Nyrenoverade oceanfront duplex i utmärkt läge. 3 sovrum, 2 och 1/2 bad. Ungefär 2200 kvadratmeter. Stor främre uteplats på strandpromenaden med bekväma sittplatser för 10, stora takterrass med inbyggd grill, kylskåp, matplats, TV, utomhushögtalare, utsikt över solnedgången över havet och utsikt över Newport Bay. 2 sovrum har king size-sängar, och den tredje har en queen size-säng plus en våningssäng med rulla. Mycket familjevänlig plats. Gå till "Fun Zone" där du kan rida på ferrishjulet och njuta av arkaden. Promenera till färjan som tar dig över till Balboa Island. Kort promenad till Balboa Pier med Ruby's Diner på slutet. Öppet och luftigt, nyligen renoverat hem, utformat för komfort och kvalitetstid med vänner och familj. Fullt utrustat kök. Brädspel och pussel. Strandstolar, strandhanddukar, sandspel och paraplyer för dig att använda. Hemmet ligger på strandpromenaden där du kan cykla i miles längs stranden. Restauranger, apotek, marknad och cykel och vatten hantverk hyra alla inom några kvarter av hemmet. Perfekt för två familjer att njuta av varandra, eller en familj och morföräldrar. Också inrättat bra för en grupp par eller en tjejhelg.

The house was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Rooftop BBQ and seating area was great with fantastic views of the bay on one side and the pier and ocean on the other. Beach access is practically on the sand. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would stay again!

Great Property / Great Location!We had an amazing time! This property offers the perfect beach location on the boardwalk. It is within walking distance to Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone and the Balboa Island Ferry. The unit is clean, well-equipped with everything you need. Jessica is an incredible host; she is a great communicator and was always responsive to our questions. Easy check-in and checkout. Thanks for a great stay, Jessica! A Five Star property!!

At the beach

We absolutely love this place, especially the views of bay and ocean from the well-equipped rooftop deck. The house is very comfortable and situated right on the beach-front walk. We had a fun time with the bikes and other equipment provided. Couldn't have been a nicer vacation.

Beautiful beach/bay

Love the layout and variety...balconies patio, and rooftop deck. There was room to all gather in one room or separate throughout property for complete privacy. We will stay again soon

Fun house with a great view

Great spot for a family trip with teens. The house is well stocked with all kinds of beach toys. We especially liked using the cruiser bikes to explore the area. The house has enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The view is beautiful, we loved the sunset.

Great family vacation on the Balboa Penisula

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. If you want to be on the beach and bike trail, then this is a great option. The house was clean, it had all of the amenities we expected, and the check-in process was seamless. Not having to rent bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, or paddle boards was a nice bonus. Its location near the Balboa Pier and Balboa Island Ferry, which we took several times, was ideal. We will definitely consider going back.

Great time at the beach!

Great place! Our family of four booked it for spring break. Boys are ages 13 and 15. House is clean, updated and really unique with the rooftop deck. Views are unbeatable! Property manager also amazing. Communication was easy, pleasant and inviting. Would definitely recommend. We already booked another stay.

Clean house and Best location!

We hosted our family vacation here. The location is the best. Walking distance to restaurants and the Fun Zone. We did daily walks on the board walk, bike rides to Newport and The Wedge, paddle-boarding in the harbor, bonfires at the rings right out on the sand, and lots of swimming in the ocean! It's a perfect spot! The house had everything we needed so we literally only had to bring our clothes. There were towels, chairs, bikes, shampoo etc, all in great condition! And there is a grocery store very near about a 5 min drive on the peninsula.

This Is It!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week here! We have been vacationing in Newport Beach for 25 years and this property is now at the top of our list. Updated, fantastic views of the beach AND the bay, wonderful hangout spaces, spacious bedrooms and A/C (a must for us) are a rare find. Add the best location on the boardwalk, an amazing rooftop deck, super generous amenities (beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards & beach games (to name a few) and an owner who is a 5 star communicator and cares that you have a wonderful stay and you have this property. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I both spent our childhoods near this beach, and actually started dating when I was living near by on Balboa Island. This area is magical to us, and we are so excited to own our first property here. We fell in love with the location. There is so much to do! It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Perfect for a Girlfriends' Getaway, perfect for a bunch of couples, and perfect for families.

This property is close to so many attractions, and at the same time, it's removed enough that you'll be able to enjoy quiet time to read or just enjoy the view. You can get to all the action without being immersed in it all the time. It's a great area to walk or bike to so many activities. The sand is right out front, and the garage is stocked with bikes (around 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes!), 3 paddle boards, boogie boards, corn hole, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas - and more!.

The home has been remodeled with comfort and entertaining in mind. Our goal was to create a space where friends and family could really enjoy time together, whether on the roof top deck BBQing, or the front patio watching the activity on the board walk out front. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including around eight adult bikes, as well as kids bikes. There are also paddle boards, beach, chairs, boogie boards, and everything you need for the sand. We have board games, puzzles and books for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen has all the basics for feeling like you are at home.
