Nyrenoverade, charmiga Cape Cod sjön främre huset är perfekt för en avkopplande semester, en hemmabas för Clemson fotbollsspel och runt nöjen! Bekvämt beläget 2 miles till restauranger, shopping och livsmedelsbutiker på Clemson Boulevard, 15 minuter till Clemson University med bil eller båt och en 10 minuters bilresa till centrala Anderson. 15 minuter från Portman Marina med bil, 10 minuter med båt och med enkel åtkomst till I-85 Greenville är en kort 25 minuters bilresa. Vi ser fram emot att ha dig!

Du kommer att älska det privata, lugna området med gott om parkering. När du är hemma, följ den asfalterade vägen från bakre däck ner till bryggan för att njuta av utsikten över djupt vatten, vilket gör det enkelt att binda av din båt eller vattenskoter. Var noga med att simma, fiska eller bara sitta och njuta av utsikten från bryggan.

Perfect home for our family for our daughter‘s graduation from Clemson

We had 11 people for our daughter‘s graduation from Clemson. House was spacious and the layout was perfect for our entire family. We loved gathering in the open living room and and on the cozy porch. We will definitely book again for future family occasions. We will bring our fishing equipment and hopefully have more time to hang out on the lake.

Great place for the weekene

We loved the lake house. We were in town for a Clemson game. The back porch is where we spent the most of our time. Highly recommend.

Everything was as described!

We had a great day for a Clemson game weekend, a couple of house maintenance issues were addressed by the owner with no problems. The house had all of the typical amenities you would expect and we would return if we are back in the area for another game weekend. No reservations about staying again!

Comfortable but not clean

The house had great potential, but the cleanliness was severely lacking. Cobwebs and dead bugs (a few dead roaches, some spiders, and other random bugs) everywhere. The floor definitely didn’t seem to have been swept or vacuumed recently or thoroughly. As we were there for business and not for pleasure, the lake and exterior of the house had no bearing on our stay. The beds were comfortable, but it was questionable if the sheets were clean. At least two of our group found hair in their beds upon arrival. A smoke alarm inside of a locked closet needed a new battery and beeped all night during our first night. The home owner did open the garage remotely on the second day for us to find the smoke alarm, but his suggestion that we “look around and see if there’s a replacement 9-volt battery in the garage” was not something we should’ve been asked to do. One last thing — the lack of doors on the bathroom upstairs made privacy difficult. Those rooms are definitely best shared by family members. Again, as far as comfort goes in simply sleeping in the house at night, it was fine. But we wished a thorough cleaning crew had been at the house before our arrival.

Great house on Lake Hartwell

We had a great weekend at this lake house. It is spacious and there was plenty of room for our two families. The dock is great to tie up your boat and the screened in porch is nice to enjoy the outside without getting bothered by bugs.

My husband and I stayed here on a trip to visit our sons at Clemson. We had all the space we needed and then some. We all had a great time and especially loved the screened in porch.

Relaxing retreat!

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Anderson University. It was perfect for my immediate family, my parents, and my mother-in-law. We loved the view from the screen porch as well as listening to nature all around. We would certainly come back again.

Swimming and floating the day away

Great location! The home has a perfect floor plan for multiple couples/families vacationing together. We all spent most of our time at the dock swimming, floating, and paddling. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out...both indoor and outdoor dining as well as tvs for watching sports!!

Amazing Lake House!

Would recommend this Lake house to anyone that is looking for something for multiple families! We stayed here with 2 other families for a fishing tournament at Green pond. So much space on the inside and the screened in porch was awesome. The kids loved swimming at the dock. We was able to back 2 bass boats down the drive and park them right next to house to plug them in. Location is very easy to get to and within 5-10min of any food or shopping you could want!

South Carolina visit

The house worked out very well for all of us. We were able to find a company that would rent and drop off Kayaks on the property. We had 7 people in all, 4 adults and 3 children 12 and under. There was plenty of space. It was reasonably close to the wedding and other events we attended in the Anderson area.

Beautiful lake home!

Much bigger than it looks on the outside. Bedrooms are spacious and plenty of bathrooms. House had a lot of necessities for cooking, towels and coffee. Bring your own floats and outdoor activities as there are none there to use. The only problem we had is there is one board on the back deck that is coming loose and a few of us tripped on it a couple of times but we started walking around it once we tripped a few times 😂. Lots of steps and semi steep path to the lake but overall fantastic home!

Great house on the lake!

The house, location and neighbors were all perfect. We absolutely loved the screened in porch and spent most of the day there. We loved the house layout and it was perfect for our crew. We all had our own area to retreat too and didn't feel like we were on top of each other when getting ready and sleeping. My only issue is the house needs some cleaning attention. The porch still had pollen and looks like it hasn't been swept off in months. There were cobwebs everywhere! Someone had cooked something in the oven that spilled over and it had never been cleaned. When we turned it on to cook smoke went everywhere and we had to open all the doors and windows. The grill was dirty too. This place is the perfect spot on the lake. It just needs some TLC! The owners were great. The neighbors were nice and we would definitely go back!
