Brand New Luxury Beachfront Home - redo för juli 2018 lägenheter

Beläget på den vita sandstranden i Gulf Shores, Alabama, har detta strandnära hem allt! Inte bara är havet några steg från dörren, men det finns en privat pool på den rymliga däcken! Inuti huset finns utrymme att sträcka. Nedre våningen finns två vardagsrum, ett dubbel kök (2 av allt) med ett stort skafferi och ismaskin, 2 stora matbord sittplatser 10 varje och extra sittplatser på den stora ön baren. På huvudvåningen finns också 2 sovrum med king size-sängar och eget badrum. Att slutföra huvudvåningen är ett halvt bad, en tvätt och en våt bar (med en extra ismaskin). Det finns gott om stora fönster i vardagsrummet som erbjuder utsikt över stranden medan du aldrig lämnar huset!

På andra våningen kommer du att ange ett annat generöst proportionerat sittområde med ett halvt bad. Du hittar en andra tvätt och de 6 resterande sovrummen. Tre av sovrummen ger en king size-säng. Det fjärde sovrummet är en king size-säng med en extra enkelsäng. Det 5: e sovrummet är HANDICAP tillgängligt med två queen size-sängar och ett handikapp badrum. Det 6: e sovrummet innehåller 2 våningssängar och en dubbelsidig fönsterbädd, perfekt för barn! Alla rum har eget badrum.

Hissen är underbar bekvämlighet i att få bagage och matvaror in och ut! Huset är också fullt handikappvänligt.

Utanför har däcket gott om plats för en folkmassa. En stor stor grill ligger på slutet av ett rymligt däck. Halvdelen av däcket är avtäckt för solbadare och den andra hälften är täckt för dem som tycker om stranden, men tycker inte om att koppla av i solen. Också på däck är den privata poolen. Ledande från däck till stranden är en sanddyna överväldigad med utomhusdusch.
Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar internet, tv i varje rum, kabel, täckt parkering för 8 bilar, 2 ismakare, våt bar och en stor gasgrill, sängkläder, tallrikar, kastruller och kokkärl ingår. Gäster behöver bara ta med personliga föremål och badlakan.

Gorgeously appointed gulf front beach house with private pool, just, wow! The pictures don't do it justice. Prime location. Spotlessly clean. Had everything that we needed. We enjoyed an amazing week at this lovely home; our large family was comfortably spoiled. We made good use of the 'double' kitchen - we assigned cooking teams each night for our group, and there was more than enough room and supplies for our chefs to do their thing. My elderly mother accompanied us, and the elevator was a godsend for her (and for us with groceries / luggage). Charlotte was so responsive, a super amazing host. If we are lucky, we will book this house again in the future. Perfect perfect perfect.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This house was a perfect venue for our family of 15. It was very quick flight to Gulf Shores airport, which had car rentals on site. The drive to the house was about 10 minutes. Check in was simple with just a lock code on the door. The host was sweet and responded immediately to calls and texts. The house was beautiful, immaculately clean, and well furnished. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen was huge, with 2 sets of appliances including 2 free standing ice makers. The set up was perfect for our family with the pool and beach access being on the same level as the first floor of the house. This made it very easy for our niece to get around as she was disabled and wheelchair bound. The large shaded patio was very comfortable. The extra surprise was an elevator that went from the street level to every floor of the house, which helped immensely with luggage and groceries. Overall this house made our beach vacation exceptional in every way.

Absolutely perfect!

We loved everything about this house, except the pool. The double kitchen was amazing. The porch swing is a must nap spot! The pool filter system seemed to not be working, but the beach was amazing!

Perfect Family home!

