Pros and cons

Loved the area and the property. Close to a lot of amenities. Could have used more blankets as the duvets did not have the insert blanket. The kitchen would be more functional if there were more bowls and dishes for cooking . Overall the house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay

there is nothing new here very used bed covers the very used pots the dirty bathrooms and tubs The vacuum cleaner doesn't work, the dryer doesn't work, the pool is very small. It was not what we expected

The state was overall wonderful except for the inaccuracy of the five bedroom five bathroom. It is indeed five bedroom, four bathrooms. A few of the dishes were dirty, The fan in the master bedroom was cracked and broken, The remotes in the house didn’t have backs, No, the toaster worked on one side , There was only one roll of tissue in each bathroom for a five day stay which definitely needed more … The bed were extremely comfortable. The overall was good

Vacation

The home was a nice. The living and dining areas were as pictured. The actual bedrooms were smaller than i thought based off of the pictures. The shower water would get cold quickly in the master bedroom upstairs. The hydrant to turn the pool on, had a continuous leak, which had water right outside of the patio door as you walk out. The towel rack was broken in one of the rooms. The ironing board was broken. The walls were scratched up pretty badly as well. The light switches were not working. I could only use the lamps in most areas. I took pictures in case i was blamed. The good thing about it is, they did not try to charge me. I just expected much more from what i saw prior to coming. Overall, the beds was comfortable, tvs worked, and we had air.

Nice House

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and spacious house. The pool was great and adding pool heat is necessary. The pool area at the house is close to the main road and at times very noisy. The resort area this year was busier than past years, making it difficult to enjoy the resort amenities.

Champions Gate

The pics of this listing are nothing like in person. Doesn’t mean we didn’t enjoy, but it’s not as nice as the pics. Is rundown. Walls are marked up and dirty. Chairs are broke. Curtains are broke. Toilet paper holders were broke from wall. Great location and great to have your own pool and the community pool. We would stay again, just know that the pics are a little false advertisement.

Nice but Minors things need to be worked on.

The home was very nice. They could do better on the cleaning part. Plus the trash they leave in a bench on porch to get pick up, is horrible. That really need to be clean. The pool had lots of insects in it. Of the wise it's a Nice home. (Minor things)

Fun Day

Property was nice, however there was a shattered glass that I had with the back sliding door. I call management immediately upon arrival during my walk through and was brushed off. I had 2 8 year old boys that could have easily cut them selves. We had to plan extra activities to stay away from the house to avoid any possible injuries. I’m just disappointed that no one reached out to say we can relocate you since you have minors or to say anything. Some guy came and looked at it and left. This is the first time I had anything negative about my rental home.

A lot of trash on property that needs picked up more often. Check in line is very lone if you arrive on Friday or Saturday. Property staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.

Love Champions Gate!

This property was great. There were quite a bit of crumbs on the ground and ants. I did have to sweep and run the vacuum and found an empty food container under the couch. The white rug that was in front of the sliding door to patio was filthy so I did wash it. Champions Gate is a great place to stay as we have stayed there before. The Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving many people arrived and were loud and threw garbage everywhere. Once they left it was back to a very quiet place. Not sure if this is typical of Thanksgiving week as we were there last year over Christmas and not like this. Overall, a beautiful home and great stay.

Champion Gate

Great Stay. Only issue was we came 4th of july weekend and the check in process was really bad took 2 hours to get to the main gate. Fire works were non stop for 4 days in a row. But the house was great alot of space. About an 8-10 with being clean. But yes i will stay here again. Nothing is perfect but it was a great stay should of stayed longer then 6 nights.

Wonderful

The house was exactly like advertised. The property and staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Our sliding glass door did not work on the handle side. The toilet paper bar in the upstairs bathroom was missing. Somehow, we lost a blue napkin.

Visit to Disney

Great property, clean and well laid out. Nice decor. Location is nice. Had an issue with pool Heat, contact the property management twice and by the end of my stay still had no heat. Paid $25 a day for a Pool i could not use. Contacted the property management after I got home to try and get a refund as I do not feel I should pay for it. Useless property management. Lynn ignores my messages and when she did respond she told me she had to contact the pool Company to see what the outcome was when they did an inspection. It’s been a month and still no response. I like the property and the area and would highly recommend, in fact I’d go back. However, If I was the owner I’d fire this management as they are useless and not customer service oriented. My rating is not based on the property or the amenities, it’s low due to the management.

Stay was good

Everything was great and as advertised other then paying extra for the pool to be heated, In our 7 days we were only able to use the pool for 2 1/2 days as there were problems with the pool heater. But like I said everything else was great and would highly recommend this property.

The townhouse was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. But would it be so terrible to have normal bars of soap and extra toilet paper and garbage bags? One garbage bag!? And the shower had zero pressure which was annoying. But like I said overall was very nice

Somewhat spoiled by other groups

The property was just as described and very comfortable, we have no complaints whatsoever about the property, just that it may just be that particular time of year, but there were 3 other independent villas rented out to 3 groups of Schoolchildren age, with 12 children and teachers/coaches ? In each villa. Lot of noise at night, also early in the morning when they were leaving in their respective buses, and in the late afternoon when they arrived back you had 30 - 40 kids playing American football on the grassy areas and indeed in the street for some hours every day somewhat spoiled our week, , I feel that there should be regulations governing the rentals in this lovely area to avoid this. Apart from that I have no complaints re the property or the area thank you Greg Thompson

Great stay

The property was as described online. It was clean when we arrived. Location was great with easy access to Orlando and Champions Gate restaurants and activities. Also, the Oasis pool was a nice addition, beyond our condo pool. I would recommend this rental to others.

Almost perfect

Home was exactly as pictured and described. Very spacious and well kept. Great, safe community for children with activities and community pool area. Only suggestion for the home is the addition of ceiling fans w/ lights in bedrooms would be appreciated. We will be back!
