Great location and ocean view from our balcony, a short walk across street to beach. Spacious enough for 5 people and two bathrooms was great. Host answered all questions promptly. Having air conditioning was essential and pool area was nice. Would recommend to anyone.

The property was awesome. Location was fantastic and check in was simple. We had one minor issue with water and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful 2 night stay and it was great! You’ll be right in the middle of it all in Tamarindo. The condo was exactly as described and we enjoyed the pool!

Enjoyed our stay

Location is very good right across from the beach and close to everything, apartment is well equipped with everything you need, we found the ac system a bit noisy and with the thermostat set for a max cooling of 22 deg. The ventilation in the bedroom was not good enough to be comfortable.

I love costa rica the place is situated it in a nice area to everything. The condo is very old looking and the floors were not cleaned my feet were black. It needs a need look old tables old everything for being in that area. I was safe there is security but no instructions for the safe box and when I tried to reach out to the manager when I arrived they disconnected my calls not so nice. They also sent me pictures of sheets that were dirty and I did not dirty them and plus we payed a housekeeping fee. I also did a video anytime I stay anywhere for my own reason. Truly I would not deal with blue zone. I did not stay the entire 2 weeks after a week we left. I called and let them know then they send me a bill I would no stay here again. Not worth it or my time.

Mixed Feelings

Our experience was both good and bad during our stay at Sunrise 43. The condo was clean, spacious, well furnished, and close to the beach, dining and shopping. Our complaint was how warm it was in the bedrooms. While the living area was usually comfortable, the bedrooms were noticeably warmer, especially at night when we were trying to sleep. The thermostat was locked to not go lower than 22 degrees Celsius, and all four member of our party were uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep. After repeated requests to allow us to turn the thermostat lower, property management unlocked the thermostat for our last night there. This could have, and should have, been done sooner. I suggest if the property management of this Vrbo rental is not going to allow guests to turn the thermostat lower than 22 degrees Celsius, it should be stated in their listing and lease agreement.

Great place and location

The kitchen is awesome, it has everything u need and very organized. The location is amazing, I was able to take 1 of the 4 beach chairs over to sunset every night. I tried booking place again but not available for my dates.

Pura Vida Sunrise 43!

Our condo was perfect for us! Very clean inside and the grounds were also well kept. Centrally located and we walked everywhere around Tamarindo. We especially loved the space in the condo and the view was amazing. We miss the white noise of the air conditioner. My husband and my two adult sons loved the sunrise pool, and the staff that worked there were so nice. Very safe. Everyone at Bluewaters were so prompt with all our communications. A very positive experience. I would definitely stay again. Pura Vida to all!
