The house was very clean, and the location is excellent. It’s conveniently close to many restaurants and grocery stores. An excellent choice for families with young kids—would highly recommend!

Very clean property. Did not need to communicate with property host as there were no issues and did not use the laundry as it was a short stay. The only downside was that the AC was locked to not allow cooling below a certain point (I think 74F) which was not beneficial for sleeping during the hottest weekend of the year.

What a great space for our group of four adults on a San Diego golf getaway. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a perfect location. The house was everything we needed.

Parking was great, kitchen was spacious (cinnamon helped deter a small ant issue, but not a problem). Home was centrally located for all of medical needs for the family and the reason we needed a safe home. We enjoyed the back patio and even made a key lime pie with the limes from the backyard!

Very clean!! Contact with the host was very fast and responsive! Home was centrally located in a residential neighborhood. It was quiet at night and even during the day if we were there.Kitchen is huge with all the supplies you would need. Laundry worked great! Bedrooms are a great size but no fans so bring one! We would recommend it to anyone!!

Hi! This property was like the photos. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. House was clean and enjoyed using the washer and dryer. We were there for a baseball tournament so we had uniforms to wash. Host communicated with us. The only issue we had was at check in the code to enter the property was not what they sent us so we couldn't get in. We called the host a few times but his phone was not taking calls (it was late at night). After about 30 min, he got back to us and gave us the correct code and apologized. Everything else from then on was great!!!

This was the perfect getaway house for our family. Nice quiet neighborhood and the house was very clean and we had no issues at all. Thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent here.

Great place and location!

We were in SD for a family reunion and this house was central to everything!—- Petco Park, Sea World, the USS Midway. The house was cute, cozy and very clean. We were very satisfied!

Comfortable stay for a family

House was clean, however I had to buy softener, trash bags, coffee pods, and misc condiments. Nice bedrooms, bed were very comfortable. Also nice enclosed back yard for our kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to families needing a comfortable place to stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay/Centrally located home

Our neighborhood home was well equipped (4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living rooms and full kitchen). It was truly ideal and centrally located in Mira Mesa for the round of golf courses we had chosen to play. The large smart TV was very convenient and allowed us to catch up on the weather, sports and news. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for any future stay. Btw, the communication with the owners was excellent!

Kitchen was equipped well other than small spoons for cereal for kids. They had lots of tiny spoons and big spoon. Had a few ants on the property and they cambout immediately to spray and take care of that which was great. It has air conditioning in the main living area but not really the bedroom. So we wanted to sleep with the window open. There is tape on the light switch to the backyard so the light is always on at night. Also there are 2 of the neighbors cameras pointing at the house so it is hard to keep privacy in the master. There are cameras outside of the house on all sides. There is a lot of road noise as well. So with windos open it can be quite loud. Same kind of issue where you dont know the field of view and if they can see in to the bedrooms. I felt like it is a more comercial type property intended to be a vrbo so it has stiff beds and hard floor throughout. The last night we had an opossum in the back yard when we had the door open and it almost came in the house while we were watching tv around 8pm.

Hi Matt, Thanks for the feedback. The house has a central AC, and each room has a vent. Perhaps the AC needs to be adjusted to a lower setting to provide more cool air. The cameras are on the outside perimeter for added security and are disclosed in the House Manual. The property has a vinyl wood floor, which is common flooring in California. In all, we appreciarted you feedback, and we will provide more utensils and check the AC.

San Diego Get Away

Staying at the property didn’t work out for our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. So my ratings are based on the pictures because we didn’t enter the property. VRBO will not permit me to submit without answer all the star ratings. However, the owner was 100% accommodating and reasonable! Very easy and thoughtful to work with. Thank you!!
