Helt renoverad gatunivå 1 sovrum med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Perfekt för en ensam resenär eller ett par, är vår 1 bed / 1 badlägenhet på första våningen i en charmig Eastport stuga. Hyresgäst på andra våningen har separat ingång på baksidan av huset. Tvärs över gatan från vattnet har huset en veranda, vardagsrum, kök, sovrum och bad. Wifi, kabel-TV, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, och sängkläder ingår. Vi är en halv mil från Eastport bron till downtown Annapolis, och en lätt promenad till alla Eastport restauranger. Det finns 8 restauranger inom 4 kvarter i stugan.

Baby Boom Getaway

This location was beautiful, quiet, and lovely. It was our last vacation before the baby gets here. We were so relaxed and close to everything. We will be back. Eastport is the best :)

Location, location, location

Don’t let the outside facade photo fool you. This is a wonderful spot with a water/marina view from the front windows. I hope stay again.

Great Neighborhood

Convenient location - short walking distance to several "local" EastPort restaurants and across the bridge from the busy Downtown Annapolis area (but walkable also).

Very nice place; not as walkable as hoped

The property was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was that it was not as walkable as I had hoped, which is not a fault of the property, as long as you’re more familiar with distances than I was. Lovely property.

Perfect Eastport getaway!

This is now our favorite spot to stay in Eastport! Beautifully redone and cozy. The location was perfect with nice views sitting on the front porch in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. Walked or biked everywhere and just left the car parked. Host was extremely responsive; when notified of a minor issue she responded within the hour and fixed it!

Great Stay

Communication with JoAnne was easy and fast. She responded to all my questions regarding amenities and check in quickly. It was a busy weekend in Annapolis and we had no trouble parking right in front all weekend. The property was super clean and very comfortable on a hot weekend. I would suggest this place for a couple or with small children.

Small but perfect

Great place, very clean and comfortable for our visit. We didn’t spend much time at the house aside from sleeping, but the kitchen and bath were well equipped and the bed was comfortable. This was our first time staying in Eastport when we’ve come to visit, but we found it to be a less noisy than DTA and very easily accessible to everything. As an added bonus, Eastport offered great viewing for the Blue Angels during Commissioning week!

Eastport Land Base

This was a perfect place to "dry dock" my wife and me while I had work done on my boat that I always like to bring down from Upper Bay to Annapolis to have things done right. Meticulously laid out and well-kept, clean, all amenities provided and well looked after and convenient to everything in Eastport as well as an easy walk over the bridge to the bustle of City Dock happenings. Only recommendation I have is to have the ductless AC unit in the living room serviced. Even allowing for the heat wave, the unit couldn't get the front area of the house as comfortable as the same unit installed in the back bedroom area. Thanks again for a nice stay!

Annapolis Gem

This is a wonderful place to stay! Great restaurants nearby. Little bar on the next corner but, no noise from it at all. A little too far for us to walk to Main St. but, probably not a problem for younger people. We loved this property!

Best of Eastport

We adores this place across from a private marina and close to all the amenities of Eastport and close to DTA. Just the right size for two people.

Super clean!

The property is super clean. Spotless i would say. Perfect space for a couple. 25 min walk to downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood. So nice to sit outfront amd watch the people walk by (everyone is walking to yhe local bar on the corner!) everyone who walks by is super friendly went to the bar on the corner...has good food and drinks... Crowded! It rained the weekend we were there..wish the deck had an awning. You can hear the occupant walking upstairs thats the only downside. Everything else was perfect! Just the relaxing weekend i needed!

FRONT PORCH DELIGHT

the Porch is really fun- we got to meet so many Dogs as they walk by- and there is a Local Bar " 1940" opening i believe 100 yards away - how fun they have good Pub food and a good vibe!!

Clean Convenient Location

Clean and Convenient to Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. No fluff but very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to set a comfortable temperature. The marina is right across the street. There are good restaurants and a bakery in walking distance from the house.

Mostly Wonderful

We had a mostly really great stay at this VRBO. Truly our only complaint, which ended up making a big impact, was that the upstairs tenants/neighbors were quite noisey and up really late. We ended up having lots of trouble sleeping at night because of their noise. Other than that--the property is wonderful and in a great spot!

Perfect for our week's stay

We are so pleased with this stay that we'll stay again when visiting the area. The view was beautiful of the marina full of sailboats. Enjoyed the front porch with drinks. 1/2 mile walks to DTA for coffee. Cooked a couple meals in the stocked kitchen. Upscale linens and towels. Property Manager was quick to reply to all of our messages. Very comfortable and charmed by this cottage.
