Välkommen till Shearwater. Ditt hem vid havet. Shearwater har plats för 16, så ta med barnen och barnbarnen. Huvudnivån finns kök, matsal, vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa och master svit med bubbelbad. Hickory skåp, myrten trägolv och trim, klinkergolv och Berber matta i hela hemmet. På övervåningen finns ett badrum, två sovrum, ett med egen balkong, båda med queen-size sängar. Nedervåningen är en 4: e sovrum, hall bad, Jacuzzi omklädningsrum, allrum med 2 soffa sliprar, sekundär matplats, futon bäddsoffa med hög kvalitet madrass och en borta rum med öppen spis, TV och 4 av 8 biljardbord. Jacuzzin rummet är avstängd första våningen däck. Din privata stranden är omedelbart framför Shearwater. Kom och bo, slappna av och spela. Även om inte ADA-kompatibel, är huvudnivån handikappvänligt. Shearwater har parkering för 5 bilar och en lokal personal tillgänglig när den behövs.

Inom en 15 mils radie: Inom en 15 mils radie har du tillgång till ett akvarium och två lätta houes, tre golfbanor 18-håls, fabriksförsäljning shopping och ett kasino. Djuphavsfiske och valskådning utflykter på Depoe Bay. En utflykt på en zodiac båt med en val biolog får dig ungefär så nära en val som någon kommer.

Gorgeous views, on the beach,

What an amazing stay! LOVED being beach front with private access, gorgeous views from the house and decks, short drive to so many coastal explores, and a grocery store .3 mile away!! We didn't see any whales, but saw sea lions swimming when we arrived - and starfish & sea urchins in the beach tide pools. The house was VERY clean, even smelled clean right when we walked in the front door. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs, even with a great assortment of spices. The house is very spacious, and a fun layout with plenty of room to spread out. Pool table was a big bonus too - we played nightly after dark. Huge family room with a TV. Things to know: there's a jacuzzi tub, but no shower head in the master bath (but full bath upstairs, and shower downstairs), some of the windows had broken seals with condensation obstructing the gorgeous views, and the downstairs level had an off-smell to me, but nothing that kept us from enjoying the pool room. Michael is an super responsive and kind host. I would highly recommend staying here!

Location location location

Quiet neighborhood, right on the beach. The house can accommodate lots of people with room to watch the waves, play billiards or catch the game.

Enjoyed our time

Owner was very attentive to needs and was often nearby. The ocean view is increcible. The location between Luncoln City and Depoe Bay / Newport gives you lots of dining options.

Beautiful Beach

We had a nice stay at Mike’s place. The view was beautiful and had direct access to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool table.

Great house for a larger family

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shearwater home, it’s just a few minutes away from Depot bay and 15-20 minutes from Lincoln city. Our family liked the layout of the home and it fit our family of 9 perfectly.The walk down to the beach is fairly easy . We would definitely stay at this home again!

Excellent beach front view!

I had a great time at Shearwater with my adult children and their kids (my precious grandkids). The kids loved exploring all the different levels of this house and we had plenty of room. As some people mentioned, this rental could use updating; however, it suited our needs just fine. It was clean, beds and linens were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two tables put together in the dining room allowed us to eat at one end and the kids could color/draw at the other end without having to put everything away. If you are looking for a high-end rental, this isn't it ... but the price also reflects that!Being able to look out the windows to the beach was definitely a highlight for us. Unfortunately, it was mostly rainy while we were here (yep, that's March in Oregon!) so we didn't get to enjoy the deck. Having a direct path to the beach for the few times we were able to go there was awesome... and the HUGE stash of beach toys were a hit with the kids.The kids (ages 4-10) thoroughly enjoyed playing in the hot tub and the fact that it was covered made up for not being able to play on the beach more (due to the rain/wind). It would have been nice to have a couple more chairs available for the adults to supervise them in the hot tub, but we made do.Communication with Micheal was great; we had one minor issue (that really was a non-issue after all) to which he replied within just a few minutes. I'd definitely consider this place in the future!

Spacious Home with Access to a Beautiful Beach

The property has everything we needed for a fun weekend on the Oregon Coast - easy access to a beautiful beach with tidepools, great location near a market and terrific seafood restaurants, well appointed kitchen, decks & rooms with views of the ocean, comfortable beds. The owner is very responsive and super helpful.

Great Stay

We loved the location of this house it’s right on the beach & beautiful. Very spacious for our group of 10 and well stocked. My family loved the hot tub morning and night, and playing many games of pool.

This is a great place to stay.

This is a great, multi-level home with lots of decks, and steps down to the beach. The owner was wonderful and so was the hot tub.

Amazing house, views, and beach (with access)

Serene is the word I would use to describe my stay. The location is the best we have stayed at in over 6 trips to the Oregon coast. The rocks on the South end of the beach provide great photos of Starfish. The ocean view was frequented by whales (the whale boat tours swarm the area and you will see spouts of water appear before the whale surfaces). Host was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Oregon vacation

We had a group of seven. There was plenty of room for everyone and great family space for meals and games. The ocean front was beautiful and we saw whales from the deck. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Booking was easy and the host was very accommodating. The family s already asking me to book a got her vacation here.

Amazing Vacation- perfect location

Perfect location, so close to the beach!! A simple walk, we didn’t even pack snacks because it was so easy to run back to the house. Great beach, good for walking along, ride pools, great place for kids to play. The house had a pool room that kept the kids occupied while not at the beach. The multiple levels provide a great view and it was nice and quiet when I needed a break from the rest of the group. The host was very very nice and accommodating. I will be back!!

Shearwater review

We arrived at Shearwater on 9/14/24. The home was easy to find, and right on the water as described. The only thing was that the path to the water was a bit too sketchy for me to navigate (older and arthritic), but the views were absolutely stuffing. There is a grocery store across the street, and the restaurants and tours are only a few minutes away.. The home could use a bit of a deep cleaning, but it wasn't a problem during our stay. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we have stayed at...the bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfortable. We absolutely loved the evenings down in the living room, with the fire on, and views galore. We will love coming back to this home again.
