Välkommen till San Diego. Denna unika bungalow är en liten bit av himlen och är en ny rehabbed hem utformad speciellt för semester hyresgäster. Det ligger centralt längs kusten San Diego och ligger några minuter från Old Town, Sea World, University of San Diego, Ballast Point och Coronado Brewery Tasting Rooms, och Stilla havet kommer du inte att gå tom för saker att göra under ditt besök .

Utrymmet

Hemmet består av två sovrum, ett med en queen size-säng och den andra med två fulla sängar. Båda har luftkonditionering enheter som kan ta rummet till en bekväm temperatur. Dessutom har båda rummen luftiga fönster med persienner som garanterar ett mörkt rum för en god natts sömn.

Mycket bekväm, tyst, hushållsmiljö. Trägolv med bekvämt vardagsrum.

Stor plats i San Diego, 3. 5 mil cykeltur till Mission Beach längs Mission Bay cykelleden. 3. 5 miles till centrum; Sea World 2 miles (detta är den perfekta platsen att stanna för en liten familj som besöker SD för en resa till Sea World); till La Jolla: 10 miles; Balboa Park: 3,5 miles; 35 minuter till Legoland! Disneyland: 90 minuter / mi. vagnstopp och väg är över vägen; 1/4 mil från mitt hus.

Tyst gata i ett roligt område som serverar USD-studenterna. Starbucks ligger nära vagnstoppet. Golf är bokstavligen över gatan tillsammans med YMCA och bara väg är Fashion Valley för shopping och Old Town för sightseeing ... alla inom gångavstånd.

Great short stay

Great shirt stay in San Diego to meet up with daughter. Our family was comfortable and could get around easily from this location. Our two dogs were comfortable as well. Not that we were there much as we were exploring the dog beaches. Lots of food and beaches to access. Jimmy was very responsive.

Marine boot camp graduation trip

This house was perfect for our group of 4. It was off the beaten path, but within 15-20 minutes of all our activities. Including Marine boot camp graduation, the zoo, and beaches. Communication with owner was amazing. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The managers were quick to respond with any communications and they had a lot of great suggestions for food in the community. The location was also very helpful in that we were close to everything and found our way around easily.

wonderful location, comfortable and great outdoor space

We had a wonderful time, great back yard for us and our dog, very clean and comfortable. Only issue is not wheelchair accessible to the bathroom, even a walker very hard to get thru door but was able to make it work. Very wonderful place would stay there again

Although we made the most of our stay. It would have been nice to know that there was no heat in the house, other than the space heater. And the fact that the pictures of the house shows to bathrooms. Was not happy with that, because my grandkids couldn’t be with us.

Very Comfortable Stay

Beachy Bungalow is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we and our dogs enjoyed. Appreciated amenities included: comfortable bed and sofa, coffee station (with creamers} and ample backyard. We especially enjoyed sitting under the umbrella, drinking coffee in the morning. Dedicated driveway parking was great. We would definitely stay here again.

I love to travel, and when I first started hosting as a young, single professional in my early 30s, it was a great way to subsidize that passion. Now, I'm a little older, have a family of my own, and a few gray hairs to boot. My traveling habit has unfortunately been reduced as time commitments pile up. So now, this service helps me provide for my family while still allowing me to meet new people from other parts of the world.

As a host, I like to give my guests their space but can be available at a moment's notice (I live 5 minutes away).

I look forward to continuing my vacation rentals to meet new people and share our experiences.
