Lägenhet T1, mycket bekväma och väl inredda, med 1 sovrum, 2 toaletter, fullt utrustat kök och Wifi. En stor balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt precis vid stranden.
Den långa sandstranden anses vara en av de bästa i Portugal och ligger mindre än 100 meter. På stranden finns många vänliga restauranger med en glad och informell atmosfär och mycket överkomliga priser. Det finns flera typer av aktiviteter i omedelbar närhet: 10 av de bästa golfbanorna i Algarve (några mindre än 3 km bort), 2 marinor, racerbana, flygplats, restauranger av alla slag, lyxhotell etc. en promenad bort ligger den typiska fiskebyn ALVOR, nu mycket känd för sina smala gator med hantverksbutiker, levande musikbarer och utmärkta restauranger (det finns en livlig atmosfär och ett livligt nattliv där). Byn ligger vid stranden av en lagun öppen mot havet där det finns en flerkilometer terrassbana att gå. Inom gångavstånd finns två stora städer, Portimão (4 km) och Lagos (15 km), båda kända för sina fantastiska småbåtshamnar, restauranger, naturskönhet och nattliv. Fortfarande mycket nära (cirka 15 km) kan du besöka den lilla staden Silves med dess arabiska ursprung, slott och museer. Men om du bara vill vila eller spela golf är detta den perfekta platsen med tanke på platsens lugn, närheten till stranden och den befintliga infrastrukturen.

Fantastic location

Location of apartment which is on the 6th floor, is fantastic with uninterrupted views of the beach and across to Lagos. The Host never bothered me with visits but was only a phone call away to help with anything, which is what i prefer. Sliding doors opened up from the lounge and bedroom onto the balcony which was the length of the apartment. Although I was a solo traveller, there was plenty of space for two people. Hot water was plentiful. Small kitchen but enough room for one person cooking. Lots of storage throughout. Couple of suggestions: relaxing chairs for the balcony and a new mattress for the bed (it was dipped on both sides from use). Overall a brilliant stay!

Large apartment with a great view of the ocean

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. One highlight was being able to hear the waves at night and to walk the board walk during the day. It’s an easy 10 min walk into town for shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is decorated in a simple style, it has a good size bedroom with lots of storage, two bathrooms and a long balcony to sit out on. The kitchen is small and we would have benefitted from instructions on how to use the stove and extractor fan as we were not familiar with them. However Casimiro was responsive to our needs and replaced the kettle right away when it stopped working. It was easy to park the car outside the building and we weren’t disturbed by noise from others in the building.

Great position

Great weather, great balcony and tremendous view. Flat had not be cleaned and the key was not available . Never did see the owner. The flat left a little to be desired, needs a refurb. Forgetting all that we still enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment! Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the town. Nicely furnished, comfortable bed and sofa bed. We really enjoyed having the balcony. Plenty of hot water. Great holiday and we would come again!

Superb

We loved the apartment with the amazing unobstructed panoramic view of the sea and the accompanying sound of the waves. Great balcony extending from the bedroom and lounge with views of the sunrise and sunset . The apartment is spacious and clean, with a very comfortable large double bed and all tastefully decorated. The kitchen is small but fully equipped - we did not use the cooker or microwave, preferring to eat out as there are SO many restaurants to try. The location is ideal with a short walk along the boardwalk to the beautiful beach; plus either up through the houses to the cobbled streets full of bars, restuarants and shops or along the boardwalk to the marina and then up into the village. There's a fairly large Intermarche supermarket approx 10" walk. Everyone we met were very friendly and welcoming and we can't wait to return. We enjoyed our stay so very much and look forward to returning in the year to come.

Incredible Ocean Views

We absolutely love this apartment for its completely clear , unobstructed amazing view of the ever changing ocean , which was enjoyed by us daily from the expansive balcony. Carisimo and property manager Paula were attentive and positively reactive if any concerns arose. ( the tv connections were not working when we first arrived and Paula solved and fixed all those issues very promptly). This property is from our point of view in the perfect location. A short walk along the boardwalk takes you to the centre of Alvor and makes for such easy access to Sunday Market, and town strolling . It is a great advantage to be able to walk comfortably back to the apartment after a wonderful evening of drinks and dinner at any one of Alvor’s fabulous restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless and spacious with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped , small , but efficient kitchen. We enjoyed our stay so very much and look forward to returning in the year to come. Janet & Bill, Muskoka, Ontario, 🇨🇦 Canada.

Super Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. mal in der Wohnung und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und man hat alles was man braucht. Am Strand ist man in 2 Minuten und in der Stadt in 10 (zu Fuß)! Einen großen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Das Highlight ist der große Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Strand von Alvor. Das Apartment ist groß,mit 2 Badezimmern und einem großen Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Apartment bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Casimiro war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand und 8Minuten Fußweg vom Hafen und den ganzen Restaurants entfernt. Genau neben dem Haus gibt es einen großen Parkplatz. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Property was as advertised, very spacious and spotlessly clean. Casimiro was always quick to respond to messages, even when we had trouble trying to open the shutters within 5 minutes he was at our door. The balcony was lovely and had the sun on it all day and the view was lovely of the beech. Would definatley recommend and would love to come back. Thank you Casimiro

Traumhafte Lage

Das Apartment bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf des Meer. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung und die Größe war ideal für einen Urlaub. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Ein Mietwagen ist bei einem Aufenthalt dort eindeutig von Vorteil. Unserer Meinung nach könnte das Apartment eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Die sanitäre Ausstattung (Keramik, Fliesen) ist wahrscheinlich noch aus der Zeit, in der das Gebäude errichtet wurde. Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls älteren Datums. Ich würde es so nicht mehr buchen wollen. Wem die Ausstattung egal ist, kann man nur sagen: Buchen! Ein Apartment mit so einer Aussicht findet man so schnell nicht wieder. Parkplätze befinden sich vor dem Haus in ausreichender Zahl. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos. (Bei einem Schlüsselsatz funktioniert der Schlüssel zum Gebäude nicht mehr. Es gibt wohl einen Zugang mittels Code aber wie das funktioniert, haben wir nicht richtig begriffen.) In Alvor selbst findet man alles, was man so braucht . Es gibt dort Restaurants in ausreichender Zahl.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und für zwei Personen super. Gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Alvor ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Nur leider war es Ende Oktober schon recht kühl, manchmal nass und stürmisch.
