VÀlkommen hem till High Tide A! Vi har Àgt högvatten sedan 2014 och det har varit vÄrt nöje att vara vÀrd frÄn hela landet pÄ denna vackra fastighet.

High Tide A har 2 vÄningar med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. Det erbjuder fantastiska havsutsikt samt bekvÀm tillgÄng till alla öns populÀraste restauranger och sevÀrdheter. Den hÀr fastigheten ligger precis vid stranden. Den har en privat grÀsmatta ute för att koppla av, sola och grilla. Om du tröttnar pÄ att ligga pÄ skuggade verandor eller promenera pÄ stranden, hittar du en kort tio minuters promenad i byn dÀr du kan njuta av ett antal restauranger och en promenad lÀngs den berömda Saint Simmons Pier - du kan till och med upptÀcka en stor fÄnga att bli rullas in! En promenad i motsatt riktning tar dig till den berömda ön restaurang duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap.

HuvudvÄningen i High Tide A har ett fullt utrustat kök, 6 personer matplats, ett underbart vardagsrum som öppnar till en riktigt cool veranda som leder ner till den vackra grÀsmattan och stranden. Det finns ett sovrum med ett badrum pÄ bottenvÄningen. Den andra vÄningen har det stora sovrummet med egen balkong med utsikt över havet och eget badrum samt en expansiv garderob. OcksÄ ligger pÄ andra vÄningen Àr det andra gÀst sovrummet och badrummet samt tvÀttstugan.

Alla rum och vardagsrummet Àr utrustade med platt-tv och huset Àr wi-fi aktiverat.

High Tide Àr en vacker Ocean Front Stuga pÄ stranden som har 3 separata enheter vardera med egen ingÄng, vardagsrum och verandor. Medan High Tide A Àr en fristÄende enhet kan den kombineras med Unit B & Penthouse för att fungera som det perfekta stÀllet för Äterföreningar, företagsrekryter, familjesemester och sammankomster.

Parkering: Enhet A innehÄller tvÄ parkeringsplatser. Gata och allmÀn parkering finns tillgÀngliga.

Cameron Smith, vÄr fastighetschef, tar utmÀrkt hand om vÄra gÀster och bor rÀtt runt hörnet. Precis som nÄgon bra granne, han Àr bara ett telefonsamtal bort om du behöver nÄgot för att göra din vistelse bekvÀmare.

We loved our stay at High Tide. It is the perfect location for walkability to the Pier Village and numerous shops and restaurants. The view was outstanding and we felt that we were on the beach just by sitting out on the oceanfront balconies. HIgh Tide has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is well kept and the unit is very nice and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner/manager was readily accessible. We will definitely be going back to High Tide next year.

Outstanding Place and Owner!

This place really does deserve the solid 10/10 rating it has on the reviews! My wife and I had an amazing time and the proximity to the beach is unmatched. Ryan is the best host I’ve ever met and is a genuine person and always asked if we were good or needed anything. This is our new favorite getaway spot

Reunion at the beach

Even though Hurricane Helene took out power throughout the island the condo was amazing and perfect for our reunion. It’s spacious and super clean. I’ll be back.

Perfect Beach House

Loved staying at this well styled beach home. Very clean. Nice views of the ocean. Close enough to walk to Main Street to shop and eat. Ryan was a very attentive manager. Definitely would return again.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at High Tide! The view was beautiful as well as the condo! Each bedroom had its own balcony, the master having a view of the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a rental that I have ever seen! Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations! We intend on making it a family tradition to stay here every year for the 4th! Ryan was great at responding to any questions we had in a timely manner. Can't wait for next year!

Mccrary Family Reunion

Our family comes to St. Simons for a reunion evert other year. We have stayed in a number of different places over the years, but this year worked out just perfectly!My husband and I stayed in unit A with younger daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters (15 and 17). Our older daughter, grandson, granddaughter, her husband and our great granddaughter stayed in unit B. It was the perfect situation as we could come back and forth to be together!Plus Oglethorpe is the best location, right on the beach and a short walk to village and pier! The best of everything!

St Simons Beachfront Escape!

We loved our stay at High Tide. It has breathtaking views and great outdoor areas to enjoy when you need a beach break! It had ample space for our family of four and having all en suite baths was a great perk. Well outfitted kitchen. The rocks to get to the beach were a little tricky, but our 5 and 7 year olds mastered them quickly and neighboring paths were much easier if it were really an issue. We loved being able to walk to Pier Village and enjoy the ocean view our entire trip.

Perfect Getaway

I have been coming to the island for 40 years and always enjoy it. This time was no exception. I love this condo/house. It is perfect and the property custodian made it even better by being what all property managers should strive to be! The place is clean, well stocked with everything you would expect plus some extras. I will be booking again!

Our Time at High Tide

Wonderful unit and a great location. Nicely appointed and clean. An easy walk to the town area, lighthouse museum and visitor center. We spent many hours on the porches overlooking the ocean and on the beach itself. Access to the beach from unit was a bit tricky but there were two public access points a block or less away. We would definitely stay at High Tide again.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

This property is perfect! It is right on the ocean with easy access to the beach. Walking into town was an easy quick walk. The property was very clean and looked recently updated. The comfort of the beds resulted in a good night’s sleep. Ryan was readily accessible and responded to any question we had very promptly. We would definitely stay at High Tide again!!!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay at this house. It was spacious and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. We were close to everything that we needed. The view from the house and balconies was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
