Overall very satisfied with our stay. The room wasn’t as clean as we expected and the common areas, especially by the elevators were dirty as trash leaked in the hall and into the leans no one cleaned it up.

Uncomfortable

I arrived at the hotel around 7:27pm and it all looked very nice. Busy weekend. Then Sunday came and we were like the only couple there, not a problem. The amenities were great. However, I developed a rash and was concerned so went to urgent care and was diagnosed with bed bug bites. Not very happy for the money I paid. Not going back again.

Westgate Property Orlando

The ONLY thing we did not care for at this property, was the music at various pools. Our room was right above one of these pools and many nights loud music till after 11:00 pm. No problem with music during reasonable hours ie, 11:00-9:00pm but not necessary this time of year Jan./Feb. with nobody even in the pool area.

Nice space with an excellent view.

Nice place with a great view. One of the larger units on the property fully loaded with a fully functional kitchen and laundry unit.

Will stay again!

Beautiful property, quiet, had fun stuff going on at Drafts for the super bowl! A new favorite spot for us! Parking was not assigned spots, but was never a real issue. Drafts has top tier food. We ate there at least once every day.

Great Stay

The property is excellent and well priced. Its a timeshare resort so the room is like a hotel room. There are a bunch of pools and the convenience of some on site restaurant and pub and a convenience store. I got this place because of its location near the convention center, however theres no easy way to convention center due to 8 lane highway between site of living and convention center and no shuttle service so you are forced to Uber or Lyft and they are expensive 10min trips costing around $30 one way.

Worst stay

A few months ago I had this exact booking and staff was great and so was the whole facility This time Absolutely terrible the front Office Lady with dark hair and glasses didn’t know what to do when I explained to her the tv remote was not working nor the wifi, the fridge did not keep any of our beverages cold just Room temp Smaller facility and confusing signs not Only that we lost 2 hours of our time after we were invited to a tour at the other location and After we went up stairs marco talked to us a little and said how he can get us a better deal and to come back doing stairs and tell the Financial guy our making we were told that we don’t make enough for the promotion that they offered us not only that but we were cleared the first time went up stairs Marco suggest a better deal and we agreed and went back down time wasted driving back and fourth and waiting in the lobby and upstairs was the most disappointing about this situation.

It’ll do

The lobby is bright welcoming and fresh. My actually room was dark, dingy and smelled like an ashtray although it was a non-smoking room. The people were friendly and it was clean so for the price “it’ll do” especially if you’re spending a ton at Disney or other attractions.

Perfect for a family visiting the parks!

This property was perfect for our stay! It was close to the parks, as well as Walmart and plenty of places to eat. The pictures are accurate and the bed was really comfortable! All the staff were helpful and efficient. I read the reviews about the tour but I didn’t do it because I already had park tickets and didn’t want to trade my time for the compensation they offered. I’d stay here again if visiting Disney and/or other parks in the future.

Nice place but with some catches

My wife and I came from Oregon so we got in late at night. The resort says not to park in front of the entrance to check in but it doesn't tell you where to actually go. We parked in a "mobile check-in" parking spot since there were no directions. We were expecting our room to have a small kitchenette based on the photos but it was just a coffee pot, microwave, and mini-fridge, no oven or stove top. We may have gotten it mixed up with another VRBO listing so we can't blame them entirely. Unless there are photos of a kitchenette, then it really is their fault but probably not. Our room was directly across from a swimming pool but it was always busy. They had a few other pools. We ended up walking to the one third farthest from us to actually get some pool time. Parking is insufficient. If we didn't get back to the resort before 10pm, we had to park a ways out and walk to our room. It was on the second to last day we learned that we could've called security and they would give us a ride in a golf cart to our rooms. That's partly on us for not knowing and partly on them for not telling us at check-in. But we did check in at 2am so they weren't exactly fully staffed at that point. The real catch is this is not a private property that someone is renting out. It's a timeshare. The way timeshares work they do technically own part of it. We made the mistake of signing up for a sales pitch to get cheaper tickets to the theme parks. We were told it would be a 90 minute presentation but it took 4 HOURS from start to finish. Do not sign up for the sales pitch! Overall the place was nice and we enjoyed our time there. The location is close to the parks so whether it was Universal, Disney, or even Disney Springs, it was less than a 30 minute drive. So our stay wasn't perfect but it was relaxing and enjoyable.

It was ok.

When we booked with VRBO we thought this was an actual 1 bed apt that someone owned. It was actually a resort that wants you to take a "tour" and purchase a time share from them with high pressure sales people. It also seemed as if they put some kind of data blocker so you will purchase their wifi for $10/day. Everybody, no matter who you came across was upselling, which became alittle annoying. Our room was decent. Needs upgrading though. Overall stay was ok. Our room was overlooking the waterpark which was ok. Loud music all day and bright lights thoughout the night. If you have young kids, this would be a great place to stay. But we were looking for something alittle more private.
