This by far is the most amazing place I have rented on VRBO visiting beautiful Southern California! This property was immaculate and cozy. Julie our host was so kind and pleasant to chat with. We loved our visit with her making sure everything was exactly as it was listed. We will definitely be back here for our best friends vacay next time! The house was very well equipped and in great shape. The setting by the water was beautiful. Easy walk into town to shop or eat and just a few blocks to the ferry. Luckily there was air conditioning since we had unusually hot weather. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. We were met by Julie with the management company, she was full of information and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back! It’s even better than the photos. Location is perfect — walk to restaurants, shops, or ferry, and beach is literally right out the back doors.

Beach getaway

We stayed at the oceanfront property on Balboa - we enjoyed the long walks and the downtown shops and restaurants. Balboa Island is a great place to vacation and we loved the VRBO property.
