Denna vackra sed hem (3600 sqft, byggd 2005) är tillräckligt nära Atlanta (1 3/4 timmar) och Greenville (45 minuter), men ändå avskilt på en stor punkt mycket med 220 fot av sjön fasad i en lugn djupt vatten vik (22 fot utanför slutet av bryggan vid full sjö pool) med stora utsikt över vattnet. Det är en perfekt tillflyktsort för en grupp av Clemson alumner eller en familj som söker en plats att njuta av en semester på sjön Hartwell.

This house couldn’t be in a better spot—super easy to get to campus for the game or to meet up with our Clemson student. It was the ideal setup for bringing together friends and alumni from both teams. Tons of space to relax, enjoy the lake, and celebrate before and after the game. Great mix of comfort, location, and tailgate vibes—highly recommend for football weekends or family visits!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The house was great-, but my one suggestion would be to add another fridge- for our large group and a week's stay, another fridge would have been helpful for drinks...The house is big and easily accommodated our group of 14. And the dock was the perfect place to play, swim, paddleboard...Great vacay at the lake.

Beautiful house on the lake

The owners answered any questions promptly, I asked them for an earlier check in because we flew in red eye, Jeff got right back to me and had no problem with us checking int early. Everything was perfect! So much room in the house and we enjoyed sitting on the deck daily. There was 3 couples and my adult son staying at the house 5 days 4 nights

Very Nice Place - Great Time

We had a small group in town for a Clemson football game and lake day after. The property is very well kept and met our every need for comfort and socializing. But even better, the location really sets it apart. Besides being a beautiful spot on the lake, the dock itself is high quality and the boating we did (we rented) was a ton of fun. Great views of the Clemson campus are only a 5 minute boat ride away, and heading south are huge open areas of water to ski/tube, or just ride around. The lake is very very nice. Finally, the owners were readily available to help if needed, and were very easy to deal with. We didn't actually need them for anything though, everything was exactly as advertised. Our group would definitely recommend this property. First class!

We had such a great time at this lake house. It was the perfect place for our group—super close to Clemson so getting to and from campus was easy, but also a great hangout spot on its own. We spent a ton of time on the dock and around the fire pit. There’s plenty of space both inside and out, and everything was super comfortable and well set up. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun, relaxing place near the lake and the university.

Our family had a wonderful stay visiting our Clemson student to celebrate her birthday and to go to the football game! The house is very well equipped with comfy, large living space, large stocked kitchen and lots of comfortable beds for our family! We brought our boat and spent lots of time on the large dock and enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks!

Just like home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson. The house was so comfortable and felt just like being at home, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The highlight of the property was definitely the lake view – every window in the living room and kitchen offered a beautiful, serene view of the water. It was the perfect backdrop for relaxing and spending time with family.We also had a great time enjoying the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, and making s’mores in the evening. The peaceful setting and cozy atmosphere made it an ideal place to unwind and celebrate such a special occasion.We would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and exceptional hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Clemson University visit

The property is beautiful and the home was extremely clean. It was easy for my children to get Ubers to and from downtown Clemson University, even late at night. We came down for the week to enjoy two football games and the stay couldn’t have been more perfect!

Fantastic time at the lake

Had a wonderful week on Lake Hartwell at this property. Two adults and three kids, and we all had a blast. The house is spacious with plenty of room, and very kid friendly. Jeff was very responsive to a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation Home!

What a beautiful home! This home was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Even in the rain, we enjoyed playing the board games. The lake view and access is amazing, and the home was very well stocked. Close to Seneca and Clemson for any shopping/entertainment needs. We will be back!

Amazing view and fabulous location!!!

The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful. Proximity to Clemson is perfect for visiting your student and going to the game. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of towels for guests - 2 things that some rentals fall short out. We will be back!

Wonderful house for a big family!

Let me start by saying we have been renting houses through VRBO for over 15 years. This was one of the best experiences from booking to check out that we have ever had. The house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowl, storage containers, you name it. Only thing we are used to having is a pantry to put food in but we made due with the areas we could find. Two tables with room enough for 14 to sit and eat. The open space with 2 sitting areas was awesome. Whoever was in the kitchen could still be in the mix for conversation! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable beds. While we brought our own, there are even beach towels to use. The dock was perfect! The steps in and out of the water are angled which makes entry and exit so much easier when enjoying the lake. And wow so much seating everywhere, inside and out including the porch, dock and fire pit. Our ages ranged from 1 to 80 and everyone was able to enjoy the house and the water. The walk to the dock is paved with only a slight incline. We did miss having a basement to "banish" the screaming kids to but it was also nice to have everyone on the same floor unless they were in their bedrooms. Having the master as well as an additional bedroom on the main floor was a bonus. Shopping for groceries wasn't too far and we were only about 15 to 20 minutes from my Alma Mater Clemson via driving and less than 10 in our boat. Not much of a yard for the kids to play but the dock was so nice we didn't even miss it this year. We brought two inflatable kayaks and our boat and the cove was very quiet for using both but also close to big water for tubing. Parking is plenty for 5 cars easy with one in garage. We all were very happy with this house. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and we received the most informative check in details ever! We appreciate all the small things that showed the owners obviously care about their guests having a good time when visiting!

Wonderful lake house

This house was a wonderful relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Only a few minutes to Clemson campus making it convenient for graduation for us. The lake was gorgeous and the house couldn't have worked better.
