Beautiful place!

We loved our stay! Such a great location and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the views were fantastic. So nice to have a fireplace for the cooler rainy days. Well appointed kitchen. We plan to come back.

Amazing view and home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the King and Prince resort. The owner was so accommodating and allowed us to go in early as we were all racing hurricane Helene. This condo has the most amazing views, impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. We were there for a wedding that was being held at the king and Prince and this unit was so convenient to everything. This was our first time ever to go to Saint Simons and if we ever go back, I would definitely rent this unit again.

Grandmother

Stayed in this condo with one of my daughters and her husband and 3 small children. This condo was delightful and perfect in every way for our family; close to the pool and the beach. It was beautifully decorated with great views from every room. We will want to come back every year. Brad was great to work with, so grateful.

Great girls get away

First time for any of us on St Simons Island and it was fabulous! The condo was perfect, location was excellent and the views were spectacular! We hope to return someday and would definitely stay at this resort and this specific condo.

Beautiful condo!

This was our 8th year vacationing on SSI and our best rental yet! The condo is beautiful, nicely updated and very nicely furnished. It wasnt over decorated or over crowded with furniture, as so many rentals are. The kitchen was nicely stocked with quality appliances. The beds were comfy and linens high quality. The floors were so clean! A rarity in sandy vacation rentals. The King and Prince resort is perfect for families with multiple pools, a restaurant and daily crafts for kids. The property owner was thorough and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony. We had a wonderful week and plan to return!

Best view ever at King and Prince

Our week was beautiful in st Simons. This condo was big enough for 2 families even though it was just 2 of us for our week. Very clean, well equipped, and that view....perfect. The location of the unit was also 4 stars. Owner was wonderful to work with. We hope to visit there again when returning to our favorite Georgia island.

Absolutely perfect!

My family and I come to King and Prince every year. This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. We will definitely be booking this rental again. It is beautifully decorated, the view is breathtaking. Communication was great. Brad was just a phone call away!

Just what I needed

Absolutely beautiful. Excellent view and access to beach. Comfortable beds and living area. Even with renovations going on in the building which host has no control over,it was just what I needed.

Perfect beach stay

This was a perfect spot for our mini family reunion. The condo was perfect, right on the ocean as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed including a relaxing ocean breeze. The host Brad made the process effortless.

Beach holiday

We have been vacationing in St. Simon’s at the King and Prince for the last 10 years. We love everything about it there! We all agreed that this was the best villa yet, which was saying a lot, because most of the others were super nice too! The views were incredible from every room. Even though the weather wasn’t that great this time, the wonderful villa made it not so important. Can’t wait to go back! Brad was a pleasure to work with. Be prepared for withdrawal when you have to leave and return to reality! Heaven is a little closer by the beach!

Tastefully decorated and renovated. Exquisite 180 degree view of beach, ocean, grass field, palm trees from living areas and two of the bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful welcome from Owner/manager on arrival. Soft and luxurious linens and great local history books, novels, and magazines. Just perfect

Beautiful home, views and location.

Condo was spectacular, and recently updated. Had everything we needed and more. It couldn’t be easier to get to the beach. We had two toddlers and the layout was perfect. We would definitely stay again. Brad, thanks for being so on top of it and friendly! Easy access to the king and prince amenities and entire island. Everything is walkable.

Great family spot

We had a wonderful time at St. Simons! The condo was exactly as pictured and had plenty of space for our group of 6. The amenities at the King and Prince are excellent! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, we were even able to walk the beach down to the pier. Overall a great family trip!
