Clean, roomy, just what we needed for family of 6!

Loved being on floor 5, easy to get to elevators or use stairs as well. Space was very clean and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Very nice!

Loved it! Only thing I would suggest is a small cooler and koozies for the people who fly for vacation. My kids said boogie boards. We bought sand toys and donated to the toy bin by the pool. Very clean and well decorated. Close to your parking space, elevators and stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, and have a wonderful time. There were some toenails and fingernails on the rug outside the balcony, so its looks disgusting. Other than that everything is good. We highly recommend and will definitely return to stay again.

Room and property owner were great > shores of Panama

The room and what the property owner controlled was great an exceeded expectations. I personally thought that the Shores of Panama could improve on a couple of key items pertaining to specifically elevators were a big issue and parking during the construction process could have been better managed.

Really loved the property! Owner was very helpful and great response time to any issues or questions we had. We loved that the unit had a designated parking space on the same level; especially since the elevators were very slow and all were not working some days
..that’s really the only negative thing about the property. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay here again!

Our vacation

We had a great stay the place could have been cleaner but it had everything we needed. We only had one issue with the door lock but it was handled in a timely manner. The beach was awesome and being on the 5 floor we could take the stairs if needed because the elevator was always packed or in use. Would definitely stay again!!

Good overall place!

This is a very nice place with a great owner. The only issues that you will hear over and over and they are issues are the parking lot and the elevators- it is really bad- in the heat waiting on the elevator gets old very quick. The parking garage is very tight and long waits to get in at any time you leave.

The condo was amazing. Even Better than the pictures. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Always fast to respond. Pool was great. Great location. I wasn’t a fan of the parking garage and depending on the time the elevators were slow. But none of that took away from how great it was.

Excellent price for what you get

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is better in person than the pics show. The owner is very responsive. The pool looks like a resort and is landscaped well. The only thing we wish is that the pool was heated and there were less college age students partying at spring break. I’d like to return in the summer because an unheated pool wouldn’t matter then.

Everything You Need and More

This place is phenomenal. It's two bedrooms (one with bunk beds) with two full bathrooms and a pullout couch. Very clean, updated, huge king-sized bed. You'll want for nothing. The 5th floor is the perfect location, the parking spot is great and Joseph is a phenomenal host. He's very friendly and super-responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here IF you're heading to Panama City to enjoy the beach and want two gigantic pools and hot tubs to boot.

Great place!

We loved our stay at this property. We weren’t fully prepared for the amount of college spring breakers that would be there, but it went surprisingly well. The beach was insanely crowded, but we still had a great time. The assigned parking spot was amazing. So close to the room, and so convenient. The parking garage is pretty stressful getting in and out of, but we rarely had to leave because we were close enough to walk to Walmart, restaurants, and souvenir shops. It was a great location! The property looks better in real life than in pictures, and that doesn’t usually happen. Overall, very pleased with everything. The owner had great communication as well.

Gorgeous Views

We had a wonderful time at Joseph’s place in Panama!! Our family loved the location of the room next to the pool and the beach! We are looking forward to staying again next year for our anniversary. Everything in the condo was in working order and was clean. Walmart is within walking distance but obviously, if you have a lot of groceries to pick up, use transportation. We used the stairs a lot versus the elevator but we didn’t mind one bit, we could all use the exercise. The pool was beautiful as well as the crystal clear ocean! We couldn’t believe how clear the ocean was in Panama!!! We are looking forward to next year!

Home away from Home!

Enjoyed Joe's unit so much.. It's spacious. You don't feel cramped. It's decorated wonderfully. No drab white walls like some units. I personally do not like staying in a unit over the 5th floor and this unit being on the 5th was perfect. Joe was very easy to work with. He answered my emails right way. The whole experience was wonderful. So glad I found Joe's Unit.. This will be my home away from home at the beach.

Beautiful unit. The pictures do not do it justice. Was clean upon arrival and no complaints during the stay. Owner was great at communicating. Unit was super close to parking garage and elevators. Also low enough to take stairs if needed. We will be staying in this unit again!

Perfect vaca spot

I've stayed at multiple condos at shores of panama and this was by far my favorite! As soon as we walked in you could smell the cleanliness! The room was so cute and homey. It also had a huge balcony. It far exceeded my expectations. The pictures don't do this place justice. And to top it all off, the owner, Joseph is incredibly kind, understanding and responsive.
