Great location in town with minutes walk to center of Blowing Rock. In fact brew pub and great restaurant on the same block. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there in the future

Absolutely perfect location and walkable to everything in downtown Blowing Rock. Great front porch for people watching. Quiets down nicely at night. Very good restaurant directly across the street as well. Check in was easy and everything was as advertised and super pet friendly.

Great property, excellent location, well appointed and furnished, walkable to everything in Blowing Rock. We have two small dogs and the fenced yard was great for them. Everything being on one level on the ground floor level was great for us. Loved meeting the hosts and their dog. We have stayed in another of her properties, the Bull, which was also very nice. Highly recommend Diamond Properties when coming to Blowing Rock.

We were so lucky to find Karen’s property last minute. It was our first visit to Blowing Rock and we will absolutely be back, ideally staying in this same property. It was the perfect size for my family of four and our dogs. The place was super clean and in a wonderful location - we never even needed a car! The beds were super comfortable and we loved the yard for even more space. Looking forward to next time!

Very nicely renovated home within walking distance of everything in Blowing Rock. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice location for dogs as well with a large dog park almost next door.Easy drive to all area attractions and ample parking. Fire pit and Friday night live music across the street is a nice bonus. Overall a great home!

Such a wonderful trip Halloween weekend with my sisters and their husbands. We made memories for certain around the firepit. We made new friends with the couple next door in Sticks and Stones VRBO. Everything about A Stone's Throw was amazing! The Halloween decorations around the home were so fun! We brought our own but did not need to! We will return for certain! It is so close to everything that we wanted to do. We spent a lot of time walking to all of the restaurants and other attractions. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided! We love this house, and have stayed here multiple times. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient to downtown Blowing Rock. And we love that we can bring our dog, and it has a (shared) fenced yard for the pups. It’s our favorite place to stay when visiting Blowing Rock!

Nice location and accurate listing. Spent Christmas week and loved the town and surrounding area. Very walkable town and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and would definitely book again if in area.

The was the perfect place for a ski vacation! Very cozy and had all of the amenities we needed. Electric fire pits were a nice surprise! The location was amazing. It was walkable to several restaurants and just a 8 minute drive to ski at Appalachian. I highly recommend this house.

A MUST STAY in Blowing Rock! If you are contemplating several places, stop looking & book this property. It was exceptional! Eight of us enjoyed this home immensely for our girls trip. We fit comfortably, and there are several gathering areas such as the kitchen, living room, porch and fire pit. The decor throughout the home is outstanding. They thought of everything & it is perfect and cozy! We walked everywhere we needed to go - which was ideal - and only needed the cars when we drove to Banner Elk and to The Blowing Rock. 10/10 !!! (Even the Queen pullout sofa is comfortable!) Thank you for a memorable stay!
