Njut av en drömsemester i en av våra lägenheter nära stranden i Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort har 4 lägenheter och 1 studio. Vår utväg ligger i hjärtat av Cape Coral, nära södra Cape Coral Bridge som förbinder Fort Myers och Cape Coral. Detta är det perfekta läget för att komma till Floridas sevärdheter och stränder snabbt med bil. Närheten till Cape Coral Beach kan också njuta av kortare strandsökningar och sluta kvällen i en av de många närliggande barer och restauranger.

Våra lägenheter är individuellt utformade och ligger i ett lättbyggande komplex som erbjuder absolut integritet.

Varje lägenhet har sin egen mycket privata terrass och privat solterrass, som redan ger dig den rätta stranden känslan. Det stora poolområdet med uppvärmd spa och integrerade platser skärs och håller ut besvärliga insekter och djur. En stor grillgrill inbjuder till grillkvällar.

Du kan förvänta dig ett ljust, rymligt vardagsrum / matsal med öppet kök. Stora fönster släpper in mycket ljus. Vägen från det välutrustade köket till matsalen är kort. Du kan också njuta av din frukost på köksdisken.
En stor soffa, som du snabbt kan förvandla till en bekväm dubbelsäng, inbjuder dig att koppla av. Här kan du njuta av en bok eller titta på de senaste nyheterna på tv.

Sovrummet är generöst - i den rymliga garderoben har du gott om plats för nyinköp eller fört med kläder och skatter. Queen size-sängen lovar en god natts sömn ...
I sovrummet finns ett tillräckligt stort badrum med badkar.
Självklart behöver du inte ta med sängkläder eller handdukar. Förutom badlakan finns det också strandhanddukar.

Lägenheten erbjuder ett andra sovrum för ett barn eller annan tredje eller femte person. Den kan separeras av en gardin.

För att njuta av det stora Florida-vädret har lägenheten en privat skärmad utomhus med sittplatser. Förutom att sola vid poolområdet finns det ett privat däckområde.

Nice, quit and close to all beaches

We had a very good time there. Nice little spot. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evening after spending the day doing all the tourist stuff.

Great location!

This property was a perfect, quiet getaway for my wife and I. Very close to Cape Coral’s bar and restaurant scene and very easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Was comfortable… hot tub marvelous! Got to do everything we came for. Mid 70’s so we enjoy TV IN THE EVENING. TV was lousy.

Nice alternative to hotel

Comfortable mid range accommodations. Great for families to spread out. There are 4 units sharing the covered pool. This arrangements makes it perfect for a gathering of several families or groups. Quiet neighborhood is close to restaurants, groceries and all services.

Love this place. Very clean and comfortable. 3rd stay here and it just is a pleasure every time. Judi the manager is very available for questions and concerns. Close to beach. It’s great to have a pool shared with only a few other people. Will return again.

Summer getaway

Upon arrival the original unit we rented, the air conditioning was not working properly so the Manager moved us to another unit smaller than originally rented. Judy was very helpful and assured us that an adjustment would be made in the costs for the rental. We enjoyed our stay at the complex.

Stay in Cape Coral

The property and location was very nice. The place was they pretty size for two people, my son and I. The only real issue was the AC. The two units in the place did not cool things down even though they ran all day. The main area and main bedroom did get to a comfortable temp at night but the bathroom and the other smashed bedroom stayed pretty warm so we didn’t use the extra room other then for storage. Other then that the place was really nice and clean and perfect for where it was located.

Very Nice

Everything was clean, and the unit was very spacious and nice. My only "complaints" would be the TV. A small 32" in the living room you can barely see from the couch. That's it. No TV in the bedrooms at all. Also, if you're coming here, at least to this unit, don't expect anything but coffee and dry creamer. A salt & pepper shaker too. No condiments, nothing else whatsoever. Again, not a biggie, but just a couple tweeks would make this place a 10! Overall great time and experience.

Perfect location for night life activites and close beach access

The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled room. This way each paying guest has a designated spot. So many times we have come back in the evening and have no where to park and have to knock on the studio door occupants and ask them to move in the back. These requests are not expensive and will also make your property even more attractive. We have been paying guests for 5 years in a row and would to return and see some updates. You have a wonderful manager and we hope to see Judy again next year.

Happy Vacationers

Perfect location, close walking distance to grocery, restaurants and bars. The pool was beautiful right out our door. The kitchen was tight but it worked for us. The manager was very attentive and available.
