Hemmet var nyinredda i april 2019. Helt nya extra bekväma sängar. Entertainer's Dream Home som vetter mot väst! Otroliga, oövervakade panoramautsikt över västra Santa Rosa-bergen och golfbanor finns i överflöd i detta underbara tidigare hus. Detta hem har 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum och ett spelrum med biljardbord. Hemmet är drygt 3600 kvadratmeter inklusive en privat Casita som har utsikt över sjätte hålet och greenen på Greg Norman Golf Course på PGA West. Denna kurs är en offentlig kurs som du kan spela och det finns 2 andra i samma community att spela (Nicklaus-turneringen och stadionbanorna). Den stora rumskonstruktionen med en avslappnad matplats inom och utanför, högt i tak och en stor foajé. Andra funktioner inkluderar ett rymligt kockskök med önkök av granitplatta och rostfria apparater öppna för frukostkroken, två eldstäder och tre bilgarage med separat golfvagnsområde. Ny Tesla-laddare! Det finns en privat saltvattenspool och jacuzzi-spa med fantastisk utomhus eldstad. Hemmet har utmärkt höghastighets wifi såväl som HBO / Showtime. Det finns plasma-TV i varje sovrum, några av dem är smarta TV-apparater. Det finns en öppen spis utanför och i sovrummet.

Great location with amazing views. Overall cleanliness was good with the exception of the widow spiders and a couple roaches. The house has everything you need. The Alexa controls to the amenities was a bit tricky, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, we would consider staying again.

Great view from pool

This is the second time that my group of friends and I have stayed in this home. We love it. The house has everything we need and is very comfortable. We just float in the pool and look at the mountains, such a relaxing weekend!

Another fabulous stay!

Property is just as gorgeous as pictured, clean, well stocked, perfect for a desert getaway. 2nd time we have stayed here and we will definitely continue to return! The location and the outdoor space can’t be beat!

Perfect Stay in PGA West

We had a great stay in this lovely property. The location is great for daily activities like golf, restaurants and the tennis tournament in Indian Wells. We cooked most nights and appreciated how well stocked it was with pots, pans, utensils, spices etc. The home is huge with a fantastic view of mountains and golf course. The property managers were very responsive and answered the few questions we had. We will be back!

Wonderful property!

Stayed the weekend with my adult children and we really enjoyed the pool, chefs kitchen, fireplaces, tvs and game room. We could be together without feeling crowded. Beds were comfy, and the view spectacular. The checkin process was seem less, and the property manager, Laura, was helpful with any little question we had. We’ll stay again soon!

The house was nice but I was disappointed that one of the guest rooms didn’t have a bathroom and the guests would have to shower in another guests bathroom. I wasn’t aware of that. Outside if that everything was great.

Fabulous property & location

We came to La Quinta for a girls’ weekend getaway. This house was perfect for our group of 6 women - bright, airy, tons of space, and nicely decorated. Loved the outdoor space as well - fantastic seating, pool and hot tub. Would have given it 4 stars except the Spa was not operating through Alexa as was intended. Any time we wanted to use the spa, we had to text the house manager, who was prompt. Main issue was that the spa turned off every 90 minutes so we’d have to message them again to turn it on. Also, only the spa or the pool can be heated at a given time. We ended up using the spa mostly. Overall, we had a great weekend!

Amazing stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had the best time! The house looks even better in person and the location can't be beat. The views from the pool overlooking the golf course and the mountains are incredible. The neighborhood is extremely safe and well kept. Both Chuck and Laura were extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We really appreciated Laura checking in over text throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend - we hope to come back and stay in the future!

Amazing vacation, can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Chuck's home was nothing short of amazing. From the time we checked-in to the morning we left, Laura the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Chuck, the owner, even went out of his way to call us and show us how to turn on the awesome outdoor fireplace - talk about going above and beyond to make our stay perfect! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary so my parents, my sister, brother-in-law and my baby nephew came to join us for the weekend - the house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space, we had family dinners around the large kitchen table, watched the masters on the TV outside on the outdoor TV, all while swimming and enjoying the sun from morning til night. We truly had the best time and after waiting two years to take a vacation, we couldn't be more glad that we chose this house to stay at. Many thanks to Chuck and Laura for their thoughtfulness and sharing their beautiful home (and Tesla charger!) with us - can't wait to return!

This house was perfect for what we were looking for in the desert. A place in PGA West for a golf trip is the only way to go. The house is awesome, great lay out and extremely spacious! Highly recommend staying here.

No one met us upon our arrival and showed 3 hrs later; Outside pool area was filthy with large umbrella broken and laying across deck; wind was calm day we arrived; Inside villa carpet was filthy and would not stay there; hair and dirt in master tub; we stayed at property for 10 days and did not have property mgr or housekeeper see us during stay.

I own and currently manage the property in La Quinta. I'm semi retired public insurance adjuster and this is my second home on the golf course on the Greg Norman course. I know you will enjoy the home as much as I do. Anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable let me know. The photo is me and my daughter. This is my personal home and I rent it to support my golf habit.

I purchased this home and re did it immediately. Over 130K plus invested in updating the home. New air conditioning units complete upgrades. All new furniture and numerous upgrades all completed in 2019. I liked this home for the view and location as you are not looking at any other homes when you are in the backyard. We constantly update the home and invest more money all the time.

Excellent unobstructed views- literally no homes in sight and only the view of the course and the mountains. Amazing saltwater pool. Great living room with plasma TV's and EXCELLENT WIFI in every room. The home is very comfortable and suitable for families or just golfers/visitors.
