Mycket stor, djup swimmingpool med full storlek garvning hyllan, badtunna, pool leksaker, gott om sittplatser / lounging och paraplyer hela. Fantastisk utsikt över golfbanan, bergen och sjön! Alla nya / moderna möbler, ett välutrustat kök, dubbel ugn, Sonos, Nest termostater, Keurig, Spectrum Internet och TV, skrivare, - ett bra ställe att njuta av tid med familj och vänner eller underhållning. Ingenting mer än en 5-stryk till klubbhuset, det är en kort promenad till Ernies - ett bra ställe att äta, ta en drink eller bara titta på golfare komma in.

Excellent Property

This property comes as advertised. Beautiful house in a great location. The property is well stocked and everything functions very well. The pool and hot tub work well and are heated to a pleasant temperature. Lisa and Jeff were very easy to work with and were very responsive to our needs. We cannot say enough good things about our stay and when we visit La Quinta again, we will not hesitate to stay here.

Casa De Relaxo

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Casa De Relaxo in February/March. The owner, Jeff, was extremely responsive and helpful from beginning to end. His beautiful home was everything we hoped it would be. The property manager, Lisa, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We will be back again next year. Thanks, Jeff!

Loved our stay

Our family of four adults loved staying in this home. It’s light and bright and very comfortable. The pool area is wonderful with lots of seating options & comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas and nice towels. The neighborhood is nice for walking and everyone is very friendly. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive and very helpful. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to go back.

We had an amazing spring break here, and loved the house. The house is beautiful, immaculate and well furnished. Neighborhood is low key and quiet and pool was great. We definitely would come back!

We enjoyed our time so much at the “Casa”, we are already trying to plan another trip there! The owners have paid close attention to every detail and have furnished the house with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and so immaculate!

Sun, golf, food and family!

We were extremely pleased with this home! Beginning to end, everything went very smooth. Jeff was quick to respond with answers to our questions, prior to our stay. Jennifer was excellent! We had a smoke alarm start beeping at 9pm, it was high in the foyer. We were unable to reach it, she and her husband made the trip over to climb the ladder to remove the alarm. We were very grateful. The home was clean, filled with paper products, spices, etc. It's beautifully decorated. We had a few golf balls that landed in the pool area! Be aware of this. The pool and spa are great. We would highly recommend this home. We would rent this home again!

Another comfortable stay

House is in a beautiful and low key neighborhood. Right by great golf and clubhouse (Earnie’s) at PGA West. Perfect place to relax, recharge and spend time at the pool.

Perfect Week in La Quinta

The property was one of the best we have ever rented and was a perfect retreat for my family. It has a great location. You can walk to the PGA West clubhouse, but it also a short drive to old town La Quinta. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed the one minor issue that arose. Most importantly, the house has that rare balance where it feels like home when you are there, but you don’t feel like you are invading someone else’s home. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect relaxing getaway

My family and I were looking for a relaxing golf property with a nice kitchen for Thanksgiving week, and Casa de Relaxo was PERFECT! First of all, the communication with Jeff was really amazing. He even gave us suggestions for golf and restaurants. He was incredibly helpful and easy to get a hold of. The house itself is just how it appears in pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a BIG Thanksgiving feast. Quiet location on the course. We never wanted to leave. Pool is a really nice size. I didn’t realize there was a ping pong table!! Jeff also has a really nice selection of books under the TV in the TV room by the kitchen. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. But overall, if you are looking to unwind and relax, it’s a perfect house for just that. Thank you Jeff! We can’t wait to stay there again!!!

Beautiful Home!

This was a beautiful home, and fit perfectly for our family to relax and unwind. Beds were all comfortable, plenty of seating in home to sit and relax. Home is decorated very nicely, and kept very clean. Outdoor area was amazing with lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and the pool was wonderful. We would get in the pool around 10 or 11 in the morning, stay until 3 or 4, and then back in again around 7 or 8 in the evening. Will definitely visit again.

Exceeded Expectations

We traveled to La Quinta to do nothing but stay in, relax by the pool, soak Up the sun & recharge our batteries. Jeff’s home exceeded all we were looking for. Calm & quiet neighborhood, massive pool overlooking the golf course, TV’s in every room for the sports fans and a big kitchen. Jeff is very responsive to any questions and puts in the effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. Hope to be back again soon!

Perfection

The place was clean and well stocked, ready to just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. The way the house faces allows you to utilize the pool/backyard all day. Enough sun in the morning to utilize the pool while the water is still cool and enough shade in the sitting area to find a shaded place to get out of the hot summer sun. It was 106-111 degrees in the days we were there and it was absolutely bearable to be outside in the backyard most of the day. The late afternoon offers shade on the pool so you can enjoy it then as well. We had a fabulous time and would definitely rent again. The owner and property manager make it very easy. Thank you!!

Amazing long weekend in amazing La Quinta villa.

This house far exceeded my expectations! The house was extremely clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing and the kitchen had everything one could ever need for cooking! The beds were all extremely comfortable and the house had so much space - we all loved it! Jennifer, the house manager, was incredible and so responsive to all of my questions. I would love to stay at Casa de Relaxo again in the future. Thank you!

Relaxing Place!

Overall a beautiful home! Our family did not want to leave. The house has a modern look, was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool was perfect for our 6 year old and 11 year old, there is plenty of shade to be outside in the extreme heat, and the view of the golf course is amazing! Jeff the owner was great and we appreciate him following up with us during our stay. The beds are comfortable and the AC is great! ....I am already looking at dates to go back again this summer. The house is wonderful and definitely a "Casa de Relaxo".....

Modern and Clean

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean, well-appointed, and perfectly situated. Particularly loved the Baja shelf with umbrellas in the pool. We’ll definitely look to book here again.

Jeff Palm är värd

We rented several times in Palm Springs and specifically PGAWest, and then decided to buy. We looked and looked and when we saw this property, we knew it was the right one. Even in a short amount of time we've already created such great memories here at what we now call "Casa De Relaxo" ("CDR")

Varför värden valde detta boende

Its a perfect location, with views of mountains in the distance, the lake on the 18th fairway, and beautiful morning sun. The pool is large, with a great hot tub, and a lot of room on the sundeck, with 3 or 4 separate seating/reclining areas. Kids absolutely love it! Its a 200 yard walk to the clubhouse, driving range and first tee of both the Stadium course and the Nicklaus course. We also want CDR to be "warm and inviting" - a place you truly don't want to leave.

We especially like the large tanning shelf - - something most pools here don't have. - Relaxing in 12 inches of water under an umbrella to stay cool while having a drink - -heaven!
