thing was we still had to get up extremely early just to make sure we got a set in the front row by the water because others who rent them get precedent. Would have been nice to just assign the same set for us the whole week. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and was a good exercise walk to rosemary and back. Was a beautiful way to celebrate our 30 year anniversary! Would definitely stay again!

Condo was clean and well stocked. It has an old Florida feel. It is very small. Notice: 2 bedrooms - one is basically a loft up a very narrow spiral staircase. This is a third floor unit with no elevator. Although the beach in front is private, the public access path is next door so there will be a trail of folks, tents, kids, etc making their way to the beach. If non of this is a problem, it is a nice unit.

We loved our stay at Mistral 20. Shirl was wonderful to communicate with from the start. Her condo is in a perfect location, and the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were abundantly stocked with everything we needed and more. If it works out, we will definitely vacation here again.

Recommended for a relaxing vacation at a beautiful location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with three of our adult children (26-29 year olds). The beach was an easy walk down two staircases. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or an afternoon reading a book. The bottom bunk was usable for our average height 26 yr old daughter, our 6' son-in-law would not have fit on either bunk. The condo was well stocked with all the basic kitchen, linen and basic paper goods for our week stay.The only negatives are it is a bit of a walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops (I recommend bikes), and the mattresses were a little too soft for our liking but we were still able to get good sleeps. If we return to this area for another vacation I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!

Absolutely perfect getaway spot! My husband and I came for our 10 year anniversary and the condo was amazing. The views, chair rentals coming with the condo rental, location and Shirl- all incredible. Wonderful communication! We will for sure be back.

Amazing view

We loved this property very much! We've been coming to 30A for many years and usually stay in Seacrest/Rosemary/Inlet - walking distance to the restaurants. This time, we wanted to stay away from the Spring Break crowds so we opted to be lightly further down the beach. It was really nice and we loved the beautiful view, private beach area, and easy access to everything. The owners were great and responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

30a Paradise

We've stayed in Mistral properties several times and this was by far our favorite unit. The beds and furniture were so comfortable, the views were unobstructed and to die for, and the convenience was top-notch. Shirl was an excellent communicator and gracious host!

Perfect beachside getaway

Lovely condo with everything you need for a great stay. Clean, cute, comfortable. The best part for our family is that it was right on the beach so we could go in for lunch then right back out, or even spend evenings on the beach. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We had no problems while we were there.

We loved it.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids and it was wonderful. The bunks were big enough for my small kids (ages 8 and 9), the location was great, and the beach was not too crowded.

Family spring break

This is the second year we have enjoyed spring break in this complex. Private beach access helps to limit congestion and any crowded situations. The unit was very clean and recently remodeled. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

Great beachfront location on 30A!

Nicely decorated and well-furnished beachfront condo in a convenient location on 30A. A little west of Alys Beach area and east of Seaside. We especially enjoyed the private beach (and two umbrellas/four chairs included in the cost) and easy access to it from the condo. The bike paths along 30A make it an easy, fun place to explore via bikes or golf carts—or by walking. We walked to the Alys and Rosemary areas. I highly recommend this condo at Mistral!

Awesome View!

We had an awesome time staying on this property. The views are beautiful and the fact you can take a very short walk to the water made it even better. The property is super clean and fully accommodating. It’s very roomy. I think it might be a little cramped if your group has 8. Maybe it would work with Adults and kids. We were a family of 3 which made it very roomy. Staying off 30a is great because the crowds and traffic are so much better than staying back towards Destin proper. There are plenty of really great restaurants within the vicinity. If you want to travel into Sandestin or back east, traveling Hwy 98 is easy and fast. I would certainly stay here again. I believe you will like it here.

Amazing, Comfy and Cool!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Summer Salt so much! Condo was clean and had plenty of extras, like kitchen appliances, blankets and bath towels. The daily beach chair/umbrella set up and our attendant Luke was very kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hallway bunks and I appreciated the detail labeled light switches & a very comfortable master loft bed! Thanks for sharing your great beach front condo!

We first visited Mistral in 1990 and have been returning every year. So after 34 years, it holds a dear place in the our hearts and in the hearts of each of our children. While visiting in January, we discovered this condo was for sale and finally made a unit our own. We spent 2 months completely renovating it for our comfort as well as for other families to create as many memories as we have. We live in Atlanta near our 3 grown children, their wonderful spouses and our five beautiful grandchildren.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our complex is perfectly located on a private beach along 30A. No driving or walking to the beach. The white sands, the aqua water, the sea breeze, and calming sounds of the waves 24/7 makes this rental a perfect place for a get away. It is perfectly located between Alys Beach and The Hub. There are many places to walk and ride bikes.
