Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guestâs own risk.
*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night or day.
*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.
*Maximum number of people on site is 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
