Cottage with history

Wonderful home, Scott took the time to tell us about the history of the home. Very convenient for all sorts of activities. Short walk to the Gulf and the casino. Only wished the fireplace worked, but overall extremely nice home.

Cozy and Comfortable

Our stay in Gulfport Mississippi was pure delight The house is equipped with most everything you would ever need to make your stay a pleasurable experience. We were close to major shopping centers, and a short block from the beach. Owners are very nice and helpful if needed. Perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy the Gulfport.

Couldn’t have been happier with the house and location. Owner was very prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend this place for cleanliness, location, and affordability. Scott was quick to respond to a couple of questions and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again

House is great, but if you are on a cane, walker etc. or drive a big SUV, this is not the place for you. The porch light was off when we got there and it was very dark outside the house. There are also large roots the very front of the house to be aware of, roots from very old trees. Inside of the house was very clean and it has all the modern conveniences. The

Listing is accurate

House was pretty much exactly as described. The only problem we found was the neighborhood. It’s on a busy street, kinda of sketchy in my opinion. Train rolls through, seems like right behind the house. Outside could use some updating. It is only a few blocks from the beach, casino is literally right across the street. Inside was well appointed, everything was clean. Definitely an old house but we’ll maintained from what we could tell. Communication was good.

Recommended!

The owner, Scott, saved our vacation twice! We were going to Orange Beach but hurricane Sally hit and our reservation was canceled. Scott confirmed our stay the day we were supposed to leave. We had problems with using VRBO and he worked with us to make sure we could stay at his property. We arrived at the lovely home and then the AC went out. Scott worked quickly to get it fixed ASAP. Scott is easy to work and communicate with. The property is centrally located in town, close to the beach and close to Island View Casino. It was spotless, comfortable and decorated beautifully. This property is a recommended stay! We have already recommended Scott and this property to friends!

House is great, good price point, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the older home refurbished. Porch is great to sit in the evening. Located close to the best resteraunts and things to do. Close to the beach and great if you like casinos. Literally across the street. Overall very good experience, except Hurriane Ida cutting the trip short a few days.

Loved this cottage

My sister and I encountered a problem with our original cottage rental when we arrived and were so fortunate to find this one. Scott was so helpful and accommodating even without seeing the cottage I felt confident in renting from him. The cottage was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. It is close to everything and has all you would need for a great vacation. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definately return!!

Gulfport Mississippi

We had a great time exploring the Gulfport area! Scott was very welcoming to his home and he checked in with us to be sure that everything was working out. We enjoyed the proximity to the Aquarium and the Dolphin watch tours. Be sure to check those out if you are staying in Gulfport. I recommend staying at this property!

This is a classic1920 Craftsman cottage which contains all of the details of that period. Great locations which is close to downtown, the Island View Casino and the beach. Renters can walk to the beach and spend a day in the sand or drive along beach road enjoying the sites from Biloxi to Bay St. Louis. Gulfport is centrally located along the Mississippi Gulf coast near to many casinos and other attractions.
