Hösten 2019 ersattes den historiskt fruktansvärda WIFI med Fiber och WIFI är nu inte bara tillförlitlig, utan hastigheterna är nu cirka 50 MBS.

Våra 1 100 kvadratmeter 2 sovrum, 2 badrum Cascade Village lägenhet (enhet 350) är den perfekta bergsflykten hela säsongen! Det har ett fullt utrustat kök, vedspis och ett privat däck med sittplatser utomhus. Cascade Village ligger mindre än 2 mil norr om skidområdet Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) och 40 mil norr om Durango.

Denna snyggt inredda enhet har en öppen planlösning med bekväma möbler och sängkläder som alla bidrar till den varma atmosfären.

Cascade Village ligger mindre än 2 mil norr om Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 26 miles (mindre än 30 minuter) norr om Durango och 40 miles söder om Silverton (mindre än 30 minuter).

På platsen på Cascade Village ingår en uppvärmd inomhuspool, bastu, utomhus- / inomhusbadtunnor, biljardbord, utomhustennisbana, skiduthyrningsbutik och en GRATIS skidbuss till Purgatory Resort.

Stanna hos oss och vi erbjuder rabatter på både sommar (forsränning, jeep-turer, ridning etc.) och vinter (skid- / snowboarduthyrning (i Cascade Village), slädturer, snöskoterutflykter etc.).

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna ovan till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

Just as expected

The place was just as described, clean and wellMaintained. Shuttle service was nice and the rental on site is fabulous. Only one TV worked in the unit but wasn’t a deal breaker.

Close to the parking lot

This place was just excellent. Don’t know what else to say about it very handy to get to and from the parking areas and on the first floor we just loved it. Can’t wait to stay there again next fall.

Clean & Comfortable

Everything as described. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit itself was well stocked with extra towels, linens and pillows as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and location

I love the fact this condo was not in durango hustle and bustle 40 miles north was great! Condo was a very quiet place,deep pool,mgr responded with in minutes for pool gate code.the condo was good size even with 4 kids & 2 adults.the kitchen was fully equipped for all your cooking needs,washer an dryer was a plus.only down side for me personally was master upstairs and kids downstairs but i survived the stiars! I do highly recommend this condo!

close to Purgatory Ski Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the walkway to the condo had not been shoveled. Considering there had been 9" of snow was a slight issue. In looking for a shovel to help other people to avoid the problem I could not find one. The view was wonderful as was the comfort of the condo. In checking for the coffee for the next day a small, hotel size, bag was provided. In calling the service desk to ask about what was the schedule for the ski up I was told there is only one at 8:45 and another one for return to the condo from Purgatory at 3:15. In checking this out I was told Purgatory runs this and contact them, which I did. There are plenty of towels and bedding. There are no grocery stores close and one small bar two miles away has a food truck outside to buy something to eat. The television is streaminng only. This means you do not have any sports channels, national news CNN MSNBC, or channels like NBC, CBS, FOX. The parking underneath the units was nice as was the ski rental in the service building. Since the owner, who we have no idea who owns the condo, could not be contacted, I would recommend they have someone check on the cleanliness of the cleaners. There were dirty dishes in cupboard and the bathroom drain woukd not function.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was clean but there was no comforter on the upstairs bed. Did contact rental company and they provided a comforter from Walmart clearance. It was not comfortable sleeping as the temperature was all over the place in the condo. We also asked for the 2nd paper towel roll that was supposed to be provided for and it never was given.

Peaceful Getaway!

We had a great time. We had a couple of issues that the property manager addressed immediately. They were easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Solid stay in the mountains
