We loved our stay at this spacious lake home. It was perfect for our large family - with plenty of room in the kitchen and den, plenty of bedrooms and beds, and two refrigerators! Sitting on the deck was also lovely. A beautiful, quiet spot on Lake Hartwell.

Overall it was great. Hard to park trucks with boat trailers. Narrow road and neighbors keep vehicles parked in front of their houses and driveways so you don’t have space to go forward and back in, that and it was pouring rain when we arrived. Kitchen could use some upgrades in pots and pans and service for 15 as indicated. Dock was wonderful.

Beautiful Lake House, Very Spacious. Accommodates a large party with comfort. We loved the deck and dock. Quiet neighborhood. Parking was fantastic with room for several vehicles. Lance was great to work with.

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home! We had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals! Plenty of comfortable sitting in living room and beds to accommodate the 12 of us. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lance was a very responsive and kind host, the dock is clean and lovely, and the home was exactly as described with everything we needed. Plenty of room to park in the driveway and a spacious property overall. Look forward to next time!

Large multi-state small family reunion

The pre-stay communication was perfect, the property was large, clean, prepared, beautiful and exactly what was described - but better!! All of the group wants to return to the property again for another getaway.

We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. There was room for everyone! The house was clean and stocked with the basics. The dock is absolutely beautiful and big! We rented a boat for a few days. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing time at the Lake

The property was perfect for our group. We had an extended family camping trip planned in FL which was cancelled by a hurricane. We booked this house as a backup plan and couldn't be more please with our stay!

We love this property!

We always enjoy our yearly lake trip with friends. This house had the perfect lay out for 3 couples and 5 kids. Our teens loved their own hang out space and we played games in the large family room. The dock is wonderful with deep water for jumping and diving. It’s tucked into a little cove so great for floating too. The dock has plenty of chairs, shade and table. We loved our stay and will probably be back next year!
