Good ocean views. Long walk to beach. All bathroom showers could use updating. We did have issues with ants invading in master bathroom. Overall, experience was OK. Doubt we would visit this property again.

Great condo. The common areas are a little dated/crumbling in places and could use a serious refresh. The location is perfect though.

The property was great! Felt roomie for 6 adults and 1 toddler. It was clean and matched the listing pictures. The beds and sitting area were comfortable. Access to the pool and beach were great. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was wonderful. Only a few glitches which were corrected quickly. First the gate code was transposed so we had to clarify what the code was. A toilet stopped up but they can quickly and fixed it. Also, TAKE mosquito spray. They consumed me on the way to the beach.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. The spaciousness made it perfect for everyone to have their own space. The ocean view was amazing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As three-month renters, we can confidently say this unit has it all! The kitchen is beautifully appointed, and the spacious living and dining areas make it easy to relax or entertain. Each bedroom has its own private bath - including a walk-in shower and soothing jacuzzi in the master. The outdoor deck offers versatile seating for everything from morning coffee, afternoon sunning, to evening gatherings.The view is simply spectacular—especially from the living area and master bedroom. A perfect place to settle in and truly feel at home.

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great with all new appliances. It was very spacious and easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great St Simons Weekend

The property was even better than I expected! Really large space - perfect for 6 adults and then some! Kitchen had all kinds of supplies and seems recently renovated. Such an easy and clear check-in and out process with the management company. Perfect location on the island - could easily walk to dinner or the village. We all can't wait to stay here again!!

Great Condo in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had read reviews of this condo, which weren't all that great, but really wanted to stay at the Grand. It was great. Yes, the sliding doors were hard to open and the keys were hard to work in the door and a lamp wasn't working, BUT, you can't beat the Grand. The swimming pool was right there, easy access to the beach, beautiful views on the balcony. Could easily bike or walk to dinner or a few shops and fishing. We loved St Simons and the Grand.

Birthday Getaway

The property was as advertised. I was there with my two sisters to celebrate a birthday so it was nice to have three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was nice as was the beach access. My one complaint, which is not just for this unit, is that no beach chairs or umbrellas are provided at this location. While I rented a tent and chairs, there was wind and rain every morning except for one and the tent folks only set up (if at all) in the morning. This made hanging out on the beach difficult. If you live within driving distance, which it appeared may did, bring a cart and chairs. The unit itself, especially the kitchen, has been renovated and it had everything you could need to prepare meals if you were inclined to do so. New appliances in the kitchen, new washer and dryer and new hardword floors through out. Beds were comfortable too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Real Escapes was great to work with. This unit is in a wonderful location and the community amenities were outstanding. The unit has a great view and has a really good layout and the balcony is large with an awesome view. The condo in general is not well maintained. It was clean but most fixtures looked awful from tarnish and age. The Master bedroom TV has a huge blot in the middle of the screen. The blinds in the living area and master were broken in multiple places. Cabinets were coming apart in the master bath and the counter top is cracked in the kitchen. The unit is furnished well but it seems the owner must only use this as an investment property and puts little to no care in the upkeep overall.
