Great extended weekend away

Your condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend away without the kids! We spent most of our time on the balcony and loved having tasty food at nearby Kate’s and Stoked, delicious flounder and shrimp. We also had Michelangelo’s deliver pizza one night. The bed is high but luckily my fiancé and I are tall, lol. We really enjoyed our stay away and appreciate you letting us use your home. We especially loved the little things like plenty of house cleaning items, ie. paper products, dish washing and laundry supplies provided. Thank you Rhonda and Sutton!

This place is beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet! They provide so much upon arrival. The bed is super comfortable, as well as the other furniture inside and on the deck. Beautiful ocean view. Highly recommend

3rd time stay

We like this condo and just stayed for our 3rd year. The price is great but we would be willing to pay a bit more if they upgraded a few things (like a small functional dining table.) Bed is very comfy and we like the big couches for our family of four! I would recommend it!

Zero degrees at home but mild temps in Carolina Beach

Well set up apartment. The location was perfect to explore a lovely area for us to escape the winter in New York State. A wide selection of places to eat close by. Walking on the beach minutes away was wonderful.

Great getaway condo!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean with comfortable sitting areas and great oceanfront location. We felt safe and enjoyed that it was within 1 mile drive (or walk) to restaurants. We really enjoyed meeting some of the Carolina Beach locals as they were very kind & friendly! The reviews mentioned that the bed is a little high and I would agree. The owners did provide a step platform to help.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cozy. Has a large king size bed that has a stool for you to climb in with. It's on the first floor so not many stairs. The best thing is it has a large beach area! It's close to the ferry and Southport. Will go again!

Any place with a beach attached is heaven

We had so much fun! The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Sutton and Rhonda we're so easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us. It was a blast.

Getaway to refresh!

Lovely getaway for two tired parents to refresh! The location is great -- easy quick access to beach, view of ocean from the balcony, and close to downtown CB. One morning we walked up the beach to get Brit's Donuts on the boardwalk- yum! One downside is that the bedroom is street-side, and street noise was a bit disruptive. I would advise other guests to bring a white noise machine & maybe earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Thanks for a nice weekend!

Great Stay

We come to Carolina beach every single year and stay at the Sea Colony. This is by far one of the best units we have stayed at. It is updated, clean, and has plenty of amenities! We enjoyed our stay!

Master bed too high for avg. person to get in and out without steps. No steps

Car was towed and had to get out of towing facility $250. + Uber fee of $25 into Wilmington to get. Parking tag was in car hanging half way out of sun visor. Only 2 cars under the entire building. Made from this copy paper would not stay on dash. It slid between windshield and dash and took forever to get out,, so we put it over sun visor hanging half out.

The apartment looks newly renovated and was impeccably clean. My stay was restful and therapeutic. I got really lucky with the weather too. I will definitely stay here again.

Summer Fun

This is a beautifully decorated condo. The owners have supplied everything you could need. It has a nice view of the pool and the ocean. I loved being able to walk to the nearby Tiki Bar which is outside on a pier overlooking the ocean. I enjoyed my stay.
