Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Expectation were certainly met and even exceeded when interacting with the host. Best part of our stay was being only a 7 minute walk to the beach! Second best thing was being so close to Turtles Inc, and souvenir shops. Will definitely come back again, soon!!!

Great condo, everything you could need

The condo owner communicated well. The condo was equipped with everything we needed - from toilet paper to paper towels to dishwashing liquid to hand soap.The condo was great for the time we stayed there (four nights). We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great get away!!!

The place was as expected, comfy and very clean. The family and I had a pleasant time at The Tiki. I definitely do recommend it, our host David was very helpful and attentive through out our stay. Were looking forward for our next little get away!

Enjoyable

The check in process was so easy. Great communication with David. The condo was so comfortable, clean and quiet. Really liked the place. When I plan another trip to SPI I’ll definitely return to this place.

Great spot to get to the beach

Great location north of the main tourist spots but next door to Clayton's if that's your thing. Place was clean and easily slept our family of 5. Full kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and bathrooms were stocked with extra towels. The entire complex is non-smoking so we enjoyed a lot of patio and pool time. 5/5 would recommend.

Great location, beautiful grounds, nice and roomy, and great beach!!!

This is a great place! We had a party of 4 adults, 2 children, and two small dogs and we had plenty of space for our 4th of July vacation. Great proximity to one of two pools, very short walk to the beautiful beach, very convenient parking, and a great patio that goes the entire length of the living room and two bedrooms. David checked in on us to make sure all was going well. I’d definitely book this place again.

Great condo!

Clean property with all the amenities. Perfect for my family of 5 and 2 dogs! Ground floor unit with a nice patio and green grass, too! Minimal walking distance to beach and a few steps to the pool. Everything was great! Will definitely book this condo again in the future! Owner was in contact as needed via email or phone and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy.

We had an amazing time. David made it so easy. From contacting us before the trip with check in details. Offering recommendations on local food and entertainment. Checking on us throughout the trip. We couldn’t be more happy. The place itself was actually bigger than we expected. Very nice and very clean. We can’t wait to plan another trip!

Great Stay!

We rented at the Tiki for the first time. My family was visiting from out of town and we need a pet friendly condo close to the beach. This unit fit us perfectly. It was so nice not to have to ride an elevated up and down all day. Unloading and packing up was a breeze due to the ground floor. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. It was my birthday and he even had flowers and a card waiting. The unit was very clean and contained everything we needed for a beach weekend. The beach was very nice and not as crowded as other areas which was great! I would recommend the Tiki to anyone looking for a nice family friendly place to stay!

Relaxing salt life Christmas

Have never used Vrbo or any type of business like that. Always hotels. So glad I reached outside my comfort zone for our holiday. The owner of the property was beyond AMAZING. His communication with me prior to our arrival was speedy and professional. Even the most simplest of questions he answered without delay. The property, very tropical. The grounds ate immaculate. We did not use the pools, but saw others enjoying them. Was just not comfortable doing so during Covid. We had a 2 bed 2 bath. Very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms very quiet. Our room Was less than 100 yards to the beach. A truly perfect location. The owner keeps almost everything you need stocked. Was the most wonderful time!

We had a great stay for a long weekend. While slightly more dated, the property had pretty much everything you would need and the host was exceptionally communicative and easy to work with. There are two pools on the property as well, which is nice if you want a little break from the beach. A couple of quick notes that would have helped me when looking:1. Shampoo / body wash is not provided. Travel bars are soap are available, but had I known I would have brought my own.2. While the property itself is right on the right, this specific unit is a couple minutes walk. It was still extremely close and easy to get to the beach.Overall the notes above were extremely minor and did not negatively impact our stay at all.

Place is very clean. It’s also spacious, good size bedrooms and restrooms. The beds are super comfy and linens look new, not old over washed. Overall this place felt cozy and owner was super nice and easy to contact and communicate . A place like Home. Looking forward in going back.

Beautiful condo really close by the beach kitchen has all utensils you need to cook and also bbq Mr. David very attentive the condo is super clean comfortable beds spacious closets they also have some stuff for the beach the only thing we had trouble connecting to the internet 
. Friday night we saw the fireworks really close we just went to the beach and it was a beautiful show Clayton’s beach bar it’s right there next to the condos aver all I will give it 10 stars

Everything was perfect from booking till the end of another family fun weekend. David the host was amazing his communication and hospitality was the best. We had 6 people 3 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and have space. Kitchen was fully stock with supplies to make all our delicious meals.

Nice location and amenities

Went on a crowded July 4th weekend, and the property maintenance staff were working hard to keep the pools cleaned, trees trimmed, trash cleaned up, and most importantly - parking spaces free from other beachgoers. Went to dinner at the Marriott next door - zero parking, and guests were having to park across the street. Ended up dropping everyone off and parking back at our condo to walk. The beach was convenient, and the host was very communicative and nice.
