Njut av spektakulär utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Denna enhet är ett centrum 10: e våningen lägenhet och ligger nära Gulf State Park och fiske / walking pier. Balkongen är en av få i denna byggnad som är överdimensionerad och har nya, bekväma utemöbler. Titta på delfiner i förmiddagar och vackra solnedgångar på kvällen.

Dessa lägenheter är inredda med allt du behöver för en avkopplande, rolig semester. Den är dekorerad med en strand tema. Det finns en king size-master bedroom med eget badrum och en queen size-säng med privat badrum. Den bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Everything was great! Only thing is when you have children or grandchildren there is only glass for all dishes and glasses. You need some plastic item for children.

Great condo on Gulf

Condo was cozy and felt like home. We spent many relaxing hours on the balcony enjoying the view including seeing a few dolphins. Location was good for beach and walking.

This was a short get away for my husband and he and was very relaxing.

The condo was very clean and the view of the water is spectacular! We didn’t get the sunset views we wanted but the beach and balcony time were great. Good instructions and communication with the host.

Family Getaway!

Lovely property, pictures were actually what you see. The Royal Palms did not disappoint. Pool and beach were great! Enjoyed having all the seating in the tv area, for 4 people it was really nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. Almost everything was perfect. Comfy beds, furniture, and balcony area. Owners were easy to communicate with, checkin was a breeze. We felt safe in the area. The views were amazing. We hope to stay here again.

Our first trip to Gulf Shores

We enjoyed our week at Gulf Shores. The balcony view from the condo was amazing. We could see dolphins swim by and the sunsets and sunrises were awesome. The condo was very nice and comfortable for our needs. Easy access to getting around the area and over to Orange Beach.

As advertised

Great location, it is next to a state park, so it is not as crowded as the main part of the beach. Condo was as advertised. Hosts were very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Gulf Shores vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO. We had stayed there last year and liked the location and easy access to the beach so decided to see more attractions in that area this year. Enjoyed the 10th floor view and saw dolphins swim by from the balcony. The owners answered all our questions when we contacted them before our trip.

This is our 2nd time staying at Royal Palms. (Different unit) We really like this condominium. Everything was just as expected. Teal was wonderful to work with. Their unit was VERY clean and beautifully decorated. And the view from balcony was absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend this unit!!

First time to Gulf Shores

Great condo with beautiful views, comfy bed, perfect location. Kitchen well stocked. In unit washer/dryer is a game changer. The only bummer was the pool, being located on the east side of the building, had no sunshine past 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon. But the beach is fabulous!

Ray and Teal live in Ooltewah, TN, it is 2 miles from the Chattanooga city limits. We have lived in our home for 22 years and enjoy being close to the Chickamauga Lake. We have a wonderful cleaning/maintenance couple that live in Gulf Shores that are available for any needs our guests have.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have vacationed in most areas of Florida, South Carolina and Alabama. For many years we returned to the Keys, St.Augustine, Tampa, Destin, Panama City, etc. We started going to Gulf Shores about 8 years ago and fell in love with the area. We knew that this was the place we wanted to return to year after year.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

When we first entered this 10th floor condo, we fell in love with it. The balcony was probably the selling point. It was one of the largest balconies overlooking the Gulf that we have ever stayed in. We furnished it with Hampton Bay table and chairs, plus two chaise lounges. When we cooked in the kitchen, we still had a beautiful view of the ocean. The privacy of this condo is very unique. You are not surrounded by high rises and when you look to the left, nothing but State Park. The Security staff are always available to help our guests and closely monitor the property.
