Nice condo

It was a very nice condo, great amenities on the property. Great clean beach. This is my 3rd time at this location. Recommend it highly to those who want to have a worry free and fun bacation!

Had a nice getaway!

Had a great time. The only issue was that we did not receive a parking pass. The people at the front desk were very accommodating but it would have been nice to avoid this as we were told we’d be left a parking pass in the unit upon arrival. Other than that we had a great stay! Loved being so close to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

Clean but needs updating

The property is great however only two elevators were working which caused long wait times for them .. our condo was clean, great view but the furniture was outdated , and badly needs replaced. Other than those things we had a great time at emerald beach!

Good location but….

Good location and convenient room for a large family, but the trek to the kids pool was a feat. The room was full of torn and weathered furniture, threadbare slimy carpet, and the walls were damaged.

Beautiful Views 2 floors from the top

This condo had breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. Netflix account kept the kids busy while we prepped and cooked food in the full service kitchen. Had all utensils, cookware and appliances needed to serve a full course meal. The carpet going into the master bedroom on the floor could use patching, there is loose nails that pricked my foot that I had to cover with towel. Couches could be updated as they had some rips and drywall needed patching. We didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't matter too much to us. The outdoor balcony had two lounge chairs and 4 tables and chairs to enjoy a meal. The condo overall was clean and we had a great stay in Panama City Beach. Really close to Pier Park and other amentites. Would stay again!

The worse room ever

This condo 2336 was in sad need of repair. The microwave handle was broken, the ice maker didn’t work and the freezer door wouldn’t open all the way. The walls had chunks out, the carpet needs to be replaced as it was smelled and covered in stains, and the couch had so many stains we covered it with towels so we could sit. The bedroom fan made a constant clicking noise and the tub wouldn’t drain and maintenance never showed up. The unit is close to the noisy elevators. The only redeeming point is the view!

Had issue took forever to resolve communication sucks. There is no on site to take care of issue. Have to call and wait for ever. Will stay somewhere else unless you take care of the problem.

Definitely would not stay here- needs major updates

Called Friday night (the day we checked in), again sat and tues- No one came to check on anything- bathroom shower leaks into bedroom (carpet was soaked all week), 3 of the pools were closed, 2 of the hot tubes were closed, window doesn’t lock (had to buy a bar for security) roaches in the kitchen, you have to plunge the toilet every time you use it- major plumbing issues and they were suppose to refund part of the stay since they couldn’t move us but still has not credited my account- I have video and photos that i sent to them Friday- property manager Devin Never showed up!

Great view and location

Excellent view and location and plenty of space in the condo and the kitchen was well-equipped. The second bedroom mattress and pillows could have been upgraded with a mattress topper and new pillows. 2nd bathroom sink drain ran slow. Overall a very good space for the few days we stayed. Plenty of restaurants within short walking distance if you didn't want to cook.

A Family of Beach Lovers

The view was great! My college kids loved staying at Emerald Beach Resort, being close to shops and things to do. The sleeper sofa/couch needs replacing but overall we would stay here again!

The condo I stayed at had a beautiful view

the condo was very outdated, old TVs my bathroom had a pile of black hair on it,very limited utensils, 2 skillets and 1 pan I was going to start the dishwasher and it didnt work, there was a broom and no dust pan, I really like staying at Emereld beach resort but I would not stay at that condo again. For what a person is charged it should have been better.

Beware!

Didn't love anything about the place. The beds squeaked. The bunks were right at the exit door so you heard everything. The doors were drafty and whistles loudly when the wind blew. There was food on the beds from the previous vacationers as well as food on the floors. The floors were disgusting and turned out feet black and the sitting furniture was very disgusting. I took photos of how bad it looked!

The first thing I would say is you don’t spend a lot of time in the place your staying at when your at the beach. I clean VRBO’s in Gatlinburg. So I know what to expect. Being there during Hurricane Sally there was more time spent in the condo than usual. The management/owner needs to take note on several things. First thing I will say management did what they could. There needs to be inventory on things in the kitchen. The blender is completely nasty and also the toaster is a four slot. You have to hold the left side down for it to even work. The bathroom when you enter the condo. The cold water is not working properly in the sink.The toilet is loose. Could not wash No clothes there because washer was not working The whole week we were there. . Looked like the water in the washer has been there for a while. The lounge chair on patio is held by a screw that does not stay in. Management did what they could do for us, but overall I would not stay at that condo again. I understand that owners have to agree with repairs and some upgrades with the living room furniture and other things listed in this could make a Big difference.😊

NICE!

2336 was very big and spacious. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. I rated this room 4stars because the carpet was very dirty and the TVs in the bedroom are very small and dated. However, this was a great room and I would stay again.
