Perfect location to ski

Overall, the place was very good for two adults.Listing states that it sleeps five which it technically does, but if you have a lot of ski boots and gear and such, it would be quite tight to have more than two adults. The location was amazing with such an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the river run gondola.

Perfect spot to ski from

This place was perfect! So convenient to the ski slopes, with amenities and a perfectly laid out space. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. They were really flexible in allowing us to keep our car in the garage a few more hours too!

Great spot and value!

Great location in River Run and the unit had everything we could need. The management company was super easy to contact especially when I needed to get back into the unit after checking out because of sunglasses left. This is the second time I’ve booked a place with this management company Keystone and have been impressed each time!

The worst place I’ve stayed.Would not recommend.Shower broken, bath mat gross, paint peeling off, outlets don’t work, humidifier, microwave doesn’t work, glued coffee cups in the kitchen, kitchen doors broken, elevator doesn’t work more than half of the time,jacuzzi-ppl having sex and no one is doing anything about it.For extra towels, tissues and toilet paper, you have to go across the street to the office building and it’s not available when you need it.I hope you paint the picture.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear how disappointing your experience was, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter these concerns. We would like to note that none of the issues mentioned were reported to our team during your stay and were only brought to our attention at check-out. Had we been notified sooner, our on-site team would have been more than happy to address any maintenance, housekeeping, or supply concerns right away to improve your experience. Regarding additional supplies, our guest services office is conveniently located across the street and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to assist with extra towels, tissues, and other essentials. The concerns about the elevator and jacuzzi involve common areas managed by the HOA and are outside of our direct control, but we will be sharing your feedback with building management. We regret that your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as they help us improve for future guests.

Our second time at this rental

The property is just as listed. The only thing I would encourage the owner to change is the bathtub faucet. I was afraid that it would come off one time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
