Detta Ă€r ett helt renoverat hus i centrum av Downtown. Huset har alla nybyggda HARDWOOD golv, tvĂ„ alla nya badrum, ett helt nytt kök med granit takterrasser, frĂ€scha fĂ€rger och alla nya möbler. HOUSE ÄR ENDAST TWO BLOCKS FROM DOWNTOWN, 2 BLOCKS TO INTERSTATE OCH 6 BLOCKS TO COLORADO COLLEGE. EN PERFEKT PLATS FÖR ALLA I COLORADO SPRINGS.

Huset har ett trevligt gÄrd med en baksida för att koppla av och grilla, och en 6 personer varm bad! Det finns en liten bÄt pÄ baksidan av fastigheten som min dotter bor i. Hon Àr lugn och skön. Hon tar hand om egenskaperna och kan hjÀlpa dig med allt du behöver.

Det finns 4 cyklar tillgÀngliga för din anvÀndning och en cykelvÀg bara en block bort.

Colorado Springs week

Our family of four adults stayed in this cute, cozy yet spacious home for five nights. The kitchen, dining, and bedrooms are spacious. The living room furniture has room for four to sit snuggly. The kitchen is sufficiently appointed. Three bedrooms, two with comfortable beds and I am told the twin beds in the third room were not comfortable but sufficient sleep was obtained. The outdoor patio and hot tub were a nice place to gather and relax. The location is fantastic. Many nearby places to walk and explore. Many restaurants in walkable to distance. The host was responsive to our questions. We will be back next year and hope this home is available! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was very well kept, cute and convenient! The living room was a bit small, but the hot tub was a very well liked extra bonus. We were able to access sites, restaurants and other activities easy from the location.

The house was clean and walkable to the downtown for restaurants and shopping. Easy to park and get to all the tourist sites. Beds were comfortable, chairs were not. You do have to walk past many unhoused folks and while the park by the river looked nice it did not feel safe to go walking there due to all the camping people.

Great Colorado Springs Stay!

Booked this one last minute and it was exactly as advertised and a great stay. Location was excellent and off on its own private road with quick access to all of downtown and surrounding sites. The home was perfect, cozy, and well laid out. Perfect condition and very accommodating. Highly recommend this space!

Great value, Great location

Squeaky clean and really well maintained. Location was great; easy walk to downtown while the neighborhood was very quiet and private. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay

This property was a great place to spend our long weekend in COS. It was walkable to downtown and close to all attractions. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub!

Pretty historic home.

The house itself is lovely. Kitchen was like new and tbere were plenty of dishes and cookware. A few notes: linens were frayed, attention to detail like porch light was out and keybox didn't open easily, location of a soup kitchen very close. Not a safe walking area.

Cozy downtown house

Overall a very nice home in a great location. Hot tub was a hit with our kids and the bedrooms were well furnished. The dining table was big enough for a large group to sit around. Quiet neighborhood and parking was a breeze. Only negative was that the living space is fairly small; the 5 of us could not all sit comfortably at the same time. Otherwise, a great overall choice.

Great Little House in Middle of Downtown

Ana was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The house met all of our needs as a family of 5. The location was great and allowed us to walk to dinner every night.

Charming and cozy

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The decor was charming. It was fun to explore downtown within walking distance. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax.

Cute home in town

Our family stayed at this location for 10 days. 6 of the days it was just my husband and myself, which was perfect for us two. Our kids were at the airforce sports camps for half the time. When we had them with us the space up stairs with 2 teens was a bit cramped. I think with smaller kids it would be a 100%. Downtown colorado springs is amazing, and there are side walks from the house all the way downtown, so its super walkable. The enterance to the park though, was a big disappointment. There were so many homeless people openly doing drugs. Obviously thats not the property owner's fault, but i hope the town can clean up the park. All in all it was a super great trip. The house was cute and clean. We used the hot tub most days after hiking.

Family trip to explore Colorado !

This property had everything we needed for our family trip to Colorado. We cooked meals, sat on back patio, enjoyed the hot tub and slept wonderfully in the beds after long days of exploring!

Great Base for our Family Vacation

Property was spotless clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and two teenagers. Located on a quiet private street two blocks from Tejon and all the restaurants and shops you could want, super convenient location.

Charming House

Really clean, well appointed, comfortable, and great place for families - we had our spaces within the house, but still felt connected. I like rentals that have a desk for working, but the dining table is so long, I was able to work at the far end for hours without any disruptions. This area of town is nice, convenient, well maintained for being downtown. Colorado Springs is a friendly, well managed city.

Amazing house!

This house is so charming! The old vent covers, the pull chain lights and the claw foot tub make this house a total vibe. Plus it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Charming historic home walking distance to good eats and shops in downtown Colorado Springs! Very clean and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the private quiet cul de sac and the entertaining squirrels in the well groomed yard. Ana, has created a very cozy home away from home and it was a treat to experience it.
