Detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av Gulf Shores och ligger inom gångavstånd till restauranger, statspiren, The Hangout och andra attraktioner. Den har ny färg (jan. 2019). Det erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över stranden och har en balkong för avkoppling och kyla ute. Varje sovrum har eget kaklat badkar med duschkabin. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i enheten. Trådlöst fiberoptiskt internet tillhandahålls tillsammans med satellit-TV.

Clean, convenient to shops and restaurants, a 1 minute walk to the beach, nice views and the layout is great for several people including kids. AC worked great and would stay there again

The location is perfect. Beach access is really easy. Plenty of room. The beds are a little squeaky and the pots and pans could use an update but overall, it was great. I would stay here again!

It was the perfect view from our balcony. The closet with all the Sand toys and chairs were super helpful! The hostess was incredibly sweet and quick with responses. All 6 of us very much enjoyed our trip at unit 367 at Island Sunrise in Gulf shores! I highly recommend them!

This trip was perfect! Beach toys and chairs were provided which was fantastic since we flew in. I would suggest getting beach towels as those weren’t provided. Worked out for us since we bought some for souvenirs. Great having a washer/dryer! Communication was great with her cell phone. Very sweet. Would love to come back!

Wonderful condo

I'm sorry you had problem with parking. Gulf Shores is a small town and July the 4th is extremely busy. I'll try to remember to tell guest s on the holidays is like an Alabama /Aiburn Football game. Parking is limited. Come back. Myra

Myra and I live full time in Gulf Shores. . We have enjoyed getting to know our guests who stay at Island Sunrise and many of them become good friends and are like family. We are both in the Real Estate business and try to stay on top of market trends in the area. A couple of our favorite past times are walking on the beach, boating, and enjoying the great restaurants in the area.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The location of Island Sunrise is as good as it gets. 1/2 mile from the Hangout area, and 1/2 mile from the State Pier and State Park. Excellent walking and bikes trails through the state park. Excellent bike paths in the park with free bikes. The State Park is such a awesome place.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

There are only 60 units in Island Sunrise so it's not a jam packed property that would seem overwhelming. . We live within 10 minutes of the Condo and willing to help you enjoy your vacation. If you need anything just give me a call. I can recommend activities and places to eat etc.
