Cascade Village ligger mindre Àn 2 mil norr om skidomrÄdet Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort) och 40 mil norr om Durango.

Denna snyggt inredda enhet har en öppen planlösning med bekvÀma möbler och sÀngklÀder som alla bidrar till den varma atmosfÀren.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning pÄ $ 300 krÀvs vid bokningstillfÀllet. Denna $ 300-betalning tillÀmpas pÄ det totala förfallna beloppet och Äterbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum Àr inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krÀvs full betalning vid bokningstillfÀllet. Avbokningar eller Àndringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer Àn fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfÀllet. Close to the parking lot

This place was just excellent. Don’t know what else to say about it very handy to get to and from the parking areas and on the first floor we just loved it. Can’t wait to stay there again next fall.

We enjoyed the free shuttle service to Purgatory, the covered parking, and the wood burning fireplace. Great selection of games and comfortable accommodations.

Just as expected

The place was just as described, clean and wellMaintained. Shuttle service was nice and the rental on site is fabulous. Only one TV worked in the unit but wasn’t a deal breaker.

Peaceful Getaway!

We had a great time. We had a couple of issues that the property manager addressed immediately. They were easy to communicate with and the condo was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and location

I love the fact this condo was not in durango hustle and bustle 40 miles north was great! Condo was a very quiet place,deep pool,mgr responded with in minutes for pool gate code.the condo was good size even with 4 kids & 2 adults.the kitchen was fully equipped for all your cooking needs,washer an dryer was a plus.only down side for me personally was master upstairs and kids downstairs but i survived the stiars! I do highly recommend this condo!