We have been visiting Gulf Shores for 15 years and this is by far the best house we have ever rented. Our group of 22 ranging in age from 3-68 fit perfectly! Bedrooms and bathrooms were good sizes, the elevator was a huge bonus, and we loved the pool. The double kitchen was amazing for our meals and the large living space was comfortable even on rainy days when all of us were indoors. The direct access to the beach was also amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

We had a group of 15 and this was the perfect house for us! It was large enough for us all to spread out, had a beautiful covered deck and the pool and location right in the beach was absolutely perfect! Thank you Charlotte for being a great hostess!

Loved the house. Very convenient to beach. Plenty of room for our family group of 14. Great kitchen with 2 of everything. Elevator was a great plus for bringing up bags and groceries. Pool was great. Lots of pool volleyball played with our makeshift net, plus "littles" loved playing in it with floaties. Patio offered shade throughout the day for some us older ones while we watched the littles. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, perfect location

The property was as advertised and then some. Right on the beach with plenty of space inside with an open floor plan to accommodate large groups. This property also had an extensive deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy shade or sun by the private pool. Great view of the water from 4 of the 8 bedrooms and a private boardwalk from the pool to the beach. Who could ask for anything more.

Celebrating 55th Anniversary

We just stayed at this beautiful home. We were celebrating my parents 55th wedding anniversary with16 of us and this house had more than enough room for all of us. The private pool was amazing. The kids really enjoyed that. The location of the house was great. Just a short drive to restaurants and walking distance to an ice cream shop! This was our first time to this area and loved it.

This beautiful home could not have been a better fit for or family of 19 - age 22 month to 71 years. There was plenty of room for everyone and the double kitchen was remarkably well stocked - far better than any other of the many VRBO properties we have used in the past. The home is very handicap friendly with an elevator, step in showers sloping boardwalk to the beach (direrct access to the beautiful beach) and even ramp access from the deck to the pool. Everyone remarked how it was the best house of our neighbors because although the pool may be a little smaller it is on the same level as the deck and the others are a level down requiring one to climb up and down stairs for access. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and hope to return to this home again in the future! One thing I would note is that the home lacks much exterior lighting on the street side so is hard to find at night. The other thing I would note is that the king room with a twin - the twin is actually a built in, not sure it's full size but a 10 year old could sleep comfortably.

Amazing property

This house was fabulous! It accommodated all 22 of our family and it was very clean. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a treat. There was plenty of living space. The pool was enjoyed by all and being right on the beach gave us a great view. I would rent this property again and urge others to do so. It definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Roomy beach house

Wonderful stay for 4 families!

Everything was wonderful! We had 4 couples with 13 kids ranging from 7 to 18, 21 total. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, hangout, and eat. We cooked multiple meals and double kitchen/seating was a lifesaver. You could walk to multiple places. Great location! We'll be back!

Very roomy and clean

We loved our stay at this house. The open living room/kitchen area was perfect for large groups. The 2 long dining tables easily accomodated everyone. The porch swing was a favorite among everyone. The elevator was a life saver for those trips to the grocery store. The stay was not without a few problems however. The panel that controls the pool screen was broken so we couldn't turn the heater on. The sink on the right side was clogged and leaked if you ran the water. One dishwasher didn’t work. The gate on the boardwalk to the beach was broken with a nail sticking out and one of the kids cut themself on it. Other than those few things, it was a great place to stay and i would still recommend it.

Nice house but hiccup with check-in

The house and location are very nice. We did have a problem with check-in. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned. It was pretty late at night till we were able to use the house. That was pretty rough after traveling all day and having a young child with us who needed to go to bed, especially with how much you are paying.

Perfect house for large family

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have loved it each time! The house is set up perfectly for all ages. The kitchen area is always a gathering spot, and the oversized swing on the deck is a favorite hang out, especially for the teens! The private boardwalk makes access to the beach easy for all ages and abilities. We hope to continue our visits in the future. The only reason we didn't give a full 5 star rating is because the housekeeping company did not leave the property until after 6 pm the day of check-in (we were waiting 2 hours), and we had linens that had visible dirt/stains on them. We re-washed those items ourselves as needed.
