Köket har en mixer, brödrost, kaffebryggare (vanlig dropp och liten Keurig), kaffekvarn och alla köksartiklar / husgeråd. Vin glasögon, champagne glasögon och margarita glasögon för din favorit libation!

Uppgraderat kabel-TV-paket i vardagsrum och sovrummet både med DVD och Roku TV. Det finns också en digital antenn om du vill ansluta den till TV: n i Master istället för att ha Roku. Massor av filmalternativ med Roku och alla gratis! WiFi ingår.

2 rymliga sovrum för att rymma din familj! Master erbjuder en king size-säng och som också har en egen balkong och badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en ny queen size-säng med en madrass över kudden (och det finns en full size madrass i garderoben bara om du behöver lite extra sovplats). Ett annat badrum, med tvättmaskin / torktumlare precis utanför huvudgången.

Strykjärn & strykbräda, hårtork och bekvämt torkställ tillhandahålls. Vi erbjuder lyxiga handdukar, sängkläder och alla sängkläder (extras i garderoben). Bagagehållare i båda sovrummen.

Vi har 4 badhanddukar, 4 solstolar och en svalare för din användning. Paradise Island Rentals hyr strandstolar och paraplyer dag eller vecka, berätta adressen och de ställer in dem åt dig på stranden och de kommer att sätta ditt namn på paraplyet, bra service, ph # är 910-458- 4747. Vi har också en liten Weber kolgrill som du kan använda i det utsedda grillområdet nära parkeringsdäck. Både grillen och kylaren finns i garderoben på uteplatsen utanför sovrummet.

My beach week

The condo was immaculate! It was decorated very nicely. The primary bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The sheets were amazing! How ever, the same can’t be said for the other bed. Sorry. The sheets didn’t fit properly and the bed was noisy! Any movement resulted in squeaks and thumping! Other tan that, it was very comfortable and well-equipped with the necessary equipment!❤️

Great apartment by the beach and super host

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and very easy to check in. It is on the beach with a great ocean view and you can walk to bars and restaurants. Kathy is so nice and I strongly recommend following her restaurant suggestions. We couldn't dream of a nicer way to spend few days by beautiful Carolina Beach.

The Best Surprise Was No Surprise!

The condo was perfect and a welcoming haven for us to simply let our cares float away with the surf. The cleanliness was exemplary and the convenience to everywhere really appreciated. Kathy was responsive and accessible when needed. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Only the unwelcome presence of Hurricane Helene was disappointing - everything else was wonderful!

Best condo we've ever stayed at

The whole process from booking to check out was simple and easy. Lots of communication with owner/manager. If I had a question I messaged her and got a response within just a few minutes. The condo was very clean and nice and very quiet.

Beach Vacation for a Week

The place was very clean, well stocked, mattresses were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for a small family. Location was perfect within walking distance to the boardwalk and the North End Market. The owner was also very quick to reply to questions. Highly recommend this place!

Carolina Beach was a thumbs up!

Our first stay at CB was very enjoyable! Good local food, great time on the beach, and quality time with family. Property manager was very up front and informative about the limited parking which was a non issue after a day. Condo was just what we were looking for. Beach was great - not crowded at all.

Home Away From Home

I could not say enough good things about this property. Feels like home and has all of the amenities you would need. The location to the beach is perfection and the easy beach access really makes the location and property top tier. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio with the view and listening to the waves crash! The new patio high top table and Adirondack chairs are perfect to see the view and are extremely comfy! Communication with the owner was extremely easy and she was fantastic with communication and responding. There was a 3-ring binder with info on the property, things to do around Carolina Beach and what to do before leaving. As per other reviews the parking is tight BUT the owner was thorough about explaining and even sent a picture for clarification. If you are comfortable with your vehicle and maneuvering it, parking honestly should not be an issue! Do not hesitate to choose this property! All around, a wonderful vacation, property and location! Thank you Kathy for sharing and opening your property!

Wonderful celebrations!!

The condo is decorated beautifully. It is completely furnished and I mean there is absolutely nothing you could possibly need missing. The view is gorgeous, the furnishing are very comfortable and everything is spotless. The owner is very accommodating and cares that everything is perfect and that you have everything you need. You could not ask for more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Condo is fine but parking a nightmare

We enjoyed the condo itself but damaged 2 autos trying to park. The parking space is quite narrow and the driver must maneuver around a utility pole, both going into and out of the parking space. One auto was damaged on the rear fender going out, the other was scraped trying to get around the building to park. The latter was finally parked successfully after much backing and filling, but the process was stressful. Once parked next to the building, there is about 3 inches of space between the auto and the curb for the building next door. The owner reports that she parks an Expedition successfully in the space provided, but she has a lot more practice with the narrow parking area and more investment in making it work. We will not return to this property but the beach is great.

Great location!

Beach access is right at the condo! The host had detailed instructions for parking and checking in-very helpful. The condo was pristine at check-in. The parking space is very tight with no room for maneuvering and can't imagine trying to navigate it during high season.

Absolutely fantastic!

This is the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well stocked, and view from the balcony can’t be beat. So easy to get to the beach and walk to good restaurants and other stuff. The beach itself is quiet and clean and exactly what we needed. Kathy, our host, was super quick to help when we had a concern about the parking (it’s a little tight, don’t bring a Hummer). It was all great. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t a problem at night for sleeping. Totally loved this place.

Just about perfect!

Plenty of space for my friend and I, VERY clean, well appointed kitchen, and clear instructions from the host! The “worst” thing I could say (and the owner told us about this) was the parking. Lol. When they said right by a utility pole-they meant it. Someone less scaredy-cat than me would probably feel quite comfortable though. I know anyone would enjoy their stay here-the sound of the sea, just steps across the dunes on a boardwalk to the beach, plus a beautiful place to stay-what’s not to love?!?

A very well maintained property at Carolina Beach

Great place, well located with respect to activities, and everything you need is here. The owners were very quick to resolve a minor glitch with the TV. My only hesitation in booking again would be having to deal with the dreadful VRBO, with their hidden fees and harsh cancellation policy. Otherwise a delightful place!

Great place!

This is a very nice place. It is very clean and has nice bedrooms with large beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a big one in the living area. The kitchen had everything you need. There is a walkway to the beach. You can see waves and hear the surf from the balcony. It is wonderful! I think it would be great for two to four people.

Great Condo

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, tasteful decor, complimentary supplies, comfortable beds, ocean view (great for first floor unit) and owner communication. The parking was a small challenge but got easier. I would recommend this unit!

Like our very own resort!

Deck to watch the sunrise and waves crashing on the beach. Host was in constant contact asking us if there was anything we needed. Just an amazing and relaxing experience.

Easy to Love

We just wrapped up our week at this lovely rental. We enjoyed our stay both at the property and Carolina Beach. Very easy access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. This rental is on the first floor, easy access to unload all of our gear. Kathy has thought of everything! Clear and timely communication- great job!!

Love being on the 1st floor, not climbing tons of stairs, private boardwalk out to the beach as well a great view from the kitchen. Enjoy the balcony's awesome ocean view, very peaceful. About 90 steps from the door to the ocean!
