Perfekt för liten familj eller 2 par, eller ett enda par som vill ha rum att vandra. 4 vuxna max, Àven om vi kunde ge plats för ett extra barn eller 2.

Endast ett fÄtal recensioner Ànnu om detta hem öppnade för affÀrer i slutet av förra sommaren, men i mÄnga avseenden liknar vÄr andra semesteruthyrning SP1-The Mid-Mod (VRBO # 848166). Kolla in dessa recensioner ocksÄ för att se hur vi fungerar. Detta hem Àr ett större med mycket bÀttre utsikt.

Stora ombyggnader avslutade juli 2018. High end funktioner, inte din vanliga semesteruthyrning i detta omrÄde. 1200 kvm ft halvöppen planlösning med 2 bilmonterat garage. Allt helt nytt inklusive alla apparater, inventarier, möbler, sÀngar, sÀngklÀder etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 bad. NÄgra vintage-bitar för att lÀgga till karaktÀr.

TillrÀckligt nÀra centrum av TC (ca 4 miles norr) och mycket bekvÀmt att utforska alla de fantastiska saker Leelanau County har att erbjuda.

Central luft. Nya elektriska, VVS och mekaniska för din sÀkerhet och komfort.

Charter Spectrum kabel internet (100 Mbps wifi), Netflix, Hulu Live, Amazon Prime och Pandora ingÄr. Vi klippte sladden. Ingen kabel-TV. Live TV tillhandahÄlls via Hulu Live pÄ helt nya 49 tums Samsung Series 8.

2 nÀstan liknande sovrum (14 x 12ish och 10 x 15ish). FrÀmre sovrummet har fin utsikt över bukten, delvis vy bakifrÄn.

1 anstÀndigt spa-liknande bad (6 x 10) med stora badkar / dusch combo. 2 fartyg sjunker pÄ 6 fot mitten av Ärhundradet skÄp med kvarts topp. Litet men riktigt coolt halvt badrum tillagat och snidat ur det befintliga garderobsutrymmet.

Fantastisk utsikt över vattnet frÄn ett enormt högkvalitetsbildfönster. TvÀrs över gatan frÄn vatten med delad tillgÄng men mestadels obebyggd och liten nÀr vattennivÄn Àr hög som för nÀrvarande. Rum för ett par stolar nÀra trappÄtkomst över skyddsskenan. Koppla ihop hundra fot strandlinje dÀr du kan fÄ dina fötter vÄta.

Stor ganska privat trÀdgÄrd med ny stor betongterrass, grill och eldstad. Teakbord och stolar med paraply. Soligt pÄ eftermiddagen men skuggat efter 5 eller 6 av stora mogna trÀd pÄ backen i ryggen.

Mer lugn hÀngmatta plats pÄ baksidan av fastigheten i en fin myrteplatta bland trÀden med en liten utsikt över bukten.

TvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek lÀmnades kvar i kÀllaren för att bevara bostadsyta pÄ övervÄningen. KÀllare gips, delvis fÀrdig men behöver fortfarande arbete. (Golvet Àr Ànnu inte förÀdlat, vÀntar pÄ att vara mer sÀker pÄ att det förblir torrt.) KÀllaren Àr konstigt Ätkomlig i garage. Ping pong bord i kÀllaren.

The host was very welcoming. The house is beautiful. My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect house. It's close enough to Traverse City downtown, but far enough that you don't feel like you're bombarded with people and traffic. The view of the bay was gorgeous. Tammy was very nice and provided lots of information about things to do in the area and the best places to find food. We'd definitely visit this wonderful house and area again!

Great spot to stay!

My sister and I came up for a weekend away. The house was perfect, super clean and very comfortable. The water view in the morning was beautiful. It was in the best location for us between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautifully curated stay!

What a beautifully decorated and charming home. Great location for moving around Traverse City with purposeful decoration and space. Everything from the kitchen to bedrooms, living room and stunning backyard was a nice relaxing home away from home. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Traverse City

Beautiful home with a lake view. Well stocked kitchen which worked well for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The gas logs gave a great atmosphere as we watched the snow fall outside.

Cozy winter weekend

Perfect for a girls weekend

Great location to do the Old Mission and Leelanau Wine Trails. Amazing views of the sunrise on West Bay. This house is spotless! The only house I have ever rented where you can park your car in the garage.

One of the best VRBO

One of the best VRBO I have ever stayed. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. Love the decoré. Very homey. Lots of information of the area. Tammy did not miss a thing. Highly recommend!! Definitely would stay here again.

Peaceful, home nearby both traverse city and suttons bay!

Had a lovely time at this home with my wife and two friends in town for a wedding. It is only a few miles from traverse city (away from the wild tourism that sometimes overwhelms the are), and also close to suttons bay. Quite a perfect location! It was very cute and clean and has a beautiful and private backyard with a fire pit (complete with good firewood!) to relax in after a day of exploring the city, wineries, or local beaches. Highly recommend!

Cute house peek-a-boo views super clean

The house was cute and super clean. My two favorite things were that it was meticulously maintained abd there were two equivalent size bedrooms. Since I was travelling with a friend it's always nice when both bedrooms are nice. Host was super communicative and have a little welcome note that was so sweet. Only complaint is that house is on a pretty busy street and it was hard to identify house especially in the dark would love to see light up numbers or like a wooden spinner in yard or something so keep your eyes glued to the gps and be ready to turn in at a seconds notice!

Great house, great host

I stayed here for a few days with my toddler and husband. The house is lovely and looks exactly as pictured. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for a kid who wants to run around. The house is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The AC was great! The check in process was also very easy. The host was so kind and provided a pack n play, high chair, and even put a bunch age-appropriate toys and books out for us. The host was communicative, welcoming, and well-organized. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone else. We will definitely try to rent from them again.

Property was everything we expected and more!! Location was awesome with a great view and right by downtown Traverse City. My wife, parents and baby stayed for a weekend and was perfect! Very organized and the host was helpful with her messages and notes at the house. Would definitely recommend.

I've lived in Traverse City my whole life and my husband since 1988. We live on West Bay Shore Dr just down the road. This is our 2nd rental property and we are excited to help you have a great experience in and around Traverse City. We have lots of local knowledge and advice to offer. The picture is sunset at Good Harbor Beach on Lake Michigan.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Great location for experiencing everything Traverse City and Leelanau county have to offer. Minutes from downtown Traverse City. Easy drive to many local wineries and beaches or day trips to Suttons Bay, Leland, Glen Arbor, and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.

Close to TART trail. Bike to Suttons Bay for lunch. Unfortunately M22, aka West Bay Shore is not safe for biking so you'll need a bike carrier. We do have a few extra bikes, bike trailer, and tag-a-long to lend if needed. Highly recommend biking the TART trail and Heritage Trail at Sleeping Bear.
