Beach House - 6 BR - Pool

Den Wavewatch är en vacker strandnära hus bara en mil väster om de viktigaste korsningen i Gulf Shores. Övre och nedre våningen är knutna till uppehållsrum och ett stort däck som omger en 16 x 30 pool ger gott om plats för sol och avkoppling. Huset är direkt på stranden med spektakulär utsikt över havet. Det är en av de främsta egenskaperna på West Beach.

Den Wavewatch är en duplex med varje fristående enhet som utsetts av "väst" och "öst" sidor. Varje sida innehåller 6 sovrum och 3 badrum på tre våningar. Det finns även garage för två bilar och off-road parkering för ytterligare två bilar på varje sida. Även om båda sidor är mycket lika, de var hyra genom separata listor på denna webbplats och resten av denna beskrivning är specifikt för Wavewatch West. Wavewatch East kan hittas på listan # 148.690

Från den täckta parkeringen bottenvåningen kan nås via huvudentrén eller pooldäcket via en yttre trappa. Bottenvåningen interiören har en post med en stor päls garderob och ett sovrum med våningssängar och en extra enkelsäng.

De viktigaste våningen har en vacker öppet vardagsrum med en håla / nöjesområde, matplats och stort kök. Denna nivå innehåller också en komplett badrum och två sovrum med queen size-sängar. Den nyligen ombyggda köket finns granit, rostfria vitvaror och en ö-stil frukost disk plus en sluten skafferi.

Den översta våningen innehåller befälhavaren svit, och ytterligare två sovrum. Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, klädkammare, badrum och en privat däck med utsikt över stranden och poolen. Det andra sovrummet på denna nivå har en queen size-säng, den tredje har en fullstor säng. Korridoren på denna våning ger tillgång till den tredje badrummet och tvättstuga.

Huset rymmer bekvämt grupper i alla åldrar och utses hela med alla bekvämligheter i ett hem i en up-to-date stil. Denna del av stranden ger verkligen sekretess men bara några minuter från attraktionerna och nöjen i Gulf Shores.

Vi är ett familjeägt bostad catering till familjegrupper. Vi hyr inte till Spring-Breakers, Batchelor, eller Bachelorette partier.

The house was as advertised. The pool was a huge plus considering the gulf was over ran by jellyfish. The house was located just a few minutes from downtown. We would definitely consider this house again for future vacations.

Annual Beach Trip

Our annual family beach trip was amazing!! We had ages ranging from 11 months to 83 years old. Home is directly on the beach and was just perfect!! Charlotte is the perfect host and was most helpful! Hope to stay for future trips!

This beach house was just what we needed! It had plenty of space to accommodate a big family, and was right on the beach! Communication with the owner was very prompt, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely revisit again in the future!

Our family had a nice week on property with a few bumps along the way. The home had plenty of space for everyone. We were a little disappointed with a few things. Most of it was to be expected renting a duplex with tenants on the other half of the house. When we first arrived the family and several children on the other side of the duplex pretty much took over the pool and this continued throughout our stay. Including one of the children pooping in the pool on day one. So needless to say we weren't ever able to enjoy the pool. Also the tenants on the other side had way more vehicles than the 4 allowed and kept parking in our designated parking spaces. At one point there were 6-8 vehicles and way more than 13 occupants. So I am hoping in the future for a bit better occupancy and vehicle management from the homeowner so everyone can fairly enjoy their stay. We did have one issue with the house itself. We never really had enough hot water for more than 2 showers and on our last 2 days had no hot water at all. I am confident that had we brought this up to the homeowner this would have been resolved but we didn't want to bother with scheduling service during our stay. Not sure if the hot water heater is shared with the other half of the house. If so that would explain why we had no hot water. We enjoyed our stay and definitely enjoyed the location of the home. The home could use a bit of updating but over all is a good property.

Beach 2024

This was a wonderful experience for our family! We loved having direct access to the beach, along with the private pool (which was shared with our neighbors). The house was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. The property is close to many restaurant options, as well as shopping not too far away. We hope to stay in this home again in the future.

Amazing property on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location.

This house is for families, we had a large family and had plenty of room. The pool was perfect for our 2 year old and teens. The owner is fabulous too. My only criticism would be less wine glasses and more kid friendly cups. Would live to come back !!!

Great beachfront property!

The location cannot be beat; right on the beach and wonderful pool. The layout is nice for family, so the kids can sleep away from the living room. Well stocked with pool floats and toys. The kids loved it! The property could use some upgrades (changing bed in one of the upstairs rooms, carpet in master) but overall wonderful property and would stay again!!

Nice duplex on beach worked well for our family .

The duplex location was great and grandkids loved pool and adults were able to enjoy beach view while kids in pool. We had a great time and worried a little about privacy of sharing pool with family in other unit but was not a problem. Only concern we had since we had young children was location of bunk bed bedroom was right by exit door so we ended up not using to sleep in but would be great for older kids, or maybe we were just over cautious. Overall great place and great locaton!

Thumbs up to the Wavewatch West

The house met all our expectations, it has all the amenities you need. Living room is comfortable and roomy. Kitchen is perfect for cooking all your meals. Pool is an asset, sometimes the kids want a pool after the beach. House is on the beach, short walk from back porch. House Location is perfect for all attractions.

Great house on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Had plenty of room for everyone, of all ages. It was right on the beach and the beech was not crowded. Our only disappointment was the internet… it didn’t reach the bedroom downstairs wear our teenagers were hoping to do gaming at nite. And even in the rest of the house, it was too slow for streaming tv and would go in and out. But regardless we made due, and had a great time.

Great Location & Beach View

Home was great location. Beach was not busy at all in that area. Sharing the pool was not a problem at all. Previous comments may have mentioned uncomfortable beds. This was not the issue we had. Beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture. We’ve used VRBO all over the US & Caribbean. Not for sure if it’s just the Gulf Shores area, or it’s a trend with renters, but most homes in this area seem to give just the enough supplies to last 1 or 2 days. We had to purchase TP, paper towels, garbage bags, Saran Wrap, zip lock bags, & cooking spray. Usually there was more than just a starting roll of TP or garbage bags. The suggestion I would give the owners here is that they have a wonderful kitchen with great cabinet space. Since it seems mostly families rent here, less cabinets of specific glassware (wine, margaritas, etc) and some more little kid-friendly items. We didn’t have an issue bc our youngest was 10. But more non-breakable items for the littles. We would definitely rent here again.
