Denna rymliga lägenhet ligger nära 15 motorvägen ingången, men är fortfarande undanstoppad från buller. Den har ett tandem två bil garage för din extra bekvämlighet.
Huvudinmatningen till enheten ligger i en avskild hall som möjliggör mer integritet. När du väl har kommit in i enheten finns ett underbart gourmetkök med nya apparater och finns med alla porslin och köksredskap du behöver!
Sovrummet är komplett med en king size-säng och ny LG TV, samt en massiv klädkammare och det är egen ingång till den mysiga uteplatsen och eget badrum.
Det andra sovrummet är också mycket rymligt och har en king size-säng och TV samt en massiv klädkammare.
Det andra badrummet ligger tvärs över hallen från det andra sovrummet.
I vardagsrummet hittar du massor av naturligt ljus och bekväma sittplatser som främjar en känsla av att samla. Det finns också en stor TV i vardagsrummet.
Det finns ett härligt dekorativt bord som ligger mittemot köket i detta öppna konceptområde.
På uteplatsen finns ett bord och en stol för att njuta av lite eftermiddagssol och frisk luft.
Större tvättmaskin / torktumlare är också på avskild uteplats, även om de är gömda bakom en dörr.

Detta grannskap är tyst med en fem starta community center, teater rum, stor pool med spa och cabanas, grillplats, gym. Gångavstånd till Filippi's pizza, Trader Joes, Board & Brew, japansk BBQ och mer. (Vi tillhandahåller poolhanddukar)

När det gäller platsen går denna plats på jackpotten. Det är nära en huvudvägen ingång som tar dig till alla San Diego hot spots. Det finns också en fantastisk biograf på andra sidan motorvägen, massor av livsmedelsbutiker, apotek, restauranger och shopping!

Jag rekommenderar definitivt denna plats till större familjer eller resande grupper, det är mycket rymliga och öppna. Du kommer inte känna sig crammed på denna plats! Tandemgaraget hjälper också om du har flera bilar som kommer på resan.
Men denna plats är också bra för små familjer eller grupper som uppskattar integritet. Eftersom sovrummen ligger på motsatta ändar av enheten.

We stayed here for a month in July 2021, and were not disappointed in any way. The unit was just as pictured, and was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. The towels and linens provided were nice, and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The WIFI was fast and reliable so we were able to work remotely. It was surprisingly quiet and we rarely heard our neighbors. The complex is lovely and well kept with a nice pool and large workout room. There is a Trader Joe's in walking distance as well as several restaurants, and a grocery store a short drive away. We found a fun farmer's market in Scripps Ranch on Thursday evenings with great food and produce. We loved the tandem two car attached garage that was plenty big enough for our SUV. The host Yan was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay on this lovely, comfortable condo, close to Mira Mesa Blvd & I-15. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors and very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Miramar lake is nearby and a nice place to walk. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay in a nice place

Apartment exactly as described. Pictures absolutely truthful. Jessy - the owner - is an extremely nice person that promptly resolved minor issues encountered after check in. Nice neighborhood with everything you may need nearby [from supermarkets to eating places, movies, etc.]. We would definitely stay again if in town.

This condo is AMAZING!

We spent a wonderful week here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was so easy. It was about a 20-40 minute drive to all of the San Diego tourist spots depending on traffic. It was nice to come "home" away from all the hustle and bustle. Jessy was a wonderful contact person and answered questions quickly. If you're looking to stay in San Diego and come across this place BOOK IT NOW! You won't be disappointed!

Very nice stay

This property was very conveniently located for me, near my grandkids, plus less than a mile to a very nice Lake Miramar recreational area. Comfy beds, great linens in the bathroom and good tv, Internet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice place to stay

Very comfortable, clean and quiet home. Kitchen is well stocked. Property has nice gym, pool and spa. Jessey is great. She is very responsive and addresses any concerns quickly. The only improvement would be to add more lighting in family/kitchen area. Very happy we stayed here.

Truly a resort like experience

This condo was great, stayed with my wife and another couple and had plenty of space and privacy for us all. The pool area was superb, really couldn’t get enough of it. The home was well stocked and in a great location and Jessy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and would absolutely stay again next visit.

Enjoyable, convenient, clean, amazing amenities

I travel to San Diego regularly for business and usually stay in a hotel, but decided to try out this condo instead. Let me tell you I was not disappointed! The place smelled amazing the second I walked in and the location was awesome for getting where I needed to go quickly. I loved the amenities, I was able to get in an early workout and then relax in the pool and hot tub after I got back. I must say the garage was awesome too, I didn't have to carry any groceries up stairs or anything. I am booking all future business stays here from now on! Would recommend to all!

Resort quality living

I really loved this place! It was very clean and spacious, and the location was really accessible. The garage was really nice because we didn’t have to empty our car each night. The pool was amazing and very clean, plus the bbq area made it great for having dinner and relaxing by the pool. The beds were really comfy and there were plenty of blankets to keep us cozy. I will definitely be booking this place again!

Stop searching now. Send the deposit for this fabulous condo. Better than described even. We travel the world and this condo hits it out of the park! I hesitate to share this, as I want this unit to be available upon our return to San Diego. 😃 The owner and her staff are incredible. The condo is impeccable ! Fully stocked! Even dryer sheets! The safe location is enviable. Close to shopping, freeway, movie theatre, everything! Olympic size pool, gym, buisiness center. Kind neighbors. I can not say enough positive comments to describe this beauty.

Lovely stay in spacious condo

We have rented the condo three years in a row for the month of August. She is very responsive to any concerns. Being from Phoenix, we want to cool off, but be out of the fog at the beach. The location of this condo is perfect for us. It is convenient to local restaurants, stores, and movie theatre on Mira Mesa Blvd. During the day it is a 25 minute drive to S. D. major attractions and the beach. The condo is clean and well maintained. The amenities we appreciate the most are: updated, well-equipped kitchen; master bath has two sinks and stand-alone shower; king size beds in both bedrooms; TV in both bedrooms as well as living area. Unloading and loading the car is so easy with the connected garage. The heated pool is just a short walk away and includes a hot tub in a resort like atmosphere. We would like to return to enjoy the comfortable stay.

Best of the best

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb and a couple VRBO and Marriott all across the country I travel literally 300 days a year. I have never EVER felt at home like I did with this place and more importantly the onwner and the office manager Jessy. They were awesome anything I needed they handled and questions I had they answered it felt like being at home with your own personal tour guide and home assistants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place or any one of their others, the price is always right and the people are even better. Great news for me is next time I’m in San Diego I no longer need to look. I got Kessys number on speed dial thanks again for letting me stay and ensuring I had the ultimate experience. Ps the pool reminds me of Vegas totally awesome
