Arizona friends vacation

Property was excellent, clean and all beds were comfortable. Proxiity to bars and restaurants was excellent. Pool and backyard area was great for entertaining. Overall great experience. (Did lack dishtowels for drying)

Amazing property that is perfect for larger groups.

Awesome Place

This was our first time to stay in a vrbo. I think at first we were all a little apprehensive and wasn't sure what to expect. This place is amazing! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. Property was very clean and spacious. We will stay here again for sure.

Immaculate, tremendous amount of space

This property was perfect for our large group. It had all the ammenities and so much space. The owners were so responsive and helpful We left a backpack when we checked out and they were great about letting us get back in to retrieve it. Everything was very easy. Highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This house is STUNNING! The beds are so comfortable, sleeps 20 comfortably! Super clean, organized, nice, backyard is beautiful, fenced pool is perfect and safe for the little ones. Exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend. Host was great to work with, we were able to get early check in. Check in and out was super easy, well communicated. Felt like home for the weekend with lots of living space and beautiful furniture in every room. We would stay again, definitely worth it!

Beautiful House with comfortable beds

Overall this was a great stay and would highly recommend if you are visiting Scottsdale with a larger group. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in any vacation house. The pool is great and the outdoor area is a great hang out spot. The only minor downside is that some of the ancillary amenities need some care. For example, the shuffleboard table was damaged and worn down.

We were a family reunion of 15.

We were a family reunion of 15. Our youngest grandchild is 20 months our oldest is 5 1/2. There were 8 adults and 7 little ones. The room configurations were perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable/ We loved the gated pool and the large grassy area for the kids to play in. Location was near restaurants, activities and Urgent Care. Yep, we had a visit there but all was OK. Just an ear infection. There were 2 refrigerators which was a very nice surprise. We really enjoyed our stay and Ross was most helpful and accommodating. Would recommend without hesitatioin.

Great Location and beautiful pool / outdoor space!

This property is in a great location. It is within walking distance from Kirkland commons which has lots of shopping and restaurants. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The beds were comfortable and we loved the laundry room which had two washers and dryers. They also provided many pool and bathroom towels so we didn't run out after the first day. The only suggestion I have is the carpet needs to be removed from the pool table room because it has many stains on it and looks gross and dirty.

Thanksgiving Getaway!

The house was perfect for our crew. Ross even ordered a high chair to be delivered for our 2-year old. It was the perfect house in the perfect location. The heated pool was amazing and non-stop entertainment for a week straight! Thank you, Ross. We will be back again.

Excellent for large group!

This is a great house for many occasions! We came to Scottsdale for a bachlorette party with 10 girls. It was a perfect size with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The backyard is amazing! Plenty of space for to chill, have dinners, enjoy the firepit, lots of grass space, and then of course the entire pool area! We did not need to heat the pool - but at night it was a little chilly. The inside is great as well - lots of space to eat with the kitchen table, dining room table and the bar stools. It’s fun with the shuffleboard and pool table as well. It’s pretty close to most places - took us about 15 minutes to get wherever we wanted to go. We felt very safe as well - and as it’s spaced out from the neighbors we weren’t worried about being loud. Ross was great and the whole check in and check out process went smoothly. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a good time!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! The pool the house . Plenty of space with lots of accessories. If I go back to Scottsdale this is the only place for me and my piers! 10/10 Thank you again !

Our flight was changed and we landed 8 hours earlier than anticipated. Ross let us in early no problem. House was clean, everything worked and the layout was perfect. Would stay here again no questions asked.

Excellent house

This is a great home away from home. We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we all loved the entertainment options - swimming pool, pool table, shuffle board, corn hole and more. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was well maintained and everything we needed was in the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to great restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy, efficient and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

A great place for families!

We loved the heated pool and grassy area to play outside. The outdoor seating area was fabulous too. Lots of space inside the house and everyone got a bed which was wonderful. It was great for our party of 12 and people of all ages. Great location too!

Week in Scottsdale

Very spacious, modern home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to Old Town, lots of golf courses, hiking and the freeways linking Scottsdale to other parts of the Phoenix area. We were very impressed with the timely responses from Ross, the property manager. He was on top of every question we had. The beds were comfortable and the pool and pool area/backyard were great to hang out in. Negatives—housekeeping is not as thorough as it could be (coffee pot wasn’t cleaned, garbage disposal was clogged with lime rinds, towels were missing). The instructions on how to use the tv system could be a lot better (TVs were great; it just was difficult to figure out the system). Backyard was being reseeded and over-irrigated so it was impossible to use the lawn for cornhole, bocce, etc. Overall, we had a great week and it was a great house. Could easily accommodate 2-3 families.

Fabulous getaway in a fun house

The home is spacious and never felt crowded. The outdoor tv and firepit were amazing. All the games in the home made this a fun stay The property manager was a GREAT communicator and handled all our requests right away!

Warm and welcoming.

The property was beautiful. It was large and accommodating for our family and friends, as well as warm and welcoming. Loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. The property manager was prompt in answering any questions or concerns.

You don't have to leave the house if you don't want to! If you need to run a quick errand everything you need is less than 5 minutes away or walking distance. We really enjoy the short 1 minute walk to some of our favorite restaurants and bars inside The Thunderbird Shopping Center. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter are also only a few minutes away and have some of our favorite dining, shopping and people watching spots. We love The Mission at Kierland, try it out if you like Mexican Fusion! There is also Natural Grocers Grocery Store and several fast food options in the plaza nearest the home.
