First family vacation

This house was such a nice and clean property that had everything we needed! It was the perfect place to have our first vacation with our baby, and was a very quiet and family oriented space. The furniture varies a bit from the listing, but it was still great overall

Quiet Convenient Comfort

This comfortably furnished condo was perfect for our needs. It was roomy enough for an energetic 6 year old to move around. And despite multiple other units, it was quiet. It might be more active in the summer. It had all the things we needed in the kitchen.

Large room close to beach

Needs more instructions, I couldn’t get the washer to turn on. TV took a while before I figured it out. Never got the Tv in the bedroom to work. Need new mop, I would suggest a sponge mop.

Worst rental experience

The condo was as advertised. The bad part was we lost power both night of our stay with no access to a breaker box. No TV, microwave, internet or lights in the bedroom. It was poorly stocked with glasses other than coffee cups. A terrible experience.

Worst condo ever

We stay at Palm Bay every Summer and have always had a great stay… Except this time… As soon as we walked in the sofa bed was missing the cushions and the couch was clearly broken.. we could not sit nor use the sofa bed… the washing machine did not work, it was broken.. the sink stopper in the bathroom also did not work.. This condo was so bad that actually left a day early and cut our stay short.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this condo and will never stay in this condo again.

Conflicted

I love this property but this unit was probably the most disappointing so far. I did not read the past reviews and I viewed multiple properties the day I booked so I did not base this review on the one major issue which was the couch/sofa bed. The state the sofa bed is not usable but this couch has been broken for over a year as stated in another review. They still have not taken the broken piece of furniture out of the unit. The listing can be updated after the stay so I can’t be 100% the sofa bed was not listed but I have a teen so 2 beds was last of my criteria. Obviously the guest before me tried to use the sofa bed as it was pulled out and left stuck open so the couch was not even usable during the stay. Also when we arrived previous guest had placed wet towels under the sink in the bathroom that had mildewed and stunk … they had been there for a while very nasty. So cleaning crew can do a better job of turning the unit. Two people this unit is fine if they get rid of that couch. The bed in the bedroom is firm but comfortable and I have a bad back so I’m picky about beds.

Deceiving

We went for a quick family getaway and relaxing weekend at the beach. When we arrived I was immediately disappointed at the cleanliness of the unit. The appliances were gross and I wouldn’t cook anything on them. The cook top of the range was full of dust, dirt and hair. It was also rusting. The floor was terrible with leaves and dirt on it. There was dried dog urine (Im assuming) in the master bedroom. The bathroom had dried urine on the seat and there was pubic hair and filth on it as well. It was so bad we stayed one night and then decided to forgo our stay and we went home. When I called Vacasa to let them know the conditions and as for my 1 night I didn’t stay be refunded they refused and told me I should’ve called them and they could’ve had the cleaning crew come back and clean it again during my stay. CLEAN IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I will never stay here again nor will I stay at any Vacasa listing.

Beachy vibe

Everything we needed was provided such as plenty of clean sheets, pool towels, pillows, detergent, cookware, etc. The place was very clean. The location was excellent and the pool was great. My family had a great time. Definitely will be rebooking.

Disappointed

This property was a serious disappointment. Could have been nice with a little TLC. The couches were dirty and needed a good steam clean. My daughter spilled water on the couch and the paper towel was brown when I soaked it up from the dirt on the couch. The pull out couch was like sleeping on straight couch coils, not able to be slept on. The kitchen was so bare it had 3 forks total and the pans were awful. Had to buy utensils so I could cook simple meals. Not one drawer to put clothes in and 5 hangers in the closet. We had to live out of our bags the whole trip. The toilet ran the entire time. We were constantly juggling the handle to try to get it to stop. Non of the cabinets closed in the kitchen and we had to push hard to get the fridge to stay shut. Just a all over bad place. Not recommended at all.

Spacious condo with beautiful pool and close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you could need. Nice little porch that we enjoyed sitting on and a beautiful community pool. The condo is only a few minutes drive to the beach. Additionally, I really appreciated all the great communication from the management team, who were checking in to make sure our stay was going well and we had everything we needed. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Last minute rental decision and was good enough.

Location, pool access, washer and dryer in the condo, a few minutes drive to the beach and local grocery store. Kitchen was equipped but could use a decent cutting board and the carafe in the coffee maker did not match, making a mess of spilled coffee in the morning. Other than those minor details that could easily be fixed, the place was decent and made for a good vacation.

This is a lovely little apartment/ loft for staying for your summer vacation. My wife loved that we could cook our meals right in house. It felt like home.
