We loved this house. It had everything we needed, location was perfect. Can’t get enough of that deck space. We all spent so much time there, listening to waves, seeing whales, relaxing. The hot tub was wonderful and the fenced yard gave my two GSD’s plenty of room to run safely when they weren’t with us on the decks. Love that the beach access was a quick walk to the end of the street. We sure hope to go back!

beautiful home within walking distance to the beach

Seabreeze Retreat is a beautiful home within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, my family ran into issue after issue that kept it from being perfect. The house is spacious, the fenced backyard was perfect for the dogs, the outdoor seating was great, the family areas were roomy and welcoming, the kitchen has an excellent fridge and is well-stocked with cooking utensils. We didn’t watch television (too busy enjoying the beautiful beach), but they were in almost every room, and they had a nice supply of board games. It’s a shame that the management of this property kept it from being an ideal stay.

Barbecue was non-functional and hazardous to light. Sofa was filthy. No soap etc in shower pumps. Glassware was very under stocked. Washing machine was malfunctioning. TV channel selection was inadequate and complicated. Outdoor furniture was low-grade plastic chairs. Garbage cans were full upon arrival.

Home for a large group in quiet neighborhood.

This home can accommodate a large group with the 5 bedrooms, nice linens, and comfortable beds. Overall, the home needs some areas addressed. The sofa and rug need a deep clean, the outdoor staircases need repair and the back patio furniture needs cleaning as well as the glass railing on the back patio. The kitchen is fully stocked so that we could make large meals. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and quick access to the beach.

Location great- house… not really

As with most rentals, don’t trust the photos. The spaces were clean but the house really needs a lot of upkeep. Baseboards, doors, cabinets etc are really needing to be cleaned/ replaced/taken care of. This house needs some serious TLC. The beds were very soft and irregular/uncomfortable. Sliding door really stuck and hard to open and close. Patio furniture was cracked or broken. If you spend most of your time at the beach, this place is fine. But it’s not really a pleasant clean place to spend at the coast!

Family get away

We had a outstanding time the house was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen all the gadgets you could need to prepare meals had only 2 issues one was dealt with very quickly a garbage disposal issue , our only reason to not perfect stay was a shower drain not draining.

Comfortable and close to beach

Not really suitable for toddlers, but they did have a play pen and high chair. Until the baby gate to stairs is fixed it really is not safe. We did not use the hot tub or outdoors patio, but we did enjoy our stay. Had most everything needed to cook with and bedding and beds were comfy. Being able to bring our small dogs was a plus

Very nice place

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and a block from the beach. It is one of the nicer homes we have stayed at in the years we have used vacation rentals. I would return to this place anytime. The house had the right number and layout of bedrooms for our group. The upstairs shower is very modern. The kitchen is roomy, and the bar gives plenty of counter space for meal prep. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, tools, and all the things we have at home. The hot tub is primo and in a very private setting in the backyard under the upper deck. The fireplace was much appreciated during the fall weather during our visit. We really liked the enclosed outside shower provided to wash off the sandy feet coming back from the beach.

Beach House

This house is in a great location. Quiet area and close to beach access. Hot tub was nice and had a lot of kitchen supplies. Comfortable Beds. This house sleeps 12 but not enough seating at the kitchen table and not enough towels. We had to do laundry everyday to have enough bath towels.

fun at the beach

We loved the close proximity to the beach and there were Agates! The hot tub was nice after we vacuumed out the dirt in the bottom. Beds are very comfortable

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. Perfect for family and the cousins loved the bunk room. The fireworks were beautiful from the deck. Our only frustration was with Vacasa. We contacted them for oven mitts and baking sheets (the kitchen had everything else and then some) they never got back to us.

This home is well-appointed and has a good layout and location. Our busy family with dogs had plenty of room and enough bedrooms for all. The housekeeping before our visit was less than great in that the hot tub was quite dirty and had no chlorine added (someone came by to clean it out but by then we had missed 5 opportunities we had counted on). That was disappointing. There were little things that may have been overlooked by staff such as no hot pads or oven mitts, not enough dishwasher detergent, no rug to step onto out of the upstairs shower, and the floor of the bathroom was dirty (not sure about the rest of the floors). There had been a broken lamp in the living room but we didn’t need it. We did try to clean up a bit but didn’t see a dust pan to go with the broom, and the dishwasher detergent situation. Again, the house layout, the beds/bedrooms, the wrap around deck and the location/view were very nice.

Enjoyable house

Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this house! It had a comfortable living room with a view, the kitchen was well stocked, and with 5 bedrooms everyone could spread out. I would rent this house again in the future.

Seabreeze Retreat

This home is overall lovely. The owners left a binder with personalized recommendations for food and recreation. The beach is a quick walk down the road (not ADA friendly though) The home was equipped with most things we needed for a stay as well as puzzles and games we got to enjoy as a family. We came with extended family and the house layout is very nice for groups of adults and children. We would love to return.

Very comfortable

We loved how clean and well stocked home is. Bedrooms are nice with TVs, and beds very comfortable. Nice fenced backyard for dogs. The hot tube was perfect!

Perfect for us

Cute home that supports pets. The rooms all were perfect in size and there was plenty of space. Was surprised by the game selection and puzzles. My kids enjoyed a couple of those and even the entire family joined in on a board game. The kitchen was stocked with all the needs, except a sheet pan. There was an abundance of towels even though we brought some. We stayed for Christmas, five days, and enjoyed the hot tub. Only downfall we ran out of toilet paper...no big deal though a trip to the store wasn't to far out. The house was clean and all the tvs were smart so even though movie selection wasn't great we hooked up our accounts on TV for some movies. Overall, we would stay here again...we really want to come back for the summer.

Lovely Home

The home was spacious and well equipped for all guests, including pets. We ended up not bringing our pet, but was very happy with the house (including the fact that the home did not have a pet “smell” to it. The proximity to the water was great…the hot tub never got really HOT (tied the instructions provided but could not seem to get it hotter), but we only used it once during the stay…and it is a wonderful bonus, especially if you can get the temp up. We would stay again for any beach trip that included pets!
