Ny Listning - Awesome Beachfront Condo !!!

Vår nyrenoverade 8: e våningen lägenhet vid Saida IV har fantastisk utsikt över viken. Vår balkong ligger i skuggan hela eftermiddagen med en fin havsbris. Det finns 3 simbassänger, 3 bubbelbadkar, 4 tennisbanor, shuffleboard och pool-mat och bar cabanas (säsong). Gångavstånd till affärer, restauranger och Schlitterbahn är Saida ett bra ställe för familjer eller vuxna.
Vår lägenhet har alla nya apparater, golv, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, och vi ger dig tillgång till ägarens garderob med strandstolar, leksaker, boogie / skumbrädor, tennisracketar etc.) En bra fördel för att hålla din förpackning till ett minimum!

Great customer service and location

Jeremy was a great host who was extremely responsive to our various questions/needs. The location was walking distance to various food options while also being an easy walk to the beach. Great view from the balcony.

A Stunning View

The view! The first thing you notice when you enter the condo is the STUNNING VIEW! We got up each morning to see the sunrise. The first morning, we witnessed it while strolling on the beach. The second and third mornings, we took a cup of coffee out to the balcony to enjoy the dawning of a new day! The Saida grounds are immaculate and resort-like, with easy beach access. The pools and rec area are beautiful. The condo itself was clean and spacious, with seating for all guests. Loved that it was pet friendly and we were able to bring our fur babies! Thanks Jeremy, your communication is second to none. Will definitely book again!

Slice of heaven !

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was very clean and had wonderful amenities.The ground our beautiful and well maintained.The communication with our host was phenomenal. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring all the different activities. I highly recommend staying at this condo

Awesome stay!

Condo was great. Very clean and just as described. Owner was very hospitable and had great info on restaurants and activities. We had no hot water when we arrived and Island Services, property management, was very quick to get the problem resolved.

Great place to stay in SPI

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. Beautiful view, resort was nice. Owner Jeremy was very helpful and communicated very well. King bed very comfy. Nice that had the beach chairs to use. Resort was not super busy even though it was Easter break, could always get into the hot tub. We Would stay here again! Glad we stayed here, overall great!

Great Location

Great location, beautiful view, however the Condo was not the best, we were itching not sure if there was fleas or bed bugs. The washer and dryer were dirty n smell funny!

Everything was great!!

Weather was the only issue but what are you going to do?🤷‍♂️ Instructions were great, check in was the easiest ever for VRBO, and the condo was exactly as listed. If we’re ever in SPI again, will absolutely stay here!

Felt Like Home

The condo was nice, clean and well equipped. Hosts contacted me ahead of time to advise me to pack coffee and beach towels and a few other things. They stayed in touch to make sure we got in and everything was as stated, then thanked us for staying. Great view of the beach, three minute walk. Grounds were nice, well maintained and close to the strip. Excellent stay.

Amazing vacation at Saida IV condo

This condo was amazing. It was well stocked with basic items and extremely clean. The view couldn't be beat. We overlooked three pools, tennis courts and the beautiful beach. There was never a time when the balcony was hot. We loved the afternoon shade. It is centrally located with easy access to restaurants, stores and activities. Jeremy checked with us to make sure we had everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to go back to this beautiful property.

Great experience

The property was very clean with a wonderful view of the beach, pools and tennis courts. The owners had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one (sports equipment and beach supplies) I would definitely recommend this property!!

Very nice condo, roomy, and convenient

Close to elevator for quick access downstairs. Comfortable beds. Great balcony view of the pools and beach. Entrance is off the main road which allows for easy in and out. Owner was very helpful and attentive!

Great Stay!

My husband, adult son, and I recently stayed here and really enjoyed it. The view is great, the location is near everything. My son and I loved the bar by the pool. Everything was provided and it made our vacation wonderful.

Fabulous Property!

Our host Jeremy was amazing—kind, gracious, and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was very clean and the furniture including the beds was very comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. All three of the pools are wonderful. If you book this unit, be sure to bring your own cleaning items, clothes washing detergent and hand soaps as well as food condiments. There are great restaurants close by such as Russos. Gabriella’s, and Yummies is a must. We will be back and have already made reservations! Ginny O’Bryan April 27, 2022

Native Michiganians', we lived in New Orleans for 14 years until Hurricane Katrina pushed us to TX. We used to go to Destin / Ft Walton Beach often and South Padre Island is as close as you can get to that in TX. We love the beach and go as often as we can. We truly enjoy sharing our condo with others so they too can make memories with family and friends.

We chose Saida IV because it is the perfect condominium building, it has the best location on the Island; it is close to shopping and restaurants; the balconies are in the shade all afternoon; and it boasts a very roomy floor plans.
