Denna underbara 1930-talsstuga med 2 sovrum visar gammal Idyllwild-charm. Unika platser som detta Àr svÄra att hitta sÀrskilt i nÀrheten av staden. Detta hem har vackra douglasgranar trÀgolv, cedervÀggar och tak. Ett stort vardagsrum och öppen spis / insats och mycket unika fickfönster. VÄrt gamla lantkök har en rymlig matplats med intilliggande litet dÀckomrÄde för morgonkaffe eller te. VÄr stuga har ocksÄ ett mycket stort slutet dÀck med gott om plats att laga mat och njuta av naturen. Det Àr ocksÄ ett bra stÀlle för husdjur att skydda dem utanför. Vi Àr nÀra staden cirka 1/2 mil eller ca 20-25 min promenad. Bara 3 minuter eller mindre med bil. VÄrt hem Àr perfekt för familjer eller bara ett par som vill komma ifrÄn allt. För större grupper har vi ocksÄ en liten separat studio med kök och badkar och kan erbjuda rabatt om du hyr bÄda stugorna. FrÄga om tillgÀnglighet om du Àr intresserad.

What an awesome cabin!

We were looking for a weekend getaway in a cozy cabin, and this is exactly what it was! Wood paneled Wild West feel, but had modern appointments like dishwasher, toaster, etc. Heat was easy to use, BBQ worked great, and the beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning here.

Great home and location!

We only were able to stay for a couple of nights, but we really enjoyed the visit. VERY clean and definitely larger than we expected, including two furnished outdoor decks, a large dining area and a good-sized kitchen. Great to find an affordable, VERY pet-friendly place in Idyllwild.

Not worth it

To start the oictures posted for this booking did not match when I arrived. Everything in the cabin was broken and you can tell needed repairs. The main cincern was there being no hot water. The host informed to run the kitchen water at the same time. In my opinion I didn't pay to jimmy rig things during my stay. All and all i don't recommend this place at all.

Enjoyed snow and good weather; animals and birds.

Just rested; two sons and spouses visited; one from Colorado. Enjoyed the snowstorms even if we were snowed in twice for two days each) until dug out ( fun experience). Enjoyed the town and restaurants. The mountain cabin feel was exactly what we wanted. I was not ready to leave; wife was (long enough for her but she also enjoyed the mountains, animals and surroundings)

Classic Mountain Cabin

We had great couple of days stay here. Great location near the Village and easy access off the main road. Well equipped modern kitchen and bath in a classic old style cabin that's a little rough around the edges in the best way possible. Mark, the owner, was great, communication and instructions minimal and easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at this quaint rustic cabin. We brought our dogs, played games, walked to town for dinner and enjoyed the property. Will return!

Cozy cabin

Easy to find and very simple check in. Comfortable bed and very cozy and quiet. Nice fenced side patio so we could let our dog off the leash while relaxing outside.

Fabulous stay in a great cabin

This property was great! Cozy yet spacious for two adults (two bedroom, one bath, full large kitchen, dining area, good size living room). It had rustic charm and everything was clean and in good working order! It also had a comfy outdoor seating area complete with beautiful lights that come on automatically. Some of the areas outside could use a bit of a power wash (cobwebs, etc.) but nothing that effected our stay. However there is NO HOT TUB. Something in the description said hot tub or spa or spa tub - none of the above are there. We'd absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely time!

Nice Stay

Enjoyed our time at this property. The was a new update we weren't aware of---instead of 2 twin beds in bedroom #2, it was replaced by a queen bed. Great stay overall.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

As a realtor I've seen a lot of homes on the mountain. This property stood out the minute I saw it. It's from an era long gone. My first thought was Goldilocks and 3 cabins in the woods! I was so excited and couldn't wait to start my projects to make this place beautiful. I wanted to create the warm cabin feel and invite my guests to enjoy old Idyllwild charm. Situated in a nice area but close to town. The home is new to VRBO as of June 2018.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Gorgeous hardwood floors and cedar walls/ceilings. My favorite thing is the pocket windows in the living room and the rock fireplace. The home is roomy and comfortable.
