We stayed here with our family. It is a very comfortable house with the cabin feel to it. It has a lot of space for relaxing, enjoying a meal together, playing games, and taking a nature walk around the neighborhood. The owner is very communicative and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had.

The house was beautiful and spacious and had a very open feel to the outside. Rooms were well appointed and large for alone time, if needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was easy to prepare a Thanksgiving Day meal with double oven and all the available kitchen items. Perfect for our group of 10 and we'd definitely stay again.

Perfect house for a large family or group of friends. Very spacious house, great kitchen and living room with the most comfortable sofa, 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms of very decent size. We walk to Dunn's beach every morning for an early morning swim, the beach is 30 min walk or 4 min by car. Great location, great everything.

Excellent place to stay, one of Groveland's best !

The property is well kept and both the owner and property manager were very responsive. The pictures in the listing don't do it justice as it is much nicer and larger in person. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Lovely stay

Our only complaint is that the pictures online don’t do the place justice. Great house for a couple families with large bedrooms, wonderful great room, roomy deck plus air hockey and foosball tables.

Yosemite Road Trip

The house was perfect to accommodate 4 couples. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, which allowed our travel group to cook and dine together. I really enjoyed seeing the deer and wild turkeys each day.

Large home on the golf course… what’s not to like? House was clean and owner cooperative with our early check-in request. This was our third time staying in this home, so obviously it works well for us.

Wonderful stay

We have been renting this house every summer for many years, it is the most comfortable house we have stayed at. The kitchen and common living room are very spacious, all four bedrooms are great size, the house has the best layout possible. The host is very easy to work with.

Huge home in Groveland

This spacious home is much better than the pictures! The open layout is great for families with kids. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the wrap around deck. We will definitely come back when we go to Yosemite!

The outside is showing some age. Everything was great on the interior. We love the view from the deck and watching the wild shots by the golfers. Howard was great about getting the bbq working and providing fuel. Fred was great about staying in touch if we had any questions.

Great, large house for two families

This house is even larger than what the picture show. It was perfect for our two families to share…two master bedrooms plus 2 bedrooms with multiple beds. A huge living space plus loft with foosball and air hockey. The kitchen was expansive and fully stocked. It was a great location to visit Yosemite and the goldcountry.

Uncle Freds Cabin

We had a great Thanksgiving week at Uncle Fred's Cabin. The house is spacious and clean and has lovely views of the golf course and mountains. It is walkable to the Grill and golf course, pickleball courts. Fred and his concierge, Howard, were very helpful and quick to respond when we had a small issue with the front door lock. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for visiting Pine Mountain Lake and staying at Sean Patrick Lane. I went there this last weekend and took care of the lighting problem you brought to my attention when you called me. It is now working perfectly well. I am looking into changing the bulbs to LED to improve the lighting and also reduce the use of energy. Thank you for visiting with us. I look forward to having you come back again. Fred S. Lucero

Spacious golf course view home

This home was near perfect for our needs. Eight adults (father/son) golf getaway. Golf course was immaculate, nearby restaurants we’re good, Iron Door Saloon was fun. Yes, the furniture was dated, some of the window coverings need replaced. But size and location were spot on.
