Köket med dubbla ugnar, en fantastisk full vägg skafferi, fullt utrustad för stor grupp matlagning --- möjliggör några stora familjen måltider.
Den specialbyggda matsalen har en fantastisk bufféräknare, irländsk bar, vinkylskåp och hus ett extra stort vackert matbord som enkelt platsar 18. Matsalen har två uppsättningar dubbeldörrar som öppnar ut mot den helt underbara platta uteplatsen.
Flisplatsens uteplats omfattar 3 stora runda bord med paraply och stolar i sätet 14. Rikligt extra sittplatser runt den inbyggda gasskålen. Utomhusbelysning som täcker både uteplatsen och genom den oerhört stora, vackra trädgården, privata bakgård. Perfekt för gårdsspel som Kan-Jam, Bean-Bag-Toss och mer --- Dag och / eller natt (ovan nämnda spel har gjorts för din njutning). Också med en utomhusbar och tillgång till mycket stora iskylare för din bekvämlighet. Med en stor gasgrill och en rökare för barbequing, en 8-10 personer badtunna för att koppla av efter en rolig dag --- du kan inte gå fel!

Babyartiklar tillgängliga för användning ---- spjälsäng, bilsits, lekpennan, barnstol, leksaker och mer.

Vi har haft många sportmöten i vårt hem --- 7 TV-apparater (halvklart, den andra hälften har en smart DVD-spelare --- i syfte att Netflix) i hela vårt hem så att vi inte saknar ett enda spel. Inklusive en stor utomhus-TV och en TV i matsalen ovanför irländsk-baren. Alla TV-apparater har kabel.

En annan bra funktion för stora grupper är vår oändliga varmvattenberedare. Sluta aldrig med varmt vatten! Två uppsättningar tvättmaskin och torktumlare (en på övervåningen i master badrummet och en i källaren). Vi har tre vardagsrum (vardagsrum, vardagsrum och rec room --- gott om utrymme att sprida ut). En hel del Denver hem har inte central luft (på grund av Colorado fantastiska kalla kvällar), men vi har AC för extra komfort.

College Reunion in the Rockies

This is truly a one of a kind find. So much room for activities! A group of 9 descended upon Denver for a college reunion. The property was just as advertised and we had everything we needed (and more!). The host Sheri was always a text away and quick to respond. Weather was also perfect

Perfect Family Reunion Spot!

Seven adult cousins + spouses & a smattering of kids enjoyed our time together. Backyard was amazing!! Large dining room was great for serving meals. Convenient to downtown. Kitchen was a bit small and it would have been nice to have one more shower, but it worked! Owner was very communicative and great to work with.

"Too much fun"

I booked this place for our annual guys trip and it was incredible. The guys said it was too good of a place and they didn’t want to leave to see the town ! It has every amenity you could want and is super clean. Great communication and easy check in/ check out process. Thanks again!

Beyond Expectations

This property was an in-town Oasis. The perfect house for multiple families. The hostess was wonderful at communicating and the house had everything you could ever need! Highly recommend staying with this host!!

Awesome property for a group

Awesome property to host a group. We were in town for a concert at Red Rock Arena and Whitewater rafting. Great central location with everything you need close by. Short ride to downtown Denver. Back yard was incredible, perfect place to relax and unwind after the day's activities, or stay busy with all the yard games. Highly recommended!

Destination Wedding

So we had our wedding party and friends stay with us. We all enjoyed our home away from home. The backyard was amazing! The dining table was so huge, it helped for last minute wedding preparation. Amazing property!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The house is welcoming and comfortable and the backyard is off the chart fabulous. Since our last day they added a gazebo which only adds to the beautiful setting in the backyard to gather. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is for a family gathering. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful

We held a large family reunion over a weekend. 14 of us stayed there. This place was perfect. There were spaces on the property where people could gather in small groups, and also the porch was large enough to let us all sit and talk comfortably together at once. The backyard had lots of room, and toys for our kids to enjoy. Inside, the dining room table was large enough for us to eat together, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. Our hostess was very responsive too. She responded to questions in a timely manner, both before and during our stay. Overall she was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend her or this property.

