Vi har försökt att utrusta det med toppmodellarmaturer, modernt och modernt, möbler och utsökta sÀngklÀder och handdukar. Detta luftkonditionerade hus med fyra sovrum Àr unikt belÀget bara en 15 minuters promenad till stranden med en fantastisk utsikt över vattendragets oavbrutna vista. Det Àr vackert inredda i hela och erbjuder en öppen och inbjudande planlösning. Det stora köket Àr vÀlutrustat med helt nytt porslin, grytor och kokkÀrl, köksredskap och kokutrustning. Det har enormt bÀnkutrymme och Àr perfekt för dig som tycker om en bra matlagningsmiljö. Förutom det 8-sitsiga attraktiva matbordet i glas finns det fyra intilliggande frukostbÀnkar. Boytan har en stor, extremt bekvÀm L-formad skinnsoffa som har utsikt över bÄde den fantastiska utsikten och den 55-tums kabel-TV som serveras av Comcast Xfinity. De stora skjutdörrarna öppnar för att ta ut utsidan. TvÄ master-sovrum, bÄda med king size-sÀngar och badrum, har utsikt över den hisnande utsikten över vattnet och har ocksÄ plattskÀrms-kabel-TV för din underhÄllning. De andra tvÄ sovrummen har en queen size-sÀng och tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Det tvÄbÀddsrummet har ocksÄ utsikt över vattnet. VÄrt hem har 3 badrum och en tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns gott om lagringsutrymme i hela huset.
Det finns en pool med mycket bra storlek, med ett separat varmt spa dÀr du kan njuta av den spektakulÀra utsikten. UppvÀrmning av pool och spa ingÄr gratis. PoolomrÄdet Àr komplett med bord och sittplatser för 10 personer med stolar och solstolar för alla. Hemmet Àr utrustat med allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester. Förutom den 55-tums Smart TV i vardagsrummet, finns det wifi i hela huset, ett Sonos-ljudsystem, flera cyklar (med hjÀlmar) för din anvÀndning samt strandstolar och en Weber gas-BBQ som du kan visa upp din kulinariska fÀrdigheter !!

Paradise!!

We absolutely loved our stay at 951 Ruby Court! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. This property is better than described it’s absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The view is incredible!! We loved watching the sunrise each morning and even saw a dolphin one day. The outside area was fantastic we never had to worry about the pool being to cold and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day . This house has a great selection of pool floats and everything you would need for a day at the beach . The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. It’s the perfect location . Andrew the property manager was easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a prompt manner. We hope to rent this home again on our next trip to Marco Island .

Amazing

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful: pictures do not do it justice. We had more than enough room for our party of 6. We loved having the pool right on the canal for morning swims and watching the sun rise. My daughter even saw a dolphin feeding on the seawall one morning. The pool was always warm. The kayaks and beach items were a bonus as was the additional fridge in the garage. Some burrowing owls made their home a block away so we got to see them every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

This house is nothing but perfection! The layout was perfect. It was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The hot tub/pool was perfect and the view was spectacular! Our family had a hard time leaving this house to do anything else during vacation!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Suited us group of ladies of a certain age. Exceptionally well equipped with clear instructions. Check in was a breeze. Loved evening sundowners on the dock. Views outstanding and saw dolphins from the terrace. Easy to get around via Uber. Took advice and went to Snooks, CJs and Mangoes.

Don't look any further

Beautiful home that have absolutely everything that you would possibly need. House is perfect, clean, well equipped. Not one complaint. Beautiful views and perfect size of pool. Beach is apx 15 minutes walk or you can use bicycles. All 8 of them. Check in and out smooth. Agent replied in couple minutes. See you next time.

This place is amazing!!

Our family just got home from spending 5 days vacationing at Marco Island! We had a wonderful time staying at 951 Ruby Court! One word to describe this home is INCREDIBLE! We loved everything about it and would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was beautiful and in a gorgeous location along the canals. We saw beautiful sunrises every morning, saw dolphins when we were sitting on the dock and we enjoyed a lot of great pool and hot tub time! The house was very well stocked with everything that you need for your stay. We loved that they had several bikes to ride and even kayaks which we took out in the canals a few times. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all worked out great for our family. Let me tell you - that huge master bedroom with the big bathroom and walk in closet was to die for! The bed and pillows were so comfy that you can’t help but get a good nights rest 😉 Our whole process of renting this property went smoothly so if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay on Marco Island we highly recommend this place and think you would love it as much as we did!!

Fabulous paradise getaway

Truly a dream. The house is absolutely fabulous. We have been coming to Marco for years but this was the best time yet and it was all because of this beautiful home. The management company was incredible to work with. We tried to rent the same home for the following year but it was not available. But we were so impressed with the management company - we have rented another home with them. We will be back to this home when it’s available! Thanks for the memories!

Amazing View

This Marco Island house was perfect for our 2 families, 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The house is even better than the pictures. Morning coffee on the dock watching the sunrise was the best way to start the day. We rented a boat and it was easy to dock and navigate in and out of the canals. We enjoyed the pool everyday. Had a couple minor maintenance issues that the agency addresses quickly. 2nd time for us on Marco Island, hopefully when we come back we’ll be able to stay in this house again.

Location, location, location

Pros- Perfect size house for a family of six adults. Location is amazing. Being on the canal we rented a pontoon and the house kayak and fishing rods provided endless entertainment. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Table tennis in garage was great fun. Cons- having to pick up the keys from an office rather than just use a lockbox is a little inconvenient. No paper towel, no bath tissue, one or two trash bags, no cleaning supplies of any kind were provided. Very inconvenient and annoying as we had to purchase everything. The freezer ice maker kept jamming and the filter needs changing, the water tasted awful out of the fridge so we had to buy water bottles which isn’t good for the environment. Overall great trip, good house and the location is amazing. Would book again.

Ruby Court is a gem!

Thank you Carole for allowing us to rent your amazing Ruby Court home! Our visit to Marco island was once again relaxing and memorable. The house is beautiful. All the comfort of home with a beautiful view. The home is pristine and very well stocked. The rooms were beautifully decorated and multifunctional. The beds were super comfortable. The location is central to all the shops and stores. If available, we will definitely rent this home again!

The house was beautiful and the outdoor spaces was wonderful. Loved the dock for morning coffee and evening wind down. Most of all, we very much appreciated the property manager who addressed an air conditioning issue immediately! I would highly recommend this house.
