Lovely condo with great view

The layout and decor of this condo was great! Beds were comfortable and the balcony is huge. We really liked this condo and would definitely stay here in the future.

Property as described in VRBO. Extremely clean and all appliances in working order. The only observation is that the pool could be cleaned more frequently. A couple days water had debris. Check in very smooth. Pam responded promptly to communication.

Did a three night stay with my family. Was very spacious with plenty of room. Very accommodating for a family of 4 or 5. Very close distance to restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here

WONDERFUL place to get away!

I LOVED this condo. The location was PERFECT. The layout was PERFECT. It was easy to access and enjoyable to the last minute.You can tell the owners put a LOT of love, time and thoughtfulness into decorations and amenities. Little touches like cute family pictures, to board games, to different sized coffee cups. I honestly enjoyed going to each room and looking at all the personalized little touches.The ONLY criticism I had is that someone needs to go in and check the electrical outlets. We found 2-3 where one or both plugs didn't work. This was an inconvenience when we had multiple people needing an operational outlet to charge electronics.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was very large with comfortable seating. We would stay here again. Please note that there is an additional $65 parking fee that is cash only and must be paid at the time of check-in at the security booth.

Great spot for Hangout!

Great views. Can’t beat the location with Dollar General and Walmart across the street. I recommend having a big skillet. Other than that everything was great.

Nice, but...

The unit was clean and had a great view and right on the water. Be aware that there is a 75 parking fee that isn't included in your fee. For a week, that wouldn't be bad, but it was the same fee when we stayed just two nights.The property manager didn't respond to two texts and an email. That was frustrating.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed 5 days in this beautifully decorated condo. It had a lot of personal touches that made it feel like home. The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location by shops and restaurants. We loved the view of the beach and enjoyed sitting on the deck. We hope to stay in this condo again during our next trip to Orange Beach, Alabama.

Great Place to Stay

This property was clean with a beautiful view and in a great location. It had all the amenities we needed. We spent most of our time on the balcony which has plenty of room. Loved this property. We will be back.

Girls trip to the beach

Great space, plenty of room for 5 of us. Loved the balcony! The beds were comfy and we liked having 2 bathrooms. Elevators were fast, check in was so easy. Parking was no problem minus the $75 fee instead of $65. Pool was refreshing after baking in the beach. A few people were smoking on the balconies and beach but nothing horrible.

Very roomy, great view, well stocked!

When we got in on Saturday one of the elevators was down and there was a line of people with carts waiting on the elevator and no carts available. I was worried this didn’t bode well for the entire stay but I think it was just everyone arriving at the same time. Later the same day both elevators were working, and although one later went out again, there wasn’t a long wait on the other elevator. The cleaning staff was super friendly, one lady was always wearing jeans and a T-shirt and she wears glasses, I felt like I saw her all over the place always working on cleaning something. The room was very spacious. We had everything we could need as far as pans, measuring cups, and there is even a spice rack with basic things like salt, pepper, olive oil spray, etc. The bathroom is stocked with q-tips and cotton balls. There are even a couple of beach chairs in the bedroom closet. Our only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to get the living room tv to work properly. There are 3 different remotes and I text the number on the email to get help but I felt like the instructions I was getting weren’t clear at all and we never could get it working. I’m glad my husband thought to bring his PlayStation so we were able to watch Disney, Netflix, etc, through it, otherwise we would’ve been without tv. Besides that issue, we were very happy with the room and the location of the condo.

Bluewater 1502 was amazing

We had eight people and were very comfortable. The condo was beautifully decorated and the views of the ocean and pool from the balcony were incredible! The place had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The ice maker appliance was an awesome surprise. The kitchen was fiully stocked with cookware and utensils. The top floor was quiet at night and lended itself to some peaceful rest. Everything worked and Pam Martin Realty were prompt with any requests we had. The local restaurants were great! If you get a chance be sure to check out Coastal Orange Beach, Zeke’s and The Gulf. Plenty to do while we visited for the week including some beach/shore fishing (fun!). I would highly recommend this condo if you were planning a family beach trip. Thank you for a memorable stay in Orange Beach, AL!!

4th and final stay to Blue Water 1502

This was our 4th and final stay as the building needs an overhaul, the clientele leave a bit to be desired and the condo was left in a pretty dirty state. We first stayed after the place had just been redone and it was gorgeous; it’s sad to see how renters have not treated it well over time. For the facility, we have seen an increase in bad behavior year after year and this was the worse year yet. If I wanted to get high all I had to do was hang on the balcony as our neighbors were blazing the whole week. Plus the loud music all hours of the day was really frustrating. For the owners, my wife spent the week nursing your plants back to health. We hope the next renters do the same. Thanks for the 4 weeks we rented from you, good luck -‘d god bless!

Great place to stay

The condo was great! The beds were comfy! Loved the ice machine in condo, came in handy!! The grounds and pool were so pretty! Barbecue area was very nice. No complaints at all!