Great Denver stay

We were in Denver for a family wedding. This house was great for our 2 adult children, 3 grands and ourselves. Backyard area is amazing! We spent most of our time in the backyard. Easy drive to downtown Denver. Loved having basement with extra bedrooms. My only complaint is some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty & cluttered. Clean that up and it will be perfect! Host was always available through text or email right away and was very accommodating. We would stay there again!

Denver wedding

Sometimes when you book a property it isn’t exactly What you thought you were getting. Not the case with this house!!! It was better than I imagined! It was so well stocked and had such thoughtful touches! We had 7 adults and 3 kids that stayed and we had plenty of room!! It was wonderful and Shari was So easy to get in touch with! I would highly recommend this house!!

Great place for family

It is a small house in a modest neighborhood. But it has everything you need to host a large group comfortably. The outside space is amazing and the inside space seems to magically expand to accommodate everyone.

Great place a group

Loved staying here! It was a great place to spend time relaxing in the backyard and the hot tub. Loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. Only thing that would do to improve the stay would be to put knobs on the kitchen cupboards and drawers, they were difficult to open.

Great house for group of friends or family

The house was exactly as we pictured. The large backyard, yard games, and hot tub were the perfect place to hangout when not doing other activities. Inside was roomy. The dining room had a massive table and TV where everyone could hangout in one space. The location of the house was great too. Just a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Denver.

Working remotely between wedding weekends

We chose Virginia Village because it had 5 bedrooms and a hot tub.We are 3 adult couples from one family, working remotely together for the first time, and because we had weddings on 2 weekends in a row, we wanted a place to relax. We recommend this property for families with children as the yard is magnificent and makes a lovely space for group to party. It is not ideal for working remotely. There are ample sleeping quarters and this is a well loved family home. The owner was very quick to respond with any issues that arose and left many personal items in kitchen to share with occupants.

Tons of family fun

Tons of family fun. Our family enjoyed this house so much. The kitchen was wonderful, really well stocked, lots of utensils, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans galore. The backyard was exceptionally well done and provided a place for lots of family fun and laughter. We just loved this place. You will too.

This house was perfect for our guys weekend. Great outdoor space and plenty of room in the house to hangout, play cards, etc. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and the kitchen was very well stock with cookware, plates, cups, utensils.

I've lived in Denver since I was a little girl, my husband and I raised our 5 kids here and we truly love Colorado. We are now grandparents to 8 absolutely adorable grand babies with whom we spend as much time as possible. Our jobs take us to the St Louis area several months of the year so our kids talked us into trying the "short term rental" world and we LOVE it! We really love sharing our family home with people who want to make forever lasting family and friend memories (but who also respect that this is our beloved home).

We have been in our home and this neighborhood for a very long time, our home has undergone numerous renovations through the years and we always choose to add additional amenities yearly to assure our short term rental is amazing and unique in the Denver area. Our neighbors are considered family.

Our backyard has been described as a "sanctuary" and it truly is. We have 2 large gazebo's, one housing an amazing bar with 2 beautiful fire-tables and an outdoor TV, the other housing a brand new spectacular outdoor ping-pong & pool-table. In addition to the 2 gazebos are 2 other additional flagstone patios, one housing 2 large dining tables seating for 16, a large fire-pit and a comfy outdoor sectional facing the 2nd outdoor TV, the other patio area housing an outdoor poker/game table and an additional conversation area --- this patio sitting right next to the 8-10 person hot tub. It's a must see backyard.

What makes our place unique is definitely our backyard, its so beautiful and welcoming, truly a hidden treasure. You would never guess you are staying in the heart of a big city like Denver. We are conveniently located close to everything.
Downtown: 10-12 minute Uber or Lyft
DIA: 20-30 minutes depending on time of day
Red Rocks: 20 minutes
Ski Resort: approximate drive times from our home
Loveland: one hour.
Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Winter Park, Mary Jane: 1.5 hour. Vail, Beaver Creek: 1 hour 45 minutes

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. We offer a pet dander and pet allergy free home environment for our renters.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside our home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture and carpet cleaning fees beginning at $2000. You are welcome to smoke “whatever your heart desires” out on the flagstone patio area as long as you properly dispose of all smoking debris.

★ PARTIES/EVENTS/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We require all gatherings over 14 people total to be pre-approved, (often we do approve depending on details) sometimes we charge an additional "event fee", the fee is determined once details of the event have been discussed and approved. All parties/events/large gatherings MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
