Pros: excellent location, close to train station, close to the crossing, close to many restaurants and shops, excellent communication with the host, clear direction from Shibuya station (Hachiko exit) to the condo, room is clean with full kitchen. Cons: small room, small bathroom, only one room key provided (inconvenient for my family of 4), no air conditioning in the main hallway (first floor) and in elevator, too hot for summer time.

An amazing location, great view from balcony, and great responsive communication from host. We had a wonderful time! We rented two condos for the four of us and it was perfect. Will definitely rent again if we come back and will recommend to friends. Absolutely perfect for our first trip to Tokyo.

Thank you for your kind words and feedback! I agree with you that the 27 sq. meter space as advertised can be challenging for 4 guests. I offer this option to accommodate up to 5 people using floor futons and leave it to guests to decide how to use my room. I figured offering the possibility especially in Tokyo can be helpful for some travelers having a larger group such as family with more kids or backpackers. :-) Most hotel rooms here don’t accept 3 guests.

Great location

This apartment is small, but there was room enough for three of us. The air conditioning and utilities worked well. The location is great - located within walking distance of Shibuya Crossing and MegaMart. Lots of restaurants surrounding the building and easy to get to/from train station.

Cool space

Close to everything around the crossing. It is small and does not have anywhere to sit aside from the bed but it is modern and has everything you need.

Nice place to stay everything thing from dining and shopping is walkable washing machine always a bonus to have. Room is definitely only big enough for 2 max to be able to move around freely.
