Du har full tillgång till vår vackert renoverade studiolägenhet för att njuta av din strandsemester. Ligger på 9: e våningen med utsikt sydväst kommer du att bli förvånad över havsutsikten. Helt nytt kök med rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit, hela affären, vackert marmor som kakelgolv. Uppdateringarna fortsätter in i badrummet med en duschkabin. Dessa lägenheter ligger tvärs över gatan från Bonita Beach med en gångväg för enkel åtkomst. Vi erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök, lakan, handdukar, badlakan och stolar. A great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The room is cozy, the ocean view and sunset is incredible, and it’s nice to have a full kitchen and a balcony to enjoy your coffee or wine. I’ll definitely recommend and hope to return.

Very nice property as described by the hosts. No surprises…Liked the beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart. The property does require a short walk to the public beach but again this is clear in the description and we did not have any problems. Walking distance to two restaurants. Nice pool. Great view from the balcony.

Nice unit. Great location with 9th floor view of the Gulf including sunsets. Restaurants within walking distance. Traffic on Bonita Beach Rd a bit noisy, but otherwise great.

Nice place/ location

Not their fault but the one elevator was down for most of the stay, not the end of the world by any means. Great views, clean, plenty of beach amenities (umbrella, towels, beach tote) Would stay again, no questions asked.

Great experience

Great location to the beach, close to the Airport in Fort Myers. Host was quick to answer problems we had with sofa sleeper. I would definitely come back next year.

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo was so cute and had everything we needed to spend a great week at the beach! The view from the balcony was amazing! Everything was very easy and pretty much perfect!

Very nice unit with all the essentials and beautiful views. Our only complaint was that their smart TV won’t let you download any of your own streaming apps without a “Roku PIN” that the owners either don’t know or won’t divulge. So, for instance, if you want to download and sign into your YoutubeTV account you won’t be able to because the YoutubeTV app isn’t installed on the TV.

8 Days at the Beach

Everything was clean and very comfortable. I had no issues during my stay. I arrived just after the storm, and shortly after, the weather started to improve. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the public beach, which is fantastic for swimming and even has a jet ski rental (and Doc's Beach House).

The location was ok across the street from the public parking to the beach, but the building itself is so old and run down. For the price, it was all we needed as we were barely in the unit. The AC has a hard time cooling the studio. It took all night to get it comfortable running it on 67 degrees. The beach chairs are very rusty and one was snapped. But again, for a cheap quick stay this place is ok. It was quiet as no oft else appeared to be there, literally!

Near family wedding venue

The condo was perfect for two. All amenities inside the condo were great and access to beach and restaurants nearby was easy. This was a family wedding at the beach club nearby so we did not take advantage of the close public beach access because we were too vacation lazy to carry our chairs! Communication with host, entry, parking, and checkout were flawless. The top star rating unearned has nothing to do with the interior, but reflects the constant work on the property’s common areas and exterior. If they ever finish, this would be a great spot but given the lack of pool and tennis along with the construction, the nightly rate would have to be discounted to earn that top star rating!

well the location is excellent , the view is awesome , but the bed is umcorfortable , the mattress needed to be changed 5 years ago , same the as the sofa bed , whit that beautiful balcony a coffee table would be great , but the place was clean & the location is excellent

Quick getaway

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The view was amazing. The unit was clean and updated with just enough space, including storage. Highly recommend. If I had to find a fault, it would be the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.
