Nyligen målades hela interiören och utsidan av huset och helt nya möbler i hela.

Även ett bifogat enbilsgarage ingår och ligger tvärs över gatan från extra parkering, det finns gott om plats för alla och parkering för flera fordon.

Det rymliga vardagsrummet har helt nya, avancerade, bekväma möbler och en 52-tums LED-TV med en DVD-spelare. Gå ut på balkongen för att njuta av Floridas sol. Matsalen ligger bredvid vardagsrummet i en öppen planlösning och är värd för ett härligt nytt matbord med plats för sex.

Köket är fullt utrustat med nyare apparater utöver en helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Detta vackra och rymliga kök har allt du behöver för att laga mat och dryck du önskar och ett kök med plats för 4 personer. Ett halvt badrum ligger på huvudnivån för din bekvämlighet.

Det stora sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng med en 32-tums LCD-TV och det andra sovrummet på översta nivån har två dubbelsängar också med sin egen 32-tums LCD-TV. Den lägsta nivån har det tredje sovrummet som har en queen size-säng och en 32-tums TV och DVD-spelare. Detta sovrum har också privat tillgång till en möblerad uteplats, perfekt för aptitretare och drinkar. Alla sovrum har sina egna angränsande privata bad, så alla kan njuta av avskildhet och ha gott om utrymme.

I vardagsrummet finns också en drottning bäddsoffa, vilket gör att Vacation Vista kan sova upp till 10 gäster.

My favorite Vista Cay property

I have stayed at several Vista Cay properties over the years, and this is my favorite. The little items provided in the unit were a step above other Vista Cay properties. The Cleanliness rating had more to do with the company that manages it, not with the unit itself. This unit was quieter than others we have stayed in closer to the main street.

Perfect location

We were in town for a competition and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The home had ample space, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It felt so welcoming when we arrived, the lights were on and smooth jazz playing in the house. It truly felt like home away from home. We would absolutely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here. It’s literally across the street from the new Universal Epic theme park. Great location, clean and inviting.

Nice place

Place was great. The only disappointment was not being told the pool and bar was closed due to renovation. There is a second pool and bar but you have to walk a good distance and cross a street to get there so not very convenient. Other than that the place was nice. Not new but nice and fit our needs.

Orlando Dance Competition

Nice property. The rental had a nice supply of amenities for our stay. Ad wasn’t explicit about being a 3-floor condo with main bedrooms on third floor, but ended up not being too burdensome. Great communication with property manager, Pam.

Overall a Pleasant Stay

Overall the stay was nice, the property was clean. Could use some help on the maintenance side of things though, lots of lights out and some issues with repairs needed, they didn’t affect our stay any, just little things that make a difference. The location was great for our trips to SeaWorld, it will be right out the goat of the new Epic Universe, so traffic might be an issue starting 2026!! Beds were not the most comfortable, think of a budget hotel bed. Pool area was nice, large with an additional toddle pool for the younger kid's.

Vista Cay Resort

Nice property! Cleaner than most. Had an issue with a leaking freezer but it was fixed promptly. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Had to buy dish rags/towels but otherwise the place had decent kitchen supplies. The place could use addtl towel bars/hooks and a desk/chair would have been useful. Had a great time! Would stay again!

Nice condo

Nice condo, however, the steps from all 3 floors was a bit much. Also, didn't like the fact you couldn't sit out on a lanai or balcony. It was nice to have a garage for our bikes.

Girls trip

Sisters and daughters trip for a 21st and a 17th birthday celebration.We had a blast property was very clean, neat and we had tons of room. We were in the middle of everything as far as shopping, attractions and restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and Convenient

The codo was lovely and we were very comfortable there. Our granddaughters played in the basketball tournaments and it was so convenient going back and forth to the convention center. Enjoyed our hectic but fun stay!!

Great place in convenient location

This townhouse was great, no complaints at all. The unit itself is great for families as all 3 bedrooms have their own full bath. It was very clean and consistent with the listing. Communication with the owner was great, and she was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Vista Cay property

We had 3 couples and the separate suites were perfect! Property is managed by Casiola and they were super responsive during our stay! Location is walking distance from the Convention Center. Weather was perfect for pool and relaxing too.

Perfect stay while attending conference

Second time staying at Vista Cay while attending a conference at the Convention center. VERY convenient. Works great that we each have our own room and bathroom but have the communal areas to gather. The only thing missing was a cork screw..or at least we couldn't find it and a hand towel in the half bath. Otherwise had all we needed.

Perfect for a quick Orlando park getaway

For a quick and busy getaway this property is perfect! We had fun at the parks all day so this property was used mostly for sleeping and eating. If we were going to stay longer and would be using the full resort amenities and property I think we would have been disappointed and not as comfortable as I would like for a longer stay but for the price this property delivers on expectations. PROS: Communication, location, ease of use, accommodations (such as starter toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, etc), good size bathrooms, bedrooms and closets. CONS: A/C is requested to stay at 75 but no lower than 70 (gets really warm in there), DISABLED GUESTS the 1st floor bedroom is the only thing on that floor so you will have to use stairs to access the 2nd floor kitchen and living room (this was difficult for my Dad who has COPD), beds are somewhat uncomfortable, resort amenities (pool, playgrounds, etc) were very full and busy, property could use a deep clean.
